It’s saddened me to see that no credit is given to Grin, from which you forked.

It’s saddened me to see that no credit is given to Grin, from which you forked.

Indeed; this is essentially BitGrin (Grin + Bitcoin emission + mining tax) minus the Grin acknowledgement.

When asked earlier what distinguishes this project from BitGrin, they claimed it has no mining tax, which it now does.

Credit is given to Grin in our white paper and when GitHub is public. We will give credit where it is due.

When asked earlier what distinguishes this project from BitGrin, they claimed it has no mining tax, which it now does.

There are key differences between Epic and Grin/Bitgrin, and this difference will increase as we progress on development. And again, we do acknowledge Grin in our white paper and soon to go public GitHub.

The budget emission is 8.8% first year and reduces 1.1% every year until zero. This is relatively much more modest than some coins and will help ensure we can continue developing and promoting. The ultimate goal is to transition from using a foundation to a decentralized autonomous organization.

The description of the project looks interesting and unique. I wanted to look into the code, but github section on the site is empty. Are you going to open it at some time, or it is intentionally? Still worth to add this info on the site

There is no premine. We do have a budget system for development, marketing, legal, etc., that is 8.8% in year 1, 7.7% in year 2, etc., reducing 1.1% every year until reaching 0%.

The GitHub will be made available before launch, and we'll be sure to share as soon as it is available. Thanks for the patience!

Hi DarkMind. The current plan is to launch on August 1st. Our RandomX implementation is ready, and we'll ensure a fair launch with mining available to everyone at the start.

No, no premine. Also no ninja or instamine, we have a smooth emission that starts at zero.

What is happening with this Epic coin?
Is mainnet released yet or not?

I remember I saw some old Epic coin long time ago, but I am not sure it is same Epic like this.

It is not mainnet yet.

The launch was delayed to make sure we can have Windows miner available at launch. Apologies for the confusion.

I remember I saw some old Epic coin long time ago, but I am not sure it is same Epic like this.

It is not yet released. We'll be providing an updated Mainnet launch date after we have our Windows miner tested and ready.

Epic Cash is not the old Epic Coin. The project behind Epic Coin has rebranded into Kubo Coin, so that there will be less confusion.

We just started a new bug bounty for the Epic mining community!

Grin is properly credited in GitLab and white paper.

Grin is properly credited in GitLab and white paper.

Why not credit Grin on your webpage as well, which will get a lot more eyes than either GitLab or white paper?
Looks like you want to leave some people with the false impression that Epic Cash is original work.

Section 2.1.4 of the technical whitepaper reads:
Quote
By having a flexible cipher policy, we can take advantage of opportunities in the mining marketplace to acquire the greatest possible hash power. As certain kinds of hardware stop being economical on other chains, we can make room for them on Epic at a lower price, increasing their return on capital while delivering hash power to the network at a lower marginal cost. As other kinds of ciphers stop being effective, we can diminish or eliminate their allotment on Epic, making room for newer providers.

Can you provide any practical examples of such a policy working in any other PoW cryptocurrencies?

What are the potential attack vectors introduced by having a flexible cipher policy, and how are they mitigated?

Hi wesdewayne. We asked our developer Todd Lewis, and he replied:

Quote
1. Not at the moment (sorry, very busy with launch preparations), but I believe there are a few projects with a similar system.

2. We think a flexible policy reduces risk. The normal case of a static policy is a subset of the dynamic policy case. I.e, we can always implement a static policy via the dynamic framework.  However, we also can respond quickly to changing circumstances in mining and security, which others cannot.

Please let us know if you have any other questions!

It's on BiHODL.com (https://bihodl.com/) and it's selling for $0.50 USDT each.  You can mine it on Icemining.ca (https://Icemining.ca)'s pool with TTminer (NVidia) or the OpenCL miner that's on the official site (https://epic.tech/downloads/).  You can mine with most cards, I think.

Hello, it's a 'http' option...I think that will be the only option with this pool for the time being, because it is much easier and almost instant as it goes through the http address...e.g. you specify your ip address and port and the pool sends the coins directly to your wallet....Please note that we are expecting a new GUI wallet for Epic cash any day now, that will simplify the process of sending and managing transactions...the pool is almost ready to start sending payments to miners, it's been work in progress for some time now...

BTW I am a community member that has been involved with the project for some time now, and can vouch that this is a good project, my favorite right now, with some great people involved who genuinely care, and want to promote some good causes not just have the best tech around...Good luck..

Hello kaszebe1, you CAN receive it through http, but first you will need to open your port 3415 (I have two additional ports forwarded also for mining and transactions = 3414, 3416)....

The way to do that is through your isp router, go to its login page which is usually 192.168.0.1 and then find port forwarding rules, and forward port 3415...and those two I mentioned if you need them...Then check with canyouseeme.org if it is open...

You also need to have your epic node/server running on the same machine where your wallet is, and to change epic-miner.toml. If you are using windows, it's located in this folder C:\Users\YourUserName\.epic\main...

Find #host IP for wallet listener, change to "0.0.0.0" to receive epics
and change it to api_listen_interface = "0.0.0.0"

Now you can receive your lovely Epic cash...

I hope this helps.

I do not know why you are forcing your community on Telegram and some other channels and neglecting the Bitcointalk forum. Bitcointalk is certainly the largest mining site and the largest crypto base. As such, it deserves much more attention. How many people have heard of your Telegram chat and how much of the Bitcointalk forum? I think that the active thread on the Bitcointalk forum is of great importance and there must be constant support in its direction.

Hello Lucky - Luciano, you are absolutely right. I want to have as much communication as possible with our members and potential ones right here...I love bitcointalk, that's where I discovered Epic cash in the first place...I just could not find an answer for jacskluter, and thought maybe he could find it faster in there...but Telegram is really not the best platform for this kind of thing, I agree with you...I asked our community to increase our activity here, because this is THE place to be, to make us visible and test our ideas and communicate with both, our members and the public...thanks for reminding me about it...

I downloaded GUI wallet but when I want to "Open Http listener to recieve" i get an info like this : "Listener is now running on localhost:3415. However your ip is not reachable by the internet user. Try transaction file"

Does it mean I can't receive the Epic coins with my current internet provider?

You can check if port 3415 is open and view your IP address at CanYouSeeMe.org (http://CanYouSeeMe.org)

ON canyouseeme.org i got response : "Error: I could not see your service on xxx.xxx.25.47 on port (3415)
Reason: Connection refused"

Now i see on canyouseeme.org a statement : "Success: I can see your service on xxx.xxx.25.47 on port (3415)
Your ISP is not blocking port 3415"

But i still cant withdraw epics from icemining.ca . When i put my address with port and a correct password the button "submit payment" still remains inactive .  I have a confirmed balance of 0.25 epic on icemining.ca.

Hello Harold, you are absolutely right. Strong and thriving community is the key to any success in the crypto world. If that does not exist, project cannot really succeed. I think we are definitely making good progress on that front, our community is now growing steadily thanks to the efforts of our members who are working hard to put our message across to the public.

