The Bankera ICO was set up in order to use Spectrocoin "technology" but without compromising ownership of Spectrocoin. The Bankera ICO raised millions of USD$ but the whitepaper claims and promises were never fulfilled. The whole thing is a mess and they have an army of sock-puppets to pump their threads to attack anybody exposing their scam. They also use mailing addresses in London to pass of as their "company" address and a fake UK telephone number that is dead just like their scam projects. Spectrocoin and Bankera are effectively the same scammers and the same team. The man behind the scam is "Vytautas Karalevicius"

They are owned by the same Ukrainian scammer (Valerii Solodovnyk). Both p2pb2b and coinsbit websites were identical until I posted exposing similarities between their scam websites in 2018. After that some minor changes were made to try and fool people that they were different templates but they are using the same base code. In the coinsbit thread there are recently purchased 9 sock-puppet accounts that have hijacked the thread in the hope to spread propaganda and create fake buzz. Every one of them has had their email address and password changed recently, just one is a newbie fake account. They claim ridiculous daily/annual volumes. coinsbit claims to process over $280MILLION of trade every day which equates to over $100 BILLION a year and p2pb2b have gone even further with their claims to process over $500 MILLION of trade every day which equates to over $182 BILLION a year. They claim a combined fake trade volume of around $300 BILLION a year. Pathetic imbeciles. The "bitzure.com" URL is being diverted to p2pb2b.io

Flyp.me is fully owned by Holy Transaction Ltd (UK) but they have never filed any taxation accounts. The 2017 ICO token sale was operated by Holy Transaction Ltd (UK) on behalf of its trading name "flyp.me" but now Flyp.me shows Holy Transaction SARL Luxembourg is new company with unknown agenda. This is a very good format and I like it this way, the biggest concern is the Adab solutions, we have the evidence and proof, but they still get funded and still many people are participating in their bounty campaign and only a few months before it turns one year, looks like some people are ignoring our warnings.

Yes it true Adab Solutions is a major concern because it seems investors would probably lose out on everything they invested.

If the base principles of the project are full of lies then it means the project owners could stoop to any low level to siphon-off funds for their own pockets and Adab Solutions fits that bill completely.

They claim they are religious but they are happy to accept ICO and IEO funding from pimps, prostitutes, drugs/narcotics dealers and from virtually anybody no matter where their source of income. They are pretending to be a religious project but the truth is they are liars and scammers, they are just trying to dupe gullible investors in to parting with their cash.

Great list. You are doing an outstanding job denouncing scams on this forum.

Thanks for including our well known The Rock Trading.

It's hard to believe that this is possible, but the Rock Trading CFO is doing a even more outstanding job assuring us that there won't be a Rock Trading exchange than you ruining scams on this forum.

I must confess I never seen in my all life someone as decided as he has been about ruining his own business.

So I expect that soon you will be able to remove it from your list, since there won't exist a Rock Trading exchange anymore.

I am not sure about p2pb2b exchange.
A similar design like another service is not enough.
Same DNS from Cloudflare service also does not mean anything.
Estonia government have a friendly and cheap possibility to all online business, many opt to start a business from there.

I did not use them much, but I can't complain to him. His support reacts on time to my question and solves the problem almost instantly. yet I did not use them much and i would like to hear more feedback about this exchange.

I did not understand and was surprised because ADAB was on this list. It seems promising that even Adab is launching their IEO. I read that they had received a lot of funds for their project.
ADAB is the only exchange that adopts the sharia system.

You are late on news about Adab Solutions, Jolly Good has been fighting this project since last year, so many things are wrong on this project, check the official thread of Adb solutions on this sections and you'll see that the accusations are all valid, we'll see after the token sales if they lived up to their deception.

It does seem things look bleak for Rock Trading. They have been an absolute disgrace in the way they treated after you exposed their selective scamming techniques. I am so glad you exposed them and brought their scamming techniques to the attention of this community in order to protect us all. Thank you Coinfan.

The major bounty manager are a copper member, which is mean it will really hard to manage it. Let's say if there is newbie copper member who cough when he promotes a scam project and DT member will give negative feedback to them but I'm sure they will make the another account to promote scam project again. Maybe it will be good when bounty manager is selected by moderator or DT member so as only members who have a credibility and have experience that can become a bounty manager.

