this is my experience...

as we know Crypto Market is very volatile and very unexpected, more because of its anonymity. Trading is also risk-related, so you succeed as a trader, you have to have an open mind about trading, and you can't do fundamental analysis like you do for forex, because the opportunities are so low that we know when there will be big purchases or sales. However, trading can be very useful if you trade one day and focus on long-term investments too.

when you think the market has reached its lowest point and you can do simple technical analysis and find support or resistance - this will not give you a perfect picture but you can still find the mindset of traders in the past with this tool and speculate.

Balance and make a good plan before making a decision, it's about how patience will play a big role in this market, always doing research on market movements with every coin you will drive, buying at the lowest point and selling when you see good opportunities, always calm when analyzing your assets. and one is not greedy. if you see an opportunity, just throw it away!

Basically, everyone who trades has their own trading strategy which they think is effective and can implement it correctly, but it all depends on the level of expertise, capital, and risk tolerance that we are ready to face later. if you like daily trading, you really have to be required to be active, just as you start trading today, you have to liquidate today too and usually those who like daily trading are reliable and experienced traders.
I don't really know about trading, I always lose when I want to throw away. but I learn from all this. It is important for you to stay consistent with that strategy and don't change other strategies often, bro. I do trade with different strategies every day. I am more focused on buying coins that already have large volumes such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. I did a short-term trade so that when the price dropped I would soon buy it. However, when the price is already pumping I will sell the coins.

a very bad idea in my opinion because i believe that you have to stick to one thing only and try to gain experience in that thing. if you are trading then stick to that and if you are investing then do that only and nothing else. you can't do things half assed.

patience has no place in trading market. if you start using patience that is the day you fail in trading. you need to act fast and have clear plans and stick to them no matter what.

My advise to you while trading will be firstly, to avoid greed and secondly to always use stop loss function.  Know what works best for you, be good with your TA and also use FA. do not just buy because everyone else is buying, buy because you are convinced about taking the calculated risk after due diligence, especially for mid to long term hold. As a day trader, I take profit from 10% ,I never apply greed. I also convert to USDT when necessary.

I really can't control my emotions with trading orders, it drives me crazy. I think patience is not enough, sometimes this will make you a holder. A bit of luck and clarity will be good

This is indeed true. Before I used to panicked and sell my bags to avoid further loses. I'm trading tokens and I've been scalping for about three months now and I have learned to read the charts. The important thing is to stick with your strategy and be patient and make sure you always have back up plans.

Patience is the character that i believe almost every trader needs to have or else you will always get emotional in your trading positions and that could make you lose huge amount of money. Just recently, when Bitcoin rose to about $13k i wanted to accumulate further but my instinct kept telling me it's going to come further down and luckily enough it came down. this is why patience is very important when it comes to investing into cryptocurrencies.

When I look at Bitcoin and EGT I feel a bit optimistic.  I lost everything in 2018. My investment strategy now is to keep altcoin top 10 only and expect them to grow steadily even slowly.  I learned how to cut losses early to buy back at a better price than to sink in a downtrend.  Even if there is less loss than losing everything.

Another thing trading teaches is the ability to be contented, if one also masters this, he will be a good trader too. I have tried trading and one virtue I have learnt is that you should be patient and most importantly, you should know when to move on, sure I have sold some coins that turned out to be very valuable almost immediately I switched out of impatience and sometimes the reverse has been the case. Trading for few times and focusing on long term investment such as holding is teaching me patience too. I'm not that very patient when it comes to the flow of my assets but in crypto things became different. I'm used to the movement of the market and understood that volatility sure is high risk but is very rewarding. If you remove patience out of a trader, then you have introduced failure to him. Patience is required to be a good trader and that is part of what will determine how successful you will be.

Yeah, it does teach you patience for sure, it is incredibly nerve wrecking at times and you just have to calm yourself down and do stuff much more wisely.

I remember the early days when I sent just shy of the minimum required amount for deposit and because of that my money wasn't shown in the wallet so I was yelling everyone I found and I was writing bad stuff all over internet about them when in fact it was my failure of reading the rules caused that and they eventually returned it after review, that was about 5 years ago (probably more) and now I do bad trades time to time and still manage to calm myself down and figure out a way to recover that as well from extra steps that helps me restore back to old amount. If you are calm in crypto trading then you have a good shot at profiting.

yes, actually patience is the key to success in trading, besides patience can teach us to control emotions when trading. many experience defeat or do not have time to throw away because emotions are out of control and greed wants to get a quick profit. whereas as long as you can be patient, control your emotions I think you can understand about trade.

I have invested my money into coins that I know has future, and even if they are not rising now, I have already set target of some years for them, and taken my mind of them right now, if I hear any outstanding news about them, fine, If I don’t, I keep waiting till some good comes out of them. I do not know, I am not an experienced trader. I do not see big growths. If the growth of a new coin of 10% is considered good. What to do if the coin lost X10 after entering the market. To trade in new coins is difficult, they are very unstable. Even if you follow all the news.

I tried altcoin trading several times and learned lots of things.
But the main problem is there is no fundemental reasons for altcoin pump and patterns.
So i swithed to FX tarding.
I learned trading on the hardes battle so its now really more easy to make money on FX market.

Another thing it teaches is overcoming anxiety. People do not look at it that way but when bitcoin prices go up and down there are lot of people with anxiety that really feels horrible and that horrible is not just mental horrible, it literally shows itself in your body as well.

For example, I am a prescribed anxiety disorder patient and I have to take medicine every single day, things that giving me stress and anxiety could have big repercussions for me and I try to stay away from them. However I am right in the middle of bitcoin without feeling bad at all even during days it goes down, I can literally watch a movie and my breathing will be difficult because of a stressful situation yet when my portfolio drops 10% in an hour, I feel nothing. Those type of help is very valid and important too.