The last thing that we would need are accusations that someone was scammed or something similar. Let me assure you that the Epic team, which does those operational decisions, are made of some honorable and decent people, I can personally vouch for that from my experience as a community member who has been involved with the project for some time now. As a matter of fact the team would go to a great length to listen and be inclusive, and to make everyone happy, and from my point of view the team has shown some incredible patience and good will towards our members and the public who would sometimes be critical, rightly or not, for whatever reason...

I would not hesitate for a second, to recommend anyone interested to join our community and test this by himself, or herself...

Now I do not have any facts or info about that particular situation, whether it was resolved and what really happened etc... but knowing what I know right now I am confident that the team would not be looking to damage our reputation in any way, let alone to act dishonorably...I will try to investigate this on my end as a community member, to clear any potential doubts about it...

In the meantime I would like to invite everyone to our community to see for themselves...

Hello kaszebe1, I am glad that it's working now. The pool has just announced in our forums that there might be some positive movements regarding the payments tomorrow. We are all impatient to see this final technical hurdle be removed so that all miners, myself included, can get their lovely epic cash coins into their accounts...

I think we should also start updating this forum here with the news from the pools regularly to keep our members and public up to date with everything...

Team has paid the amount to the translation agency as far as I know. Now it's a problem with the translation agency, Epic team isn't anymore responsible for it.
Why don't you use escrow before starting the work? Isn't it your duty to make your fund safe?

The most important question is why do we need EPIC?  Do they have a serious platform and options for real use?  By the way, some leading exchanges oppose anonymous cryptocurrencies.  How do Epic developers intend to solve this problem?

So what exactly is the algorithm that you use to mine this coin? I see that it favors CPU but what is the actual algorithm to use to mine it?

For CPU, the algorithm used is RandomX which is solely designed for CPU mining, with this algorithm, the effectiveness of super powered device is decreased.

For GPU, ProgPow algorithm has been used.

For Asic, CuckAToo31+ has been designed.

The most important question is why do we need EPIC?  Do they have a serious platform and options for real use?  By the way, some leading exchanges oppose anonymous cryptocurrencies.  How do Epic developers intend to solve this problem?

Here's everything you need to know in order to mining EPIC-
Quote
2.3.1-1  Updated 9-17-19  NOTE: We are now Live!!

Epic Server 2.3.1
This release improves the block propagation situation.

We used to propagate a newly produced only to a limited number of peers, now we propagate to everyone.

IMPORTANT: We also introduced a new configuration option in the server: header_sync_timeout. This allows you to configure when to start the epic server synchronization mode: this mode forces your local server to fetch the latest header from the peers.

This means that you now ARE REQUIRED to add the header_sync_timeout option under [server] in your epic-server.toml when updating your server, or you need to delete and generate your file again. The recommended value for this option is 10.

Though we added this option for quality of life, with the improvement on block propagation we believe it should not be necessary to change its default.

==================================

Epic Miner 2.3.1
This release introduces a quality of life change: now the miner will only receive jobs from the server when it is the turn of the configured algorithm to mine. Otherwise, the miner will remain idle.

It’s saddened me to see that no credit is given to Grin, from which you forked.

Credit is given to Grin in our white paper and when GitHub is public. We will give credit where it is due.

Indeed; this is essentially BitGrin (Grin + Bitcoin emission + mining tax) minus the Grin acknowledgement.

When asked earlier what distinguishes this project from BitGrin, they claimed it has no mining tax, which it now does.

How much does the board receive from this?  And why is it that there exist only 2 people on said board?  Why hasn't any of that Epic yet been distributed to those responsible for developing the platform to this point?  Why is this "community project" being governed by one person who is now on medical leave?

And, why does someone need to start a new BCT account to ask these questions?

Good points raised epics starting to smell like a stinker

Tbh I gave up on this one fairly quickly. The way wallet/miner compiled wasn't great and how telegram group was all up to date while discord and this forum was all left in the dark and the link to the wallet/miner was off a website and not off the github source.

Very backwards left me with no confidence.
I don't think Epicmax has any experience in making this a successful project epic gonna be a epic failure

Now only 1 person running the show.  Legal representation, treasurer, and primary investor all resigned from the board.  Leaving just Max.  So it's a democratic vote of 1 on how the dev tax is distributed....

Wayan Garvey, aka Max Freeman, has conned scores of people into working for the promise of pay that he's since defaulted on.  He's appropriated investments intended for this purely community volunteer project for his own personal investments and habits (e.g. expensive opioid habit).   And now that Epic hasn't launched into the stratosphere, he's on medical leave.  Whether or not that's to attend to his opioid habit, his frail sense of self (psych ward), or if it's an excuse to deflect from the fact that he doesn't have the balls to face the music (the project is bankrupt), is anyone's guess.

This guy defamed Grin and its developers.  He's been only slightly less derisive about Beam.  It wouldn't be long before their followers jumped ship for the Epic Cash Express.  He claimed to have visited Richard Branson and other interested investors at Necker Island, to have been in talks with Hoskinson and Antonopoulos, and to have a standing personal invitation from the president of Sierra Leone for all his philanthropic work in the country.  According to Garvey, Epic would take 2nd position in crypto market cap, behind Bitcoin, within the next 2 years.  It's been a bullshit stream of epic proportions coming from this guy's mouth, and people have been buying it.  Why?  It has nothing to do with decentralization, privacy, empowering the marginalized, or defeating the banks. It's all got to do with Lambos.  But what's new in crypto land?

The silver lining to this all is that the project is already proving to be such an epic failure that Garvey's 8.8% dev tax won't amount to much more than a BTC or 2.  Good riddance to Epic Cash.
Where did you get this information? Can you post a link to the original source? I follow the project, but did not notice such a negative as you wrote above.

Indeed; this is essentially BitGrin (Grin + Bitcoin emission + mining tax) minus the Grin acknowledgement.

When asked earlier what distinguishes this project from BitGrin, they claimed it has no mining tax, which it now does.

The ultimate goal is to transition from using a foundation to a decentralized autonomous organization.

https://i.imgur.com/N9MsgH2.png
bitgrin/epic minus dev tax ,surely will attract many miners.
dump from tax scared some miners.

There's still the foundation reward ratio per year, pretty much a dev tax however you want to look at it.

2x ppl running the show should this flop guess who's gonna dump on ya all

Now only 1 person running the show.  Legal representation, treasurer, and primary investor all resigned from the board.  Leaving just Max.  So it's a democratic vote of 1 on how the dev tax is distributed....

Epic coin getting ready for that epic failure right about now
Is it now? People complain about a Dev tax but don't mind getting shafted by projects with inflation that never ends. Epic Cash will be fine and does not rely on just one person. The catalyst was one person's idea but the vision will grow. Fudding a project with no ICO, No Pre-mine and supports privacy is tasteless.

Love the optimism but on a serious note you can't dismiss the obvious.

