The best way to earn bitcoins is to purchase them either with fiat or with cryptocurrencies as well, all this other methods listed above are either outdated or a complete waste of time commensurate with the amount of bitcoins you may probably get.
Bitcoin paying bounties are another viable way to earn bitcoins, but more often than not you ought to be of a high rank to get in.

Nice share, but participating in ICO now is not already profitable, the new trend which is IEO is profitable but there are some limitation, I mean, not as big as the ICO market.

By the way, may I ask from anyone here who were able to earn BAT tokens using its browser?

That article suggests 'mining without investment' and it's the ETN mobile simulation mining. I don't know if that's still active until now.

I'm interested with earning through brave browser. I'm lurking for more reviews about it and looks more people are getting hooked up with it today.

Only free way to get BAT is by browsing with Brave browser, but that offer is limited to just few countries. You can download Brave browser and turn on Brave reward to see is this option available for you. Regarding OP suggestions, some are good, but some are very risky or limited only for some countries.

- Affiliate or referral programs are good way to get cyrpto, but for good results some money should be invested.
- Brave browser&free BAT tokens are limited to certain countries.
- ICO / IEO is not something that brings guaranteed profits, and we know that most of ICO are not good projects.
- Earn platform is something I never use, but since it is related to Coinbase it should be legit.
- Mining on smartphone or by cloud mining is pure waste of time.
- Airdrops can sometimes bring some extra profit, but it is mainly a very small profit.
- dApps, Steemit, Mobile Apps - earnings depend on how much time and effort is involved in all this.

I'm using the Brave browser, ad you can earn even more if you are a content producer, or you allow them to display their own advertising links.

Some people still do that, though I doubt they find any profit doing that. But hey, if you just want to get some free tokens for fun, that might just do it.

When I first read about Brave Browser I immediately thought of some sort of "cheat scheme" like thepiratebay torrent site where they use your processor for mining monero while you are viewing their website.I saw the other post which says it can earn you some free btc so I am going to check that out too.

Using almost all of the above methods you deceive yourself. Of course, if your personal time is worth nothing, then you have the right to earn so. But keep in mind that your earnings will only be enough for a pack of cigarettes and a can of beer to celebrate his defeat.

It's not even real mining based on how they do it as they officially stated that mining through your mobile devices can potentially reduce the health of your phone's battery so they just give you a fake hash rate based on your mobile device, I have tried it and my phone doesn't really heat up compared to when I am playing extensive games. The payout isn't even that good when you compare it to what you will be spending just to charge your phone.

The most active way to earn huge money is by joining popular airdrop projects and refer lots ,I mean so lots of friends and you won't regret.

Bounties
Just make sure you look before you leap ,there are many useless projects lurking around on this forum and they have absolutely nothing to offer ,if you don't want to waste your time be sure its worth a short

POS coins
POS means Prove of Stake,its one of my favourite ways of earning and to me its way more better than POW ,hassle free and less easier to set up and start getting rewards ,you have to hold a portion of the coin to start earning ,DYOR
Mining
If you want to mine coins make sure you have money for better mining hardwares ,the top notches or your rewards won't worth it, mining is not that profitable like in the past but that doesn't meant it won't be in the future

Faucet
Not much to be made here but they still works,just find some using google search or use freebitco.in

This article is a clickbait to get free traffic to your site, but I liked one method that was mentioned that is earnings from Brave Browser I wasn’t aware of it. Why didn’t you mention signature campaigns as many people earn money from it, I feel you should add it to your list. Mining is not profitable, and it should be avoided unless you know exactly what you’re getting into.

Well that's true, you get some free ETN if you want to spend your spare time.

Like a simulation of mining, so it's still consuming that much for the health of your smartphone.

Im sure most of the ways on how to earn free crypto is already in this forum, like signature bounty, social media, blogs and translation. Most of people that are being scammed dont dmake a research about the project they are investing in.

i mean, if you invest on something, you don't get it for free, essentially.

you might say that those bounty hunters are also investors too as they help with promotion and something like that. but most of the time, what they did can be considered as earning crypto for free. they don't risk any of their capital (most of the time), unlike those who invested their eth or bitcoin to fund an ico or ieo.

They don't invest money, that is true, but they invest their time and effort that could have been spent doing other things. So they are not getting the crypto for free. They get it as a payment method for the provided service. I am not going to go into the quality of the provided service, that is up to the projects or managers to decide. 

Earning Electroneum through mobile mining is one of the worst idea. It will not bring a a buck after mining couple of days. In return, your device will be harmed.
I would say stop thinking free crypto earning. Work for crypto. It will bring you much profit than you can guess.

Some people have no problem with the fact that they give their personal information in process of Know your customer (KYC), what needs to be done in this case as well. Although for most people the current amount seems very tempting, I was not personally impressed about this project, it is just one more vision in hundreds of others.

Pretty much well said, but this topic is about earning free cryptocurrency and is not about the best project out there ;).  The price is indead tempting,  just sharing it for whoever is interested to earn a free coins in exchange of their identity.  Many will frown about this but I bet lots are interested for this kind of generous offer that is why I am sharing it here and to support or give a live example about OP's topic on free cryptocurrency by means of airdrop.

The airdrop is huge don't you think that it is a possible scam? China forbid cryptocurrency airdrop or earndrop because it is tempting after one receives the tokens it will encourage that user to buy more coins from the market or during ICO stage which most of the time ICO projects do fail. Only few teams had successfully manage a project and successfully listed in an exchange and made investors profit as they promise. Usually team promises investors heaven as it was being expected but in reality, the usual project do fail.