Why don't you tag them with negative trust? I am surprised that p2pb2b.io (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2509426) account is not tagged with negative trust (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2509426).  Only those people will get to know that they are scammers who read your thread but what about those who don't check your thread? It's better to tag them.

I was also just thinking this, but failing to find a clean link or thread to concrete evidence in order to flag myself to be honest.
There is this thread documenting one users experience waiting on a large withdrawal (which they eventually received): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5163367.0
Then there is worrying realization that p2pb2b and coinsbit are more-or-less the same: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4971628.msg48239174#msg48239174
But nothing I'd personally considering flagging based on one persons experience, or another's worrying realization, regardless of how useful they are.

Probably if there was a thread documenting these issues together, with a bit of extra digging, it would be flag worthy of being supported.

It is a clear report list. I always wonder why companies keep pumping their thread. Scamming activity though. Recently I read Trump is going to take strict action against Bitcoin, and the main reason is these types of scammers who try to defame crypto with their bad intention. I read recently about it https://btcmanager.com/americans-fined-360000-cftf-bitcoin-scam/

Please be aware that Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers are stepping up their game by using recently changed email address accounts to pump their propaganda.

They have big plans to try to get innocent newbies and gullible investors to send their crypto to these two scam exchanges. Please avoid at all costs.

Title: Re: SCAM ALERT LIST - created by JollyGood

Are you taking suggestions for your list? There's a few I can think of; YoBit, Livecoin and BiteBTC comes to mind.
I understand if you don't want to list up to half of the exchanges that exist, if your list are only projects you've personally investigated.
Maybe there needs to be a compiled list of exchanges with valid scam accusations, what do you think?
I searched briefly for one but couldn't find any, which seems strange to say the least, given the number of scammy exchanges.

The fact remains scammers will try to scam no matter what so the community needs to remain vigilant and must help protect newbies and gullible investors. Sure. If there is strong evidence against a scam outfit I am happy to look in to it and list if after investigating.

Thankfully there are several users in the forum that are highlighting and listing scams, we do not all co-ordinate with each other but at least several different lists are available in the forum.

Warning:

Now the p2pb2b account is no longer posting here after being exposed and humiliated as scammers, we need to focus on coinsbit because that exchange is owned by the same p2pb2b scammers.

coinsbit is using their 9 sock-puppet accounts to flood their thread in the hope to attract new users but the complaints of selective scamming are beginning to come in just as they are with p2pb2b

coinsbit is stepping up its campaign to try to generate fake buzz so please be careful and do not use either p2pb2b or coinsbit

I created one Topic in Meta for Reporting fake conversation,

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5184269

Thank you for the support.

We are fortunate there are so many kind and vigilant people in the forum that are helping to expose scams and scammers. There are so many threads in the Scam Accusations.

If we continue to help each other by exposing them then we will be able to protect some of those people that were on the verge of being fooled.

Regarding fake conversation, if you created a thread to report them then that is a good thing. There are so many thread pumpers using that tactic all over the forum, they use fake conversations effectively talking to themselves using multiple sock-puppet accounts. Right now the Bankera/Spectrocoin scammers are using that tactic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2091093.msg52453408#msg52453408

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, if members who expose scams work together
and help each other with information, flags, reports, +/- trust, etc.
scammers would soon have much less impact on Bitcointalk forum.

Heck we could even create our own scam busting trust group :)

The original coinsbit thread was deleted from this forum and all history of it was removed because of the constant fake conversations the sock-puppets were having with each other and because of the attempts to create fake buzz and because of the attempts to spread propaganda

Now the coinsbit and p2pb2b scammer owner Valerii Solodovnyk from Ukraine has returned with another coinsbit thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5185065

I have updated the OP to show the names of the sock-puppet accounts that are flooding that thread:

COINSBIT.EXCHANGE
Nannden
Cellerex
NurArtur790
Nthert
BarMariia
FominTiu
alvin345
anth36jian
Fririodra
Pelageind
lushicki
MaxMaximalist
Levin9Mak
vlasrodz
Keadyar
ViktoriiaVel
Krivocyuk
Samorodn
Xannad
Listraten
Baryanc
Dennicex
kryper
DjonSnou1
Gariklyjo
mitriih
MajorGreg
Vandalinh
FrankTe1
BaidaRo

Even though the OP has posted just once to start the thread, it is a common tactic that many scammers use in the hope to avoid getting banned when the moderators decide to take action.