1. The devs already mined before 2nd September view the block explorer and the blocks mined and notice at the top says main net

2. Wallets poorly compiled together.

3. The devs a newb I mean cmon the guys trying to get us to download the wallet directly from a website away from github as opposed to the original source? Very amateur

4. The guys from Nigeria lol scam central of the world

5. The devs have 3-4 alias alone in here? Is that really necessary? Certainly not a good look

6. What will this coin do that makes it so special from other private coins forked off grin? Why should I choose epic cash over say beam/grin/bitgrin? Those other forks are alot more organized unlike epic

7. The group chats are all over the place, discord and telegram groups had different information apart.

8. Where's the dev tax wallet? How can we view and see how it's being used appropriately to grow epic?

9. How's it gonna grow if the dev disappears? So let's say someone comes along decided to grow epic, there is still that dev tax wallet get generated funds and accessed by one person? What's stopping that person from dumping on everyone? Is that really a liability you want, 1 person centralising the whole coin

Here's Randy Hilarski, the guy who has been using his brand media channels to shill Epic Cash.  Of course, Randy has been working with Wayan Garvey on this project, as he has on previous projects, so has a vested interest in seeing Epic pump.

The catalyst's (Wayan Garvey's) vision was to build a token off of the sweat of others' unpaid labor, to collect a dev tax for co-ordinating the unpaid labor, and then to hyper-inflate the value of that token so he could dump it off for millions in fiat.  He was in discussions with the treasurer and the whitepaper author over how they might develop stablecoin and DEX interaction to manipulate the value of Epic Cash.  Before Epic launched and disappointed, Wayan had hopes of developing a stablecoin (EUSD) and a DEX (EDEX).  That same catalyst screwed over people that money was owed to after they'd put in significant amounts of work.  He took MethodX's  (a "friend" from the toner industry) $100k investment and then channeled it into other projects, such as Covario, with which Wayan intended to take advantage of DEXs to pump Epic Cash value.  If I'm not mistaken, Covario is a project that Todd Lewis (Brick Abode), a lead paid developer for Epic, is also a part of.

Wayan Garvey has a history of fraud and shady business dealings.  Epic wasn't the first time he took advantage of workers leaving them unpaid.  At his Impro Group office in Moldova he fired dozens of IT people without pay, and then moved their jobs to the lower paid alternative in Mudurai, India. Where, incidentally, much of the "volunteer" programming for the Epic project is being done.  He downsized in the Philippines, firing much of his staff and then raised frivolous criminal suits against them when they sought legal remedies for unrightful termination and and failure to pay wages after having worked for him for years, building his Philippines company from the ground up.

His Impro Group warehouse burned burned down twice, netting him nice earnings about which there are those who will go on the record stating that Garvey bragged about sticking it to the insurance companies and walking away considerably richer.  He has previous sexual harassment suits as head of that organization.  He's been embroiled in civil suits raised by Xerox for encouraging contract violation and purchase of materials sourced through violated contracts with Xerox.

What Garvey doesn't have is a history in crypto.  He only got involved in mid-2017 because of the windfall profits he saw everyone making, then let his greed get the best of him and lost his ass when the market dropped out.  He has no background relevant to this industry except for running a toner trading company that his father started.  And he has some friends in the financial sector that can assist him in screwing an undeveloped exchange infrastructure.

Only months ago he was on about how large investors from respectable VC firms, as well as Richard Branson and company, we getting on board (he actually bragged about hanging out with them on Necker Island!) and how a large pool of investment would carry the committed Epic staff into next year and onward into layer 2 developments, Epic has more recently been stiffing translators for languages like Bengali, Igbo, and Persian, as well as the whitepaper author for month's work in research, authoring and advising.  This guy, Wayan Garvey (aka Max Freeman), is the sole recipient of the dev tax and unquestioned authority on everything that happens at Epic.

And now, where is he?  On medical leave?  Leaving you to tell everyone that they can't expect pay for their work because he's to spineless to come out and admit that he lied to everyone?  And to tell us that the project doesn't rely on him, when he is clearly the linchpin who everyone answers to.  Or is it because under all this pressure he's gone deeper down the opioid rabbit hole, leaving him without the facilities to push this project forward (but at least with MethodX's money to pay for those expensive ketamine and dilaudid shots)?

Who exactly is on the dev team?  What real developments are on the roadmap?  And how will they get paid?  What token value is needed to bring paid employees (assuming their contracts would actually be honored) on?  What is Wayan Garvey's cut out of the dev tax?  Why did the lead legal representation and the treasurer resign from the board?  And where do you fit into all of this?

Say what you will, but it seems like your championing of this project in the face of those who have already been taken advantage of, your disingenuousness, and the lies you're promulgating are what are truly tasteless.

Here's the cock sucker on fb https://m.facebook.com/wayan.garvey

Wow, I am seeing a new low here. Yes, I know Max going back 3 years. Once again I will remind you that the project is not just him. We have a community. He was the catalyst that brought us this coin. You can hate all you want but it does not change the quality of the project. The wallet works great. Development continues and folks can fud all they want. I have seen plenty of projects come and go in my years but this one has legs. I am sticking around! Hugs  ;)

This character assassination of Max is totally inappropriate. It's based on nothing but pure speculation. I do not claim that I know him personally apart from having a few conversations with him while I've been following the project as a community member. But I think that I know him well enough to say that he is not a low life scammer bent on hurting anyone involved with the project. On the contrary. I observed him honoring his promises to other people who were providing some services for the project on a number of occasions. He even went out of his way on one occasion to make things right even though it was clear to everyone that the third party screwed up, essentially paying twice for the same service...He tried his best to create an opportunity for everyone, especially for the small guy...The project is experiencing growing pains, some people left, which unfortunately happens all the time to every project I have been following recently as we people tend to disagree on everything from time to time...It's simply the fact of life. These difficulties and relentless work have taken their toll on him I would imagine, so I would urge everyone to respect his privacy and current situation until he is fully recovered and in a position to answer any issues that need to be addressed. My personal view is that the project still has a good chance of achieving its goals, despite the current difficulties. Time will tell if I was right about it.

Dramalicious!
Looks like there is one seriously butt hurt individual creating multiple accounts and burning all of his former team members.
So many new accounts created just to bring this coin down ... for now...

*Analysis and Spoiler Alert!*
Project looks legit, despite the drama. NOTHING discussed in this thread invalidates the model, the tech or the usability of Epic Cash, the drama is just a show to keep the price down.
Looking at the difficulty people appear to be mining the crap out of Epic Cash, and looking at exchanges people are accumulating the crap out of Epic Cash at bargain prices!
Best part, the public does not give two shits about the drama, only that tasty difference between the bought and sold price.

Well played drama queens, please continue to entertain us!
*golf clap*

Full Disclosure - YOU KNOW I AM BUYING  ;D

Not sure what world you're living in, but the public clearly does give two shits. The price and net hash have dropped off significantly. Literally no one is buying. All the volume is faked on the two Chinese exchanges that have listed it. Chainrift delisted it because no one was buying.

I'm assuming this is John/JLong.  For what it's worth, from what I've witnessed, he is a standup guy.

