So I have 1.4 btc on a BTC casino but when I tried to cash out I can't because I am from the United States.  Anyone have any suggestions?  If you live outside the US I would be willing to sell the log in info for 1.2 and you could make a quick profit.  Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

There is no bonus active, all funds are available to be withdrawn as well...

I may suggest if you have a friend outside in the US that you may be trusted you can approach and let access your account.
The second option, find a friend outside in the US and trusted as well make an account on that casino site and transfer your fund to your friend account and let your friend withdraw your bitcoin.

That's the problem I have no friends outside the United States.  I would be willing to do that with someone trustworthy on here.

This smelled like a scam, but you seem to have a good record on the forum so perhaps you're legit.

Use a VPN? Or find yourself a trusted member here that can help you out? There are legit users in this forum that, with a nice offer, won't steal all your coins and could help you cash out.

May I ask how did you create you account there in the first place if you are from United States? Because I guess since the withdrawals are restricted to players from United States, gambling on that website is also restricted otherwise I don't see the point of playing there.

Anyways,you can try contacting a trusted member from this forum that could login to that account and withdraw the funds into your wallet and you pay him a fee for that. Right now I think that's the best option you have as I don't think there are many people that have available 1.2btc to spend even though we are talking about a big profit with no effort.

It is legit, I am just pissed I can't get my btc off the site.  It would be an easy .2 for someone outside the US, The UK, France or the Netherlands.  Those are the places they say the site cannot be used in.

I am talking to an escrow member on the site now and will probably give him my log in info and see if he can withdraw the funds.  Thanks for the suggestions, I will reply if it works.  Fingers crossed

There are a lot of reputed members here they are trustworthy and I think that amount is a huge amount as well. If that is true you can simply make a thread on reputation and make agreement both two parties that the user access your account in the casino. But that is very risky for you if you are telling the truth.

Why can't you use a VPN? I'm afraid if the website finds out that you're from the US, they will just block your funds and ban your account. They should have a strict policy on users gambling from the united states. How were you even allowed to play on the website using your United States ip? Technically, the website shouldn't be accessible on your end and if you can access it, you should be able to withdraw as well.

would love to offer the help but I have accounts with many bitcoin sites ( sportsbetting mainly ) so I might have problems if they consider it multi accounting

I could use a VPN but they want a picture of I'd and a selfie with the Id.  I don't know how I was allowed, I deposited btc and it took it and I played.

They shouldn't have accepted users from the US on the first place if they didn't allow withdrawing from US. That's just an indirect way of scamming users who are unaware of their policy. Anyways, did you tell them you were from the US? I hope you didn't or they might end up making a very strong excuse and accuse you of selling your account or something. Did you read their Terms of Service?

This shows how greedy can some casinos be and how they are trying to take people's money. They shouldn't even let you register so we can't even talk about depositing. I'm curious what the outcome of this situation will be because they are surely going to notice some suspicious is going on with your account. The account already established several logs located in the United States and we aren't sure if every time you attempting to make withdrawals, the error attempt might be recorded too on their logs. With the sudden change of location, we don't know if there will be no problem on the way.

Already asked their support? You might be talking only with their system based on the prompt you are seeing. Let the clarification came from the support itself. Tell them you are willing to undergo KYC or there might be something way around to solve the matter since, after all, they allow you to play and make some deposits.

Umm noo.. I didn't have any deal with him. I want to help him withdraw the funds because most likely the Casino is going to take advantage of his location logs and easily make 1.2 BTC. This is debatable and also depends on how reputed is the casino. It's an obvious case of Casino scamming users money since they knew he was from the US and they let him continue depositing funds and play.

@OP: If you don't mind can you send me the casinos name in private?

A good business wont really do such thing on the first place.If they dont allow US citizens/gamblers then IP should be blocked but this isnt the case on op's situation.
This is indeed a shady hold of funds of such casino before he would able to withdraw that 1.2 btc.This would really be hard on asking out people outside US
due to sudden change of ip log-in history.It would be possibly used against on him.

@Wyospl2, since you seem reluctant to post the casino's name, once you get your coins, you should expose the name of the casino so that people know which casino is practicing such shady behaviour (allowing US residents to deposit but not allowing them to cash out since they're from the US...wtf kind of logic is that?)

Why not just use a VPN and forge documents. I've done in the past. Works like a charm everytime. Whip up an ID and a bank statement with a fake address and have it with the name you used to create an account and you're good to go. That's for if you need KYC. If it's not KYC then just use VPN.

Why use vpn ? Some gambling sites restricts third party access such as vpn and proxies , itll only make his acount more unaccesible plus why cant he just provide his documents directly ?   

@Wyospl2 why the heck wont you say the name of that casino ?  Is there anything wrong ?  You sound too fishy  .  how can we help you when you dont even tell the name of the site that your having trouble with .

A senior member is already helping me and has access to the account.  Nothing fishy here I just don't think it is the best idea to say the name of it until I get the funds out that's all.  Hopefully he will get them out tomorrow, I will update on here what happens.

I am outside from the US but I am not willing to buy it, that would really risky for a person to buy.
Maybe you find someone to open your account and withdraw the money for you, then just give a certain commission or like a bounty.
I suggest you find a trusted member in the forum, like those who belong in the DT Trust as they are more reputable.

Any update? There's that chance that you'll lose access to your account and your btc with that change in IP address. It's pretty dangeruos also to whoever took that offer of providing personal info to the site for 0.2 BTC reward.

Update: Things went smooth and the withdrawal is complete.  At the request of the member that helped I am not going to mention anything else.  Thanks to the member that helped take care of this and to everyone else for input, advice and suggestions.
