Title: Legal Permits/ Legalties in creating Cryptocurrency
Post by: cryptoglenn on June 30, 2019, 03:53:31 AM
Hi guys, I just want to ask If what are the legal permits needed in creating a cryptocurrency in broad or specific country? I am currently looking for a good country where we can create cryptocurrency probably around asia. By the way this is a Legit funded project. Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

Depends on where you are and what you want to start your crypto with . For example if you want to have no headaches at all and do not want to follow any rules at all, cyprus literally has a gray economy zone where you can just open a company, do whatever the hell you want and you can just keep paying your taxes and they won't ask you anything, there are other places like that in the world as well.

However, if you want to be incredibly legit then you can have  STO with the permission of a government branch with their eyes on you and you can provide all the proofs and even bills for what your funds going for and not scamming people it can become super legal but that would cost you a lot and limit you as well. So its not really that hard to achieve but its totally annoying to become super legit.

Go for Cyprus way like the FanEagle said. No Worries I guess is the best thing but the challenge will also be terrible. Trust isn't easy to gain in crypto.
Having your company registered will be good for the showoff, if you plan in Asia I guess Singapore, I remember reading an article about SEC in Singapore. Its your project so you have a choice.

You can develop your cryptocurrency project in countries such as Russia, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Uruguay, Brazil, the Arab Emirate...and many others. By the way, in some of these countries you can get support from the government - the example of India.

You can create crypto currency but if needed to be accepted legally then you should follow the terms of your country if there is any and some countries have regulations already.

But for creating you can do if you want.

Basically, we need to consider the developing countries.Such countries are loyal to cryptocurrencies. I would have gladly moved to China and began to engage in the cryptocurrency industry although it is there illegally. But this is a very profitable occupation.

I think European Union offers best registration and licensing for crypto projects including the security tokens as well so you may research about it, secondly if you are looking for even more crypto friendly and tax free countries then you can research about dubai, singapore and switzerland etc.