He was angry with me that I made a stink about being screwed.  Apparently, speaking up about mistreatment is tantamount to burning team members. Standing up for what is right be damned, let's vilify whistelblowers for damaging share value.

I don't know who has the multiple accounts to which you've referred.  But if being butt hurt means being disgruntled over getting stiffed for 20 grand, then I am very butt hurt.  Many of my team members got screwed, too.  Yet instead of calling out the real culprit for our misfortune,  you blame people like myself for not keeping our mouth shut.

By the sounds of it, though, I'm not the only one in this thread that is butt hurt...

It's likely that the individual who wrote this post was also guaranteed pay which he/she never received.  They have put a lot of work into the project and are hoping to reclaim that sunken time and effort via mining rewards.  Now all that EC they've mined is worth dick.  Whoever is mining EC is, of course, accumulating the crap out of it.  To sell at the going rate would mean selling at less than what it cost to mine.  But then who is buying?

Drama aside, why would someone invest in a project that has no dev team or road map, while other MimbleWimble projects have ambitious road maps and deep talented pools of developers?  For that matter, why not just BitGrin?  It's essentially the same as EC, except that EC has a slightly different emission schedule and some added mining algs.  BitGrin, as far as I know, hasn't yet screwed over contributors.  Nor does it have nearly 9% of its dev tax going to the one person who was responsible for screwing contributors over, does it?

Nice try at masking your disappointment, MajorMiner.  Kudos for dismissing unethical business practices as a pesky footnote to the ascension of EC token value.   *golf clap*

He obviously was an early miner that didn't sell and he's trying to save the price from tanking to 0, which will inevitably happen.

Ah yes one of those cheap, all-talk theoreticians. LOL "literally no one us buying"?
Literally you are full of shit and either flaunting your ignorance or lying on purpose.
Currently there are at least a couple of exchanges that are active, with real transactions, although one is much more active than the rest, plus several quiet P2P services, but I wouldn't expect you to know about that.
When you say the public clearly does give two shits, you misunderstood, the only relevant public is not the one caught up in the drama, but the public thats actually DOING something with Epic Cash - mining, accumulating, promoting, banking the unbanked, you know that kind of "real world actual actions" stuff, not armchair quarterbacking :)

You're completely ignorant to the fact that their personal life is affecting the dev funds and the long term life of this project. Good luck with your investing. And yes I do know of the two exchanges that currently have epic listed. If you watch the transactions they're almost all for prices that are not in the order books. It's very well known that the volume is faked on Citex and Bihodl. Open your eyes. There's absolutely 0 for volume other than the people dumping into the old buy orders.

Believe me when I say I want this to succeed as I also have a big bag from mining, but at this point I've written it off because of how useless this project is in comparison to the competition. There's plenty other projects out there with trustworthy dev's that do the exact same thing, on top of that they aren't clone coins like this. It took them weeks to fix simple problems with the API because it's not their code. The joys of cloning someone else's work and calling it your own.

Honestly I am not at all ignorant to the fact that their personal life is affecting the dev funds and the long term life of this project, which is why I am surprised at the "scorched-earth-let-it-all-burn-to-hell" approach. Its not constructive and anger will not get money back. I believe project has merit, just as much as it did when it started. Its far from perfect in execution, but in a sea of shitcoins this actually stands out to me. I am also glad you have a "big bag from mining", because I believe it will pay off, and I am all for EVERYONE making a buck. As far as exchanges padding the transaction list, in case of BiHODL its obvious to spot, small volume and inconsequential considering the rest of the volume is real. As far as everyone involved with the project from the beginning, I have nothing but respect for them going into such an ambitious undertaking and I hope they all get results in the end more tangible than just wisdom that comes from experience :)

*golf clap*
No I am not John, I am just a guy who is enjoying this project, and sees its potential.
I dont know all the details of the drama that ensued, and to be honest I dont really care.
I am one of those people who likes and respects peoples work without digging into their personal stuff - that list is long - Hemingway, Tesla, Machiavelli and many others...
Good Luck to you in your future endeavors.

You're adding Max Freeman to the list of the likes of Hemingway and Tesla?  His work amounted to giving BitGrin a slightly different emission schedule and some additional mining algorithms and branding this new groundbreaking work as his own idea.  Then promoting it as having substantial investment behind it, while giving community members the chance to contribute and get a piece of the pie fresh out of the oven.  Only problem was, there was no substantial investment, and the community members didn't get paid.  So, workers from India, West Africa, and Eastern Europe were, ultimately, stiffed.  I never agreed to work for future speculative coin.  I, instead, had an agreement for monthly pay, in fiat, for my work.  I too, ultimately, was stiffed.

Is this work you like and respect?  What about this project do you enjoy?  Who is working on it?  What are they working on?  Why aren't any of those at the helms of this project speaking out on its behalf?  What defining characteristics imbues it with potential not shared by BitGrin, Grin, or Beam?  Please, do tell.
Sorry about Hemingway, I like to wax poetic sometimes  ::). But, I am a little confused, if the project is as trivial as you say in terms of it being as you say a simple fork of grin, why did it require so many programmers and so much time to launch it? Translation is trivial, and I hate to say this but a lot of translations that I saw for this project are very subpar. Care to elucidate?

Good evening. Any plans of joniing crypto expos? It would be great to meet you there! WDYT?

Hello jacskluter, please visit our community at https://t.me/EpicCash , you may get your answer faster in there...

OK Boomer  :D This is Bitcoin Maximalist forum, filled with crusty trolls most of whom were around Bitcoin but managed not to make money from it  :'( Now they hang out here and give advice  ::) Telegram is dynamic, clean and there are channels for every crypto that are dedicated 100 percent to that crypto. Here you can read crusty trolls and people who dis mimble wimble.  Huggles!

Here trols come to destroy people, mock their vision, distract. I do not see any help here from trols, just their "freedom" to abuse. Enjoy it! Sorry I rant its late here. Ms.Fungible, that is typical of all projects, Telegram is the most focused medium. Less distraction more idea flow less blah blah blah. Bitcointalk is a good place to chat about politics and how great Bitcoin is/was and crypto economics and how great Bitcoin is/was and Bitcoin forks and John McAfees The Dickening and how great Bitcoin is/was and so much more of the same  ::)

Epic Cash definitely has good things in the works. Glad to see people from all places joining in!

Awesome, $30 worth of Epic Trash!  Of all the MW coins, you're banking on the one that has zero development to reveal its genius design to the masses, and then for it not to get hammered by the SEC for Wayan Garvey's brazen violations.  While you are investing on the long shot of long shots, why not send some of that shit into a televangelist to reserve you a spot in paradise?

Hello,
I am sorry for your anger and pain, this is why people go on Telegram, so much poison here. I hope Christmas soothes your spirit.

