With the recent changes in BTC price, altcoin is getting weaker against BTC, so, this is a good time to pick and fill the bag. Another important part is, after BTC bullrun, once BTC get stable, altcoin follow the bullish trend.
Is it right decision to pick some more altcoin?

I think it is still too early to make a decision and fill bag with altcoin again. We need to observe more and do some research before deciding.

Mostly the increase in altcoins happens in this kind. But consider the reverse movement of Bitcoin. And about altcoin you want to invest. Try to make your research more accurate, and I suggest you try the top altcoins for now.

Buying in some promising alts with the bitcoin you hold could be a good idea specially when the prices of bitcoin are such high.

I'd like to think so, but nobody knows... it may be a little too early still. But it's not like anyone can time the market perfectly, so if anyone wanted to jump into the alt scene, it's possible it's not such a bad time right now.

Also depends a bit on what altcoins. I don't think we'll see a repeat of where 'everything' basically goes crazy. I'm also not expecting 10-15x across the board either. I think many coins in the top 100-150 should do okay, but outside of that, kind of a big risk.

The history between bitcoin and altcoins movements is exactly the same as you said but we don't know what is going to happen this time. Will altcoins follow the bullish trend? In my opinion, yes this will happen but maybe after BTC hits new all time high.

Those altcoins which rockets up the last time I guess will do. Most of those are the top altcoins, the problem with altcoin traders is that we put much of our funds to BTC and we put little for altcoins. This analysis could be true, the real problem lies with now what alts to buy or what alts to avoid buying, the bullrun of alts could be around the corner too, but one should do proper research to avoid buying the wrong alts.

Just be very careful in selecting which altcoin you want to invest with. You have to do your digging on this coin and evaluate if it has real potential in the market. Most of the newly-launched altcoins don't have the capability to survive in the market. If the devs' motivation to create such project has no real foundation, you will lose that money.

Maybe, stick to the veterans in the altcoin side. At least, you know their existence is already tested and proven.

Isn't it a wrong decision to put your money on the doge coin? as far as i know doge is nothing and it was always getting decrease. I have been buying more altcoin. I thought that to put money to the promising coin like MYO, and a major coin is also a good decision. I can't prediction the market and doing any decision right now as I don't know what is the reason for btc price rapid grow from $8000 to $13000 within two week. Currently altcoin price movement is very slow or drop, maybe it's as you said it's time to fill the altcoin with lower price now.

Just focus on bitcoin if I suggested, I haven't saw there is speculation about bull run in altcoin. Most of them just have a movement price as usual. Unless ETH and litecoin, the both coin will face a fork and halving. I read an article last night that ETH will be forked again, according to the article the drastically increasing price in ETH at this time just because that information. And for litecoin, I have been known that this coin will face a halving exactly on August at this year. Which mean, if we see on the halving that had happened on 2015 ago litecoin price met a drastically increased in price and it will be happen on halving event at this year. How can you define LTC and XMR as high risked investment? LTC will have halving soon and price will be pumped significantly, XMR is the leading currency in privacy crypto. How these can be risky while shit like XRP is less risky?

I personally don't really like to play with alt coin, technically what OP mention is true but sometimes the market coukd be different, its better just to invest in bitcoin and if you want to diversify choose the famous alt coin, if the trend of bitcoin dominance is increasing theee might be a chance that alt coin price won't be rising as expected

I have seen many altcoins have not increased in price in proportion with bitcoin. I think many people have rushed to buy bitcoin as the coin is increasing vertically. You say just like my friend, who bought ripple for $ 3 in 2017 because it allegedly entered into partnership agreements with banks and they had to use xrp for their transactions  ;D  he then sold it for half a dollar and now reacts painfully for every cryptocurrency news and dreams that this "financial pyramid" (he thinks so) would quickly collapse. The market is bleeding too much so I think it would be good enough to wait for some time before you decide when to fill your bags. And as an advice, always buy when there is a flat graph. Do not enter when there is a sharp drop or sharp rise in price because you may be rekt mercilessly. I am hopeful that altcoins will rise very soon but you shouldn't rush into buying now as BTC hasn't finished correcting.

It's okay to analyze prices based on historical values, but that's not the main indication, I mean instead of waiting for the value of bitcoin to buy it, why not buy it at the inner price at the opposite time? You might consider loading with a different type of altcoin for a longer term hold.  Take a look at Bitbond which has an interesting dividend from a cryptobond set up.  I am fairly bullish on this altcoin for the long-term.  By buying the bond you will earn 4% interest.

I think it's time to buy and accumulate coins of bag now than waiting for more months because i'm sure the price on that time would be really different and maybe a lot more higher than today. We are already in a bullish trend so probably we might gonna see the $15k on that time or maybe the $20k.

Altcoins weren't weaker against bitcoin, the growth hasn't taken place in a large scale as expected. When paired with USDT or other stablecoins we can see some form of growth. That is true and one has to really do research to find out the stage of development some of this altcoins are before buying them for holding. Some of them have been abandon by the developers and some after listed in the exchange has been abandoned for the traders to determine what happened to the coins. Yes, this is a very precise time to refill the pockets. Some of the coins that I have always observed are ACT coins. This coin weakened when the price of Bitcoin also weakened. So I'm more focused on buying ACT coins and nowadays I still keep storing them. Because I'm sure if this coin will go back up again.

I've been buying some tokens and already have no budget to buy more. Only buy on selected alt coins and tokens with the potential to have a good ROI. If only i have budget i would buy some ltc and it will give me a good profit in the next coming months.

actually a good time to feel the bag but we need to know what to feel our bags with becuase there are thousands of coins out there and no one wants to feel his bag with shiit coins. any slightest mistake in this crypto business can send someone into bankruptcy .

It is hard to teach people the proper way,,, when they are used to random buying of altcoins and then suddenly profiting from it without anything else. These are people who just buy into ICOs and IEOs and then wait to dump things together. That tactic used to work,,, now it does not but people still want to try again and again.

ICOs and IEOs are too risky to invest, in my opinion. However, there are personal investment favorites, and each investors have their own approaches. Yes, the price of most altcoins are still very cheap and affordable to buy right now but the fact remains the price cannot be cheap forever. There will surely be a time when the price of altcoins will surge and it won't be as affordable as we have it right now. So it will be a good decision to fill bag with good altcoins now.

Do not buy falling cryptocurrencies. Wait until market conditions do not improve. Especially altcoins will loose a lot from their current value.

The price of altcoins are technically at the bottom now and most of the altcoins have gone minus 80% of what was their price during the last bullrun. Therefore this is actually the best time to fill bag with altcoins because the altcoins bullrun may come at anytime.

I have loved altcoins all my life and hated BTC but now I have grown to see that keeping most of my altcoins or further buying them will bring me a lose instead of a gain because of how the market is now. I will never advice anyone to buy alts for now but rather BTC and HODL for the next bull.
