Added some more threads to the OP.

First of all thank you so much for this helpful thread to compile a usefull trading discussion topic this will help all newbie who wants to learn more about trading I also want to gain more and more knowledge later will explore this thread I'm prety sure this will help people to make a first step tobe a trader.

"I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading" for me is the best topic in this section.. and no doubt I am saving your thread in my favorites, there's a lot of interesting topics that's really worth to read not only by newbies but even by experient traders

There are lots of newbies who are looking for resources and I guess rather than suggesting them sites and books, these topics would be a lot helpful for them.
Thank you for sharing it and even long-time traders would surely learn from these trading discussion topics.

It would still be a waste if somehow this thread got buried deep under the spammy threads out there. IMO index thread like this should be pinned if it's really worthy, and to stop (or at least as the basis for) people keep creating the same thread over and over again.

My local board has been doing that since a few months ago and I can say that we've made good progress with that.

That's exactly what came to my mind as well!

Added more threads & the column "trend speculations"!

Does our forum really have such good articles? I don't seem to know and when I read them, I'm really overwhelmed. Thank you for setting out the best posts in the past. But I think in some articles, the author lacks a bit of explanation about their experience. But anyway, repetition will also make us realize a good thing.

That right, a thread like this is good to pinned post it is really a big help those newcomers planning to make the related thread and might redundant topics. But there I think there are some threads that OP listed were lack of information maybe you can update that from time to time once you have found a better one.

You can add the wall observer thread from the Speculation section. That has a lot of information that newbies can use.

It is true, some threads are very general discussions with little information in it - but, this is only an index thread, so threads are listed based on criteria like number of views/replies and relevance.
The reasonability barely is a measure as its determined by personal judgement.

The topic which you had made here in this section will become helpful anyway to all community here in the forum.

How is anything on the wall observer thread not related to trading? Either you do it now, or someone else will and then your thread would become useless. Anyways I'll keep an eye on this thread as long as its useful. Good luck

I get what you mean, but the purpose of this thread is not to collect information related to trading. It shall catalogue the most relevant topics of the Trading Discussion (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=8.0) subforum. Nothing more or less.  :)

Wow, nice one, I wasn't able to read through all of them but this is a very nice thread and good contents too, this is what we need in this forum and not people coming to create off topics just to create awareness or for a reason best known to themselves, keep up the good work and I know that someday you would be rewarded handsomely, this is very helpful for newbies and I will make sure to bookmark this thread so that I can send it to some newbies who have been asking me how they can trade cryptocurrency.

I haven't read some of the discussions that you have posted so this thread is a big help. Honestly, either new or old in this forum could still learn from old threads. Reading is necessary if we want continuous learning. It's just a great thing that there are people who exert an effort to share things like this.

because in my opinion other people's experience is very appropriate as a reference for the steps that I will take next.

Thank you for a summary of threads that are very useful for beginners or advanced. I hope you can update this thread at any time if there are new threads that are useful. I will include this thread in my useful thread list.


We cannot ask mod to embed this thread and even though it can, the possibility of this thread being pinned by mod is very small. The most effective way is from us, we save this useful thread and reshare it when there are members who ask something relevant about this thread.