God Bless

Dear Here41Reason aka onyabike,
You got my attention accusing me of being someone else. My truth is far more boring, my real name is Phil, and in addition to my work I am also heavily involved in philanthropy, volunteer work, blood donation at Stanford Blood Center, that kind of thing, which is why I chose handle Phylantrop. Get it? If you want proof, or if anyone here wants proof of my identity we can meet and chat at my favorite coffee joint Philz Coffee in Palo Alto (yeah I admit I like Philz partially because it sounds like my name).
In the interests of more disclosure since you are clearly fascinated by my persona and my involvement with Epic. I first found out about the Epic Cash project at Burning Man, but I did not get around to doing anything about it until after it launched in September. Me and a few of my friends are actively mining and buying Epic Cash. I am not soliciting your opinion on this since you made it clear.
I don't know you, but I find your behavior inhumanely reprehensible. As I said, you got my attention, I guess its my turn to find out who you really are, so I will reach out to the Epic Cash community and find out.
In the meantime, you are spamming the crap out of this forum, you are bullying project members, and you are making obviously libelous accusations. I do not understand why your accounts are not banned and your messages are not erased, but I do understand why people prefer cleaner channels like Telegram where parasites like you cant spread their hate and bully them.

Bye

Claims I'm Here41Reason hahha you do realise there's multiple people who here know epic trash is exactly that trash.

And this shit coin deserves everything it gets for wronging people, what was the point of the emission/treasurer if contributors aren't getting paid for they're work, seriously fk this coin and anyone who supports it.

The only peeps supporting this coin are the dirty scammers them selves shilling this coin. This will never take off knowing that the treasurer/emissions is going to a scammer for every block mined what's stopping the scamming arsehole from dumping on you all just when you think things are getting good think AGAIN. ITS BEYOND COMMON SENSE THIS IS A SCAM WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE MISAPPROPRIATING THE EMISSION THAT'S SET ASIDE FOR CONTRIBUTORS AND  DEVELOPMENT YET WE HAVE SOMEONE ABUSING IT

Glad your exposing this shit coin for what it truly is.
Also submit negative trust score to epicmax more negative score it'll flag this thread and this scam will die quickly after that

What does Covario (http://www.covar.io/) have to do with Epic and Wayan Garvey's ongoing fraudulent activities? Wayan bragged about how he'd invested several million dollars in it and how Mark Banner (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mbanner/) and Todd Lewis (https://www.linkedin.com/in/toddglewis2/) would be furnishing him some exclusive rights to use their platform to manipulate the value of his token.

The veracity of Wayan's assertions, given his track record of dishonesty and outlandish claims,  are anyone's guess.  Perhaps Banner and Lewis could shed some light on the topic.  A screenshot of Wayan's boasting and signs of more statements of criminal intent to come can be found on the following Reddit link:

What a good drama here. I have been scammed by quadrigacx and maybe could have been scammed by epic cash. I stopped mining after a few hours, seeing too much difficulty and bad otc price Max was hoping for on telegram. When i saw he wanted 1 dollar for an epic i knew diff was too high. I thought about buying. Lucky me i was lazy, wallet was a nightmare. I still have 2 epic on icemining pool though, lol.

It's pretty sad seeing all of you saying bad things. But i understand the anger.

I remember about the 2k russians that were ready to mine lol. I was one of the first members in telegram and remember the gpu giveaway but never participated because i didnt want to give personnal data. I remember methodx giveaway, for Usa members only.

In the end, i hate you have all been scammed.

Was it Emma the nice girl that was here from the start? Is she real? Lol she s the only one you never talked about.

Well drama aside, difficulty is way down because Monero went RandonmX on November 30th so even solo mining is an option. After a rough start, Epic Cash is alive and well on Telegram without all the trolls. I pity the guy who is reduced to trolling here while trying to scrape a living in Indonesia, so much anger and unfulfilled dreams, running out of places he can call home. Maybe if he was a better human being his life would not be so miserable.

In the end, time will show who was right. For now, Epic Cash is slowly growing, adding features, adding miners, getting gradually bigger.
Have a great life!

P.S. How would you get scammed by Epic Cash? You are not giving them money. Just like any other crypto mineable crypto you mine it and it may go up or down in value.

When i wrote about being scammed i was thinking that epic cash wasnt a mine and dump coin organized by the team. Ok i would have mined and dumped i must confess. I am just disappointed seeing that Max thought the same. When i saw the boat with epic cash logo, the pile of fedex letters to be sent to bankers... Well i thougt this team had money and would at least proprely pump the price but i guess they never had time to do that. I am no angel here... Have always been a pump and dump miner but... I followed the project daily for months...

If this isn't Wayan, then it's one of Wayan's fluffers.  So he named a coffee shop in Palo Alto.  Wayan lived in Palo Alto.  He's trying to take shots at me about "scraping a living" in Indonesia.  I'm reduced to living 2 blocks from the beach in Bali, working a 10-hour work week, while "Phylantrop" is volunteering at the blood bank in Palo Alto, or exchanging a new pair of shoes with his wife for a blowjob in Las Vegas, or whichever glorious life in the US he'd insinuate I should envy.

I can't tell that "Epic is slowly growing", given its purported and, surely, inflated trading volume is around $2000 for the last 24 hours.  At the inflated numbers its market cap is still only $50,000.  It's adding features how?  With a few token part-time volunteer coders who have made working on Grin code for Epic Cash a hobby?  This "currency" is already, for all practical purposes, dead.  Now we just need for  Wayan to stop all his bragging about suicide and follow his coin into the eternal shadows.

LOL you are a jealous and triggered little monkey, aren't you? I am sorry for you. Ten hours of work per week just means your butt cant handle more abuse, since judging by your reviews and failed website you are a zero as an English Teacher.

Have a great life!

Go suck Wayan Garvey's cock

Wayan is a slovenly cripple who can hardly touch his toes.  Sucking his own cock is even less likely than his wife sucking his cock.

Like I've told you before, Phylantrop is Wayan Garvey.  He's afraid stick around as Max.  Look, I caught the bone smoker on an XMR channel trying to hobnob with the miners and lure them over to the dark side.  He disappeared from there quickly, then started whining at me on Telegram that I need to stop blasting him.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.41340

I had a feeling the cock smoker Phylantrop and max are the same person can tell by the way he chats he puts on this persona of a Nigerian Prince scammer lol he's not very good at hiding the low iq piece of shit but then again this is the same person who went to hospital considering all the drugs his taking he wouldnt know he has to sound different between Phylantrop and max but then he could just be very sick in the head hopefully he kills himself soon one less cunt to worry about in the world

Yeah!
Somehow we're to believe that this veteran who before posted about mining Bitcoin back in 2013 stops posting for more than 2 years, only to come back to almost exclusively shill Epic Cash.  Not Grin, Beam, or BitGrin.  No, the copycat runt bastard of MW coins.  Of course, in typical 'look at me' Wayan Garvey little man syndrome fashion, he makes a detour to drop into a thread about being a world citizen, to state  "have traveled a lot (missing just one continent)..."  More accurate would have been, "I've fucked over people from every continent but 1."

