You should be specific on what are you looking for Ex. Developer,Designers,Marketing and also you should not easily believe to those Pajeets that would PM you or either post up into this thread
about their fake experience or qualifications.

He's asking for "Help" which I believe usually mean something that would be done but would not be paid for. Sorry OP, it's hard to find good developers even by paying money, you're asking such help for free. Pointless. Post your project here maybe someone interested in creating their portfolios will be interested.

What are the projects you are talking about and what kind of qualifications are you looking for?
Developers?
Marketeers?
Advisors?
Graphics designers?
administrators?

Please be more specific OP if you want to get the right target group of people to take over your projects.

Your presumption might be right due to a lot of shady business/things done by a lot of newbies account holder but we shouldn't conclude the OP won't pay the person he's going to hand over to business to since he's not specific with his request and terms of payment.

@mrquackquack, I will advise you to add more information about what your offer entails and terms of payment either to avoid further misconception.

Mostly Developers are needed that currently have or have had experience in projects. Noobs with outstanding work ethics and other type skills maybe considered.

Since we are in a crypto forum, basically a developer/s on that field or something along those lines, right? But I saw your thread here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5166988.0) so it might be a different field?

Why not remodify the main post and put all details there including subject, concept, salary, compensations etc. to avoid basic questions.

That's the usual thing to do for someone looking for a qualified person that will meet your criteria.

He didn’t mention it is free though. He is asking for people who will take over projects. Projects are to be taken over so its impossible it is free. He just need to be specific in his needs so people can reply accordingly.

I'm sure that there is a cost on this because he initially developed the project, lots of information are missing here he should have posted what kind of project that he wants to handover and what are the qualifications and is this free if it is free people will be in a hurry to grab.

He never gave any detail on the type of project either. There are possibilities that it might not be online work though its a cypto forum. new members can be difficult to deal with sometimes

Are these paid gigs? Are you trying to subcontract out some work perhaps?

Currently not a paid gig but with the right work ethic, development, implementation etc etc.. it may pan out to be beneficial.

I can help to recommend any work, provide complete information and you will get the right person. at least how much money will be earned in a week.

A word to the morons out there. Never work for free, unless the person/company behind the project truly is stellar. Random guys on the internet are not stellar, work on your own dreams and keep 100% of the rewards.

So, you want people working for free and you will not give information about the project, If you give us more motivation maybe you will get real coders in your project, First of all, be clear with the project information, and second if you want people working for you then make an offer, because work for free isn't an option on this forum.
