I mean, how do you determine whether someone has a hacked paypal account, or a legit one..? I don't think you can? How would this even work in the first place, as you can't send directly to bank accounts in paypal, we'd have to add your bank account to our paypal account? Is that even allowed per TOS? Seems shady..? |