Sup Scrote,
So if you see through your dank troll haze I will elucidate. Yes I really am a veteran, and yes I go years before 2013, and yeah I havent posted much on bitcointalk in ages. Bitcointalk even back in the old days was becoming a shitpile and an unregulated feeder for trolls (sounds familiar?), people were trying to shit on Bitcoin and pimp various shitcoins. At some point bitcointalk attracted trolls that even outdank you which is not easy since you are a top shelf troll albeit fucking clueless and technologically retarded.
I did Bitcoin, and later switched to Monero, Ether and DOGE, but I was no longer on this forum, again largely because all the real shit went down in much more secure and private environments, notably without people like you and without poor annoying no-coiners who only talked but did not do. Bitcoin remained solid, hugely profitable and to this day fun. Ditto with Monero, tilting at the ASIC windmills aside, although I am liking the flavor of their switch to RandomX for semi obvious reasons. Ether was interesting then was DAO and shit got stupid, plus Vitalik is a single point of fail with too much control that I did not and do not like. DOGE was stupid and entertaining and fun and several times made me a shitload of money, plus we send a Jamaican bobsleigh team to freaking Sochi which was funny at the time. So yeah, I am a veteran.
I got into Epic Cash because I saw potential in the project because of limited emission, multi algo, small cap and low mining difficulty.  Frankly I do not give a fuck who started the project, thats not the point. What I see and what I know is that it will make me money, more play money. Why Epic Cash? Because Grin has infinite emission, Beam I have reasons not to trust, and if you have to ask questions about other coins in this space you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. There are a few of us, OGs from the old Bitcoin days, who are playing with Epic Cash, none of us are shilling we dont have to, especially not here. Despite the trolling, despite the bitching and moaning, and actually thanks in great part to your efforts, Epic Cash is going to make money for many of us playing with it. None of this will benefit you since you made it clear from your posts that you are a clueless cryptonewb and a nocoiner, who doesnt have a finger on the MW pulse. Glad you have a hobby though, hobbies are important.

Yea making alot of money from misappropriating the dev tax wallet hahaha.

Grin has infinite coins not my thing either.

Beam has a finite number but has a dedicated team and a dev tax as well but atleast they are legit (or at this stage so far)

But why should people mine epic cash over say bitgrin? Epic cash is trash the founder is a scammer this is gonna go nowhere except for the toilet.

If I was to mine anyone of these coins it would be bitgrin over this trashy coin

Agreed.  Of course, it's no mystery that I want Epic Cash to fail.  More specifically, I want to see Wayan Garvey humiliated.  That aside, Epic Cash circulating supply is already bigger than Bitgrin's, while Bitgrin's trading volume, provided you at all trust the exchange stats, is 100x Epic Cash's.  If the two coins are for all practical purposes identical, why buy Epic Cash if it has such a smaller community and much less liquidity?

Vitalik is a single point of fail with too much control, but then no problems with Wayan Garvey running the Epic Cash shitshow?  How does Bitgrin's locus of power compare to Epic Cash's?

Granted, I'm a cryptonewb nocoiner, or whatever other crypto-pejoratives MajorMiner would like to throw at me.  But I don't think I need to grok the finer nuances of mining to make an informed judgement call on the viability of Epic Cash as an investment or to identify incongruities in MajorMiner's line of reasoning.

One other thing - as a fan of Hemmingway, surely MajorMiner can empathize with the primal urge for vengeance. Perhaps she, too, would seek revenge were she wronged as I've been.

Wait you want the whole project to fail because you really don't like one guy? I personally knew and very strongly disliked John Sculley because he was a twat, but it did not stop me making mint off Apple stock. Hell I am still making money off Apple and John is looong gone.

Hey man! Were you on St.Eligus mining pool way back then?

LOL yeah, Luke Jr's pool  ;D yeah bunch of us bailed when he started writing religious stuff into blockchain. Which one were you? DM me.

Hey Beautiful People,
Just popping in to say hello!
Epic Cash and Mimblewimble is where its all at  ;D

RandomX solo mining still strong, gaming rig continues to solve blocks.

Sup Scrote,
you used the word "grok" like you knew what it meant and for that you get a small measure of respect, even though you clearly do not grok crypto. BTW, if you look at ALL MimbleWimble coins right now, all of their bitcointalk forums are infested with trolls  ::) how many of them are you?
I looked at Bitgrin and I didnt go with them because they are truly a lazy single algo fork of Grin with a 10 percent dev fee and HODL centric mentality. Their business angle is a dead end. Epic Cash is young, more agile, still small, multi algo, clearly evolved version of priors with vastly more potential. I dont give a shit about the dev wallet, I buy my own toys. Furthermore, once the coin gets some value I will share/invest some of my own coins into the project to drive and promote it.

BTW, MajorMiner, if you aren't in fact intimately tied in with Wayan, I apologize for acting as though you were, or that you were him.  Only you know the answer to that, but I'll man up to my mistakes if I've made them.

I am not a lawyer, never had the inclination for that profession, but the way I look at it, even if nefarious plans were laid unless they materialized and they clearly have not, then essentially its all a work of fiction - just talk. Throughout the course of my career I've been in many meetings in large companies where lofty ideas with dubious legal and ethical ramifications were freely discussed, but never materialized, however out of many of them manifested creative directions within the letter of the law.

I clearly separate what is talk and what is action. As far as personal accountability, I believe that our actions good and bad have consequences. I am not Max, but like many many others I am actively involved with making Epic Cash a better project. I am not here to judge any of the founders of the project, any personal disagreements between the founders should be handled by them and not be dragged out before the public - thats just my opinion. Two wrongs do not make a right, doxing and going after person, his family and friends and anyone else you feel hurt by, is flat out illegal and makes you look like an obsessive psycho - stuff like this does not rally people to your cause and will not make your life better. Also, if there are financial grievances between the investors, by trying to destroy the project out of personal vendetta severely limits the chances of an amicable financial resolution.

Almost a decade ago I spent a lot of time and energy helping the Bitcoin project, and later I did the same with several other early cryptos. I never engaged in pump and dump, I never evangelize what I do not believe in. I always had skin in the game, took the risks some of which paid off. In crypto and in my professional career I never shilled, I only got involved with projects that offered incremental value and tried to avoid cannibalizing the market.

I believe Epic Cash project has unique advantages. I saw you cross-posted one of my opinions about another Mimblewimble project being a dead end - notice I did not go on their forums to troll them, I respect what they are trying to do but through the lens of my experience I see some shortcomings resulting in my opinion. I come here to state my honest opinion, and today in the Mimblewimble space Epic Cash is a very solid contender, partially because of the three algo cocktail, partially because of limited emissions, and partially because of the next few things in the pipe that will further improve the privacy and usability aspects. I like the team of people that are currently working on the project, I like the community that is evolving around the project. I live the overall energy of the Mimblewimble community and I have a tremendous respect for ALL of its participants.

As far as apologies go, as much as I want to believe in its sincerity, this thread is a half-truths and profanity ladened accusatory mess and a deliberate distraction leveraged against all the honest people who are participating in the Epic Cash project... The Epic Cash community is busy with the project, not with distractions which is why so few of us bother to come here.