Yes very ironic that Holy Transaction is not even "Holy" any more.

The scammers have only one religion and that religion is money but they will say anything to fool investors whether it is Adab Solutions exchange pretending to be religious or whether it is Holy Transactions - or anybody else.

Please do not be surprised if you do not see a particular scam in the list here because I only get involved looking at scams as and when I have time.

I cannot and will not investigate every scam or every allegation of scam out there because of time constraints but there are many users in the forum that have posted scam accusations and opened scam threads.

Between all of those kind active users, I am sure a high percentage of the scams have be listed and exposed.

Recently some of my time was taken up asking why so many users posting nonsensical incoherent messages in so many threads had one thing in common, they all displayed "crypto.org" signatures (such as the one you are displaying). Thankfully the campaign manager has nuked many of those accounts and is filtering through others to stop the spamming.

If my time was not taken up by pathetic things such reporting "cryptotalk.org" promoting spammers then I would have had more time to continue trying to expose scammers.

Very good list but you need to also investigate Poloniex and Cryptobridge, those exchanges have been doing shady tactics and they are probably a scam,.

Poloniex is locking US customers from their accounts.
Cryptobridge is doing mandatory KYC to all users without warning.

Those exchanges maybe taking desperate measures to selective block users accounts to steal their coins, specially Poloniex they have very bad reputation

who is WCX?
If you are scammed, you need to report it in properly scam accusation format:

Code:

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]

While you are posting about obvious frauds in shit ICO scams, can you also add some trustworthy ICOs in which we can invest and the probability of getting good profits or at least our invested money back is higher than 25%? I am not requiring you to endorse but share your opinion about new openings of ICOs that take place each day. I want to see your comments on IEOs too.

some tips for you:
Never trust anyone's advice about where to invest your money.
Always do your own research before doing any investment.
Do not invest more than you can to lose.
Profit higher than 25% is not real and is not possible, especially now, when is ICO time over and all cryptos are in downing trend. Project promise high ROI is probably a scam.

ask here how to research whether any project is a scam, how to recognise it and what is so important to any project which wants to have success.
maybe this is not the advice you were expecting, but I am sure that because of them you will not be angry and smash.

I am mature enough to do everything as you said and I knew all of these things already. I never said that I will invest on his advice but to know that the ICO is good or not is what I asked him.

I think every coin out there is suffering from these problems, so downtrend is nothing new I am hearing about. I saw TROY giving over 100% returns if bought near bottom, so I see IEOs gaining more attention against ICOs this year and for the upcoming one too.

Quote

If OP has got an answer to this, he will give it to me for sure.
If not, I don't mind.

Thank you for your post.

I am sorry but I am not in a position to recommend or endorse any project to invest in because I am unable to estimate the chances of success for any projects that I (in my unqualified role) deem not to be scams.

As far as IEOs are concerned, I can only limit my unqualified opinions based on the actual projects regardless of which exchange is running the token sale. There are exceptions to the rule, for example if any IEO takes place on any exchange run owned or operated by Ukrainian scammer Valerii Solodovnyk such as coinsbit or p2pb2b then I would be asking the question of the project is real or if it is a front created to make more money for the scammers: https://twitter.com/AngryBeur/status/1191416253564571650

Thank you for bringing it up as a topic of discussion. I have seen the name Whitebit used a few times. It was also mentioned in the Angry Beur tweets linking them to (as you said) p2pb2b, coinsbit and Ukrainian scammer Valerii Solodovnyk.

Hello, JollyGood. Thank you very much for this extraordinary job you are doing.

I am working for a project and the team is in discussion with Whitebit.com for a token listing.
In some of your previous posts/replies I see you have mentioned Whitebit exchange as to be related to the COINSBIT and P2PB2B owner/scammer. However, I don't see it on this list. I also checked them on "Coingecko" and they have a decent "trust" score and "coinpaprika" flags them as a Estonia regulated exchange.
Just wondering if they are a legit exchange and not related to scamming activities like COINSBIT and P2PB2B.

Also, Any thoughts or experience with Digifinex.com Exchange? They are also doing an offer to the project.

Thank you.

