However, I'd recommend following what most users do around here, and add it to their signature. Posting it on a thread or reply will likely result in it getting deleted pretty quickly.
Title: Re: How to start giveaways Post by: pooya87 on May 21, 2019, 03:15:35 AM in the past i have seen similar things posted in Services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) board in form of a "job" where the poster gives a clear amount as payment to people signing up with their link and their topics weren't deleted. maybe a mod can confirm whether this is allowed for you to be sure.