Fact of the matter is your still going up shit creek without a paddle. The dev wallet is a vulnerability you can't solve that, whenever epic cash has a run dirty dev wallet dumps and scares the market can just keep doing it over and over all at the expense of the miners. You can try polishing a turd all you want but at the end of the day it's still a turd.

I would strongly suggest a hardfork and start fresh no dirty dev founder wallet to scam each and everyone of you. Problem solved and everyone has a fair chance otherwise forget epic cash and whatever dream you have of it.

Maybe you could use some of that same objectivity when you were talking about another coin - here is your own quote: "Are you serious ?   What you expected after few months ? Biggest exchanges and everyday ATH ?"

Anyway, thank you for your insightful contribution and Merry Christmas  ::)

At the beginnig it worked much better. The synchronization was much faster.  Now it stops after few minutes of downloading.

BTW .. After so long period of time since my previous post i would expect better development. At least to integrate epic server and wallet into one GUI package.

I regret waste of resources i spent to mine it ... Now i cant even withdraw beacuse i can't sync damn wallet ...

Epic GUI is already a standalone... There is also more than one wallet with more on the way...
Plus there are always helpful folks ready to answer questions on Epic Miners https://t.me/EpicMiners . And there are updates coming to improve the user experience.
I think its awesome the level of expectations and entitlement people have today compared to the early days when Bitcoin, Ethereum and Monero were born, glad those of us did not give up so easily and ended up reaping the benefits.

I sincerely want bad things to happen to Wayan Garvey.  That is separate from you.  I can sincerely apologize to you without apologizing for what I've said about Wayan or Epic Cash.

Separating Wayan Garvey, Epic Cash, and the work I did for Epic Cash that wasn't paid, all from the public forum, only serves Epic Cash.

The project was built on scamming people.  Period.  We obviously have a difference in opinion in how we approach this.  Your opinion seems to be 'fuck it, let's move on.'  I don't think it should be allowed to move on if those who got the project off the ground were not compensated what they were promised.  That includes me.  So, yes, I will make a stink.  I would make a stink if it weren't me, because the fact would remain that any successes forthcoming would be in part due to the theft of others' labor.

Beyond that, 8.8% of the 1st year's mining rewards and 7.7% of year 2's mining rewards go to the very same person who screwed me and other people over.  Nobody, not you or any of the other do-gooder Epic Cash people can do anything about the fact that at the end of year 2 Wayan Garvey, the guy who stole from people he's known for half his life to get to this point in Epic Cash, will be the only person with access to the 15% of circulating supply in the form of dev tax.  And that's not counting the coins that he's also mining. Furthermore, if he starts getting access to funds, he is very likely to employ high-powered trading bots to inflate the currency so he can then dump the remainder of his holdings, as he's specifically said he'd do.

Well whether this is a scam or not does not change the fact that you are a piece of shit as well.

I've read this thread for awhile now and your words I've highlighted show that you are a scumbag scammer that is Butt hurt for getting scammed by the other scumbag scammers.

These words specifically show that you would still be in on the scam as long as you were profiting from it so your just a peice of shit as well.

Quote
I don't think it should be allowed to move on if those who got the project off the ground were not compensated what they were promised.

By definition this is specifically stating that you think the Scam should have been allowed to go on if you had been compensated for participating in the Scam.

Well all of you losers can continue to chomp at each other while we sit back and enjoy the show.

Thank you for checking in and saying hello, actually the project is going quite well  ;D

We are getting more miners especially CPU crowd since Epic Cash is the only Mimblewimble crypto that can be mined with CPU.
The overall trolling of our project is pretty much consistent with what most newly emerging cryptos face, its baseless and criminally-obscessively-stalky variety.
We are in the process of adding more exchanges, features, wallets, and user-friendliness , our devs and volunteers are staying bery busy, while not having the highest dev tax by far (at 7.77% and dropping annually by 1.11%) we are 4th lowest in the Mimblewimble space).
Epic Cash  has solid proven market resistance, thanks to folks quietly accumulating, and we are poised for gradual continuing rise in price.
So in terms of tech, teamwork, user base, and current low price I believe we are the best value in the Mibmblewimble space.

Thanks again  ;D

100% agree, Epic Cash is the BEST Mimblewimble coin. I love the comparison table I saw posted on Telegram, just the facts and the facts are good.
Stands up to any objective quantifiable argument.
Responsibly limited emission, protects value for miners and investors
3 mining algo futureproofing
The only CPU mineable Mimblewimble coin
Best overall Mimblewimble value and a lot more

Sophomoric humor from someone who spammed classless rubbish 143 times and got 1 pity merit does not mean much, but lets entertain the idiot also out of pity.
Judging by your commentaries, in addition to being socially retarded, you are also technologically impaired (likely a no-coiner), so I will try to use short words except for mimblewimble...
In the world of private crypto there are really only two directions of true privacy coins - Monero type crypto and Mimblewimble type crypto.
Monero is old school and has its own advantages and problems, but they are established and respected.
Mimblewimble is newer, lighter, and has tremendous potential.
Out of all Mimblewimble cryptos - Epic Cash is the best and most versatile implementation in terms of long term value.
Currently on three exchanges with more on the way.
Several wallet options with more on the way.
Dev team with tremendous volunteer support, easy to follow instructions for new users, tutorial videos, etc...
Super affordable to get started in.
Bottom line - private, fungible, flexible mining CPU/GPU/ASIC, smart and responsible emission schedule, etc...

Enjoy Responsibly  ;D

A popular website called Deadcoins listed you as a scam shit coin. Have you noticed it yet? I thought Epic cash will be a valid and better altcoin but are you scamming now? I would recommend everyone, don't waste your time in this coin. It seems they are paying people to comment brainless positive comments.

Beautiful stuff  ;D a former disgruntled member of the project, with a documented history of libel, wanted in Philippines for libel,  who was doxxing other project members and spreading lies about the Epic Cash project, trying to poison this thread with a small army of sock puppets, also said bad things about Epic Cash on a "popular site" with remarkably shitty Alexa rating of 499,025.
OMG THE HORROR!!!  ::)

Seriously, are you gullible, stupid or deliberately trolling?
Epic Cash is a living and growing project - https://explorer.epic.tech/
Easily best pick out of the already good Mimblewimble privacy algo lineup because of its responsible emission schedule, dynamic triple mining algo, and a kick ass growing community.
Epic Cash has both KYC and non KYC exchanges, multiple GUI wallets, with constant development targeting usability and mass adoption by the mainstream.

So, back to the original question - are you gullible, stupid or deliberately trolling?
But hey, thank you thinking of us  ::)

Not even a good scammer dribbling all that rubbish how much they paying you 2 rupees a day, it's been mentioned countless amount of times the tax mining wallet is controlled by scammer its use has been misappropriated already the founder doesn't even come on here no more cause his a gutless scamming coward yet you can't even counter argue these statements time and time again in the previous responses. Lol flexible mining best mimble wimble coin very laughable grin changes there algo so ant miners ect don't take over the coin community and become centralised, what's epic cash gonna do nothing and die.