As far as we all know whitebit exchange is operated by the same gang associated with coinsbit and p2pb2b.

In the end if you deal with whitebit you are dealing with scammers who could one day turn on your project too. They are going to do what Tradesatoshi did, they will selective scam until they pull off their exit-scam. Their thread in this forums is pumped with sock-puppets and their trading volumes are complete lies. They have fabricated their trading figures purely for the purpose to command approximate $100,000 listing fees by showing prospective investors they are trading USD$ billions on a daily basis yet have paid zero in tax in Estonia.

Both coinsbit and p2pb2b are registered in Estonia too, it is much easier to get a crypto licence that allows FIAT banking in Estonia than say Malta that is why these scammers open exchange after exchange registered in Estonia without even ever stepping foot there. Those exchanges have been set up for the sole purpose of scamming while giving the impression to victims they are a genuine bonafide business.

Anybody dealing with them should be prepared to take the loss when they eventually get scammed. Just because on arm of the business does not have many complaints against it but almost all other parts do have many complaints - it does not mean the business is a good or honest business, on the contrary if a business has for example 100 subsidiaries of which 99 subsidiaries are genuine and trustworthy but just one subsidiary of the business is a scam then it means anybody dealing with them is at risk.

I hope this reply makes it clear you should not be dealing with scammers such as those at whitebit, coinsbit and p2pb2b because they are operated by the same scam team.

As for Diginfinex, for those that choose to trade there they do so at their own risk. Their website/exchange does not give lots of confidence when looking at it.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/digifinextoken/
https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/digifinex/

They might well be a genuine exchange in future but if they inflate their volumes they are not trustworthy. They currently claim to trade over $1 billion every hour and that is an exaggeration too far. I have not been made aware of any selective scamming issues with Digifinex but they are not doing themselves any favours by lying about their trading volumes

It's so hard to find exchanges with good reputation ans also reasonable fees for small projects to list.
The well known ones like Binance, Kucoin, Etc.. are just too expensive for small self-funded projects, which count with not more than 5 BTC for listing budget for instance.

All the exchanges I have seen offering a listing at around 5BTC, look the same as all this exchanges with super inflated volumes you've been talking about.

It's just so challenging finding a reputable exchange with an also affordable listing fee for small projects.

If you guys know of some exchanges matching the description above that you could recommend, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the warning, I'm trading on digifinex, and this info is very helpful for me. I think there are so many exchanges on the market today that are really suspicious. The best way to trade on old and tested exchanges is to avoid losses

Hello, Bitum. Hope you are alright.

How long have you been trading at Digifinex? What's your experience there? is there any good and real liquidity on the pairs you are trading besides the inflated volume they show on CMC?

Any negative or possitive things you could mention based on your experience?

Thank you.

Thank you very much "JollyGood" for this great contribution you are providing to users and project owners so we can avoid and escape this scamming exchanges.

Thank you for kind words. Many of us are trying to highlight scams as soon as we see them in the hope we can prevent innocent and gullible users fro losing their investments to scammers.

This forum is being used as a tool by scammers to advertise and promote their scams under the guise of "projects" and "businesses" so we have a moral obligation to help each other in order to keep safe.

So far I have had no problem with this exchange, from advantages I can say there is no minimum order, liquidity is also okay (where I was trading, I had no problem), and fee for payment only 30,000 sat. All payments so far have been quick and easy. In terms of volume, I think 80% of all exchanges are not real

I might be a little late here but i just wanted to pass my experience with digifinex since i used it for some time. Their Volumes are inflated by bots. They day i came to believe this is when i placed a bid (buy order)

The sell orders would appear on the trade history of the asset on prices even much lower than my bid but my order would never get filled. This went on for 3 days plus until i gave up and decided to withdraw my assets from the platform. This is when i realized that bots were at work because the trade history of the asset portrayed an image that the asset was having good liquidity yet it was not.
The claims that digifinex fakes volumes are very true.

The OP has been updated. All forum members are advised to stay away from anything at all related to serial scammer Dean Nolan and his betking scam website. After taking time out from his previous scams all related to using his betking website as a vehicle to steal from investors, he is back again trying to re-launch (for I think for the 4th time) a new version of betking AND yes he is searching for investors foolish or incompetent enough to send their funds to the serial scammer ::)
