It woke up in April after 14 months of inactivity, and the account was manually recovered by admin, presumably because it was hacked (ownership change.) And now asking for a no collateral loan? I have no reason to doubt that you are the original owner of the account, and signing a message will solidify your claim. But that's not the reason I feel this is a risky loan.