Your mention of ant miners shows that you dont even understand ANY of the underlying mechanics of Epic Cash or Grin or likely any crypto at all, you are just a sad no coiner all-talk trash... Most pointless counter argument yet, that's how scams work have a vulnerability and let there be a strong advantage for one person or group in this case a mining tax wallet thats misappropriated lol very nice scam if only it wasn't so obvious along with all the wrong doings already mentioned very early in the coin development lol

Like how you didn't address the problems and simply can't come to a solution or come up with an answer just simply swept it all under the rug that's the type of response I expect from a scammer. I have already mentioned before hard fork the coin and start from scratch without the scams while it's still early but no then it wouldn't be a scam that would defeat the purpose the founder had all along.

The biggest vulnerability and obvious red flags I mentioned already and yet major miners like hoping people are gonna be naive and oblivious to it all and continue like its no one's business.

Real classy, typical scammer response no reasoning no logic just try band aid the fact it's a scam and hope these valid arguments don't get mentioned again lol

The founder of the coin pissed off long ago when he had no leg to stand on now it's only scammer buddies defending this coin to the death lol pathetic and funny I ain't going no where and I'll keep popping up with this argument every so often to remind any potential investor what is really going on and your weak attempts to try cover my arguments only makes my argument stronger and stand out

So all you have a problem with is that there is a 7.77% dev tax and YOU dont like the Dev Team who is getting it?
Project has paid devs in addition to volunteer devs.
At 7.77% current dev tax, which drops 1.11% every year.
Epic Cash is #4 in dev tax percentage, the Beam guys are collecting 20%
Seriously you keep harping on this and making up lies because you got kicked off the project.
Again, the bottom line is you and your sockpuppets do not like one of the founders, and you are trying to hurt the project and EVERYONE involved with it because you are butthurt.
Epic Cash is a very transparent project, but you are a seriously creepy and deranged dude  ::)

Multiple people haven't been paid as promised as part of contributing, I was never part of your dev coin development nor do I wish to. Your founder is the master mind behind the scam he doesn't even come here anymore after abusing the dev tax wallet. Don't go making lies up now

I have some serious problems synchronizing the node ...

Right after start i have like 22 conected peers... but the it starts to drop to 3 ... then 2 .. then 1 .. and finally 0.

When i keep it long enough it incereses to 1 or 2 connected peers  for about 30 second ... it downloads a small percent of headers and then it drops again to 0 connected peers ... and that situation continues in loop for hours (i am unable to synchronize the node since three days)..

Are there any advices or solutions for that problem ?

Go to your epic-server.toml file, find the peers_preferred and add the IPs below, those are trusted Epic servers

peers_preferred = ["3.218.126.145:3414", "54.233.177.64:3414", "78.99.249.119:3414", "116.203.116.37:3414", "116.203.211.229:3414", "95.216.215.107:3414"]

For stuff like this drop by the Epic Mining Community https://t.me/EpicMiners or Epic Cash https://t.me/EpicCash Telegram groups. Most people avoid the [Suspicious link removed] admins do nothing to clean up the trash that trolls here.

Regards!
P.S. UPDATED THE IP LIST BASED ON THE LATEST CHANGES.

Thanks for your answer . It didn't helped me directly but i started to change few others parameters in this file and now it seems to synchronize without problems.

People who are making nasty accusations regarding this project/author/wayan's family/ must provide evidences, otherwise I encourage the team to take legal actions.

These people think they are above the law, taking them to the court is going to be the best thing for the project and community, this is pretty serious stuff.

Also many minors from The Meadows School where expose in inappropriate pictures which didn't reveal anything.

So Wayan Garvey takes $100k from MethodX in the end of June, 2019.  $1 million from Larry Huneycutt somewhere in that time frame, as well.

Despite working his finger to the bone on the Epic Cash project, he has time to launch Dreamfish Ltd in Puerto Rico in June, 2019.  Shares are valued at $1 million, issued to Wayan in exchanged for his domain toner.com which he's valued at $1 million.

Then the Epic Cash project doesn't launch as planned in July, which Wayan claims leads to bankruptcy.  As he explained, the funds were only sufficient to keep the Epic machine moving until July.  After the launch, the token values would skyrocket and the dev tax would then provide for ongoing operations. But fresh capital was effectively channeled to the Epic Cash project in July.  And yet that capital was all gone in July?

So all the stress of this happening leads to Wayan going AWOL.  He's stated he wound up in a mental hospital after repeated suicide attempts.  He then resurfaces sometime in November/December.

November, 2019, Dreamfish Trust is established in the Cook Islands with Wayan the beneficiary of the trust.  Stated business model: "WG trades crypto and uses it to buy assets. Dreamfish Trust owns this, with Wayan Garvey as beneficiary of the trust"  Why it exists: "To convert crypto gains into real assets, bypassing the fiat system."  It gets money from: "100% crypto from WG personally"  Taxed at: "0% - Trust.  It aims to stay at zero cash, operating as a pass through vehicle whenever WG wants to buy a property."

This is from his site https://www.wayan-garvey.com/crypto-accounts.  See for yourself.

MajorMiner has claimed that Epic Cash is a very transparent project.  Yet no financial statements have yet been provided for the project.  Nor has any information been provided regards to who the team actually is (standard for transparent projects, no?).  No transparency has been offered in terms of the dev tax wallet and the allotment of the dev taxes.  And there certainly was no mention of Dreamfish.  I for one think something like the Dreamfish Trust would be something potential investors might like to know about, considering Wayan alone has control of the dev tax wallet.  It's also suspect that Dreamfish was created  at the same time Wayan took in the $1 million plus from investors.  Something is fishy at Dreamfish.

It has nothing to do with Dev Tax rate, which is still 8.8%.  The issue is that 1 person controls it, and that person has already scammed people.  Furthermore, by October 11, 2021, 62% of max supply will already be in circulation.  As such, Wayan Garvey will control over 5% of max supply.  The Beam guys release financial documents, on which the use of dev taxes are made visible.  Thus far nothing from Epic has been released showing where money has come from of where it's gone.  This is the antithesis of transparency.  You are right, I don't like the founder, as I don't like anyone who steals from others.  My sentiments toward Wayan Garvey have no effect upon the aforementioned facts.

If you are as smart and knowledgeable as you portend, than you are being blatantly disingenuous.  Why should one be disappointed about getting kicked off a project which doesn't pay its contributors?  What would they be missing out on?  Have contributors started to get paid in Epic?  More than 20% of supply has been mined in less than 6 months.  Market cap is less than $100k and trading volume, if we're to believe what the exchanges report, never exceeds $5k in a 24-hour period.

But you are happy with our harping, aren't you?  Weren't you saying how much we're doing you a favor by dragging the token value down so you crypto-investing sages can gobble up all the supply?  Why do anything more than sit bit, grin, and watch your predictions unfold?
