You must planning to launch signature campaign, you need to be specific and follow procedures in hiring participants and making a proper announcement about the service you are going to offer. You can hire someone who is experienced in this area to manage the work for you.

and he wants to pay people to do the work for less than the campaign pays

Probably you're right. OP probably have account in signature campaign or just planning to join it, but he isn't fluent in English and can't post. So, he is probably looking for someone who will write posts for him and he will give part of signature campaign payment for that. OP, let's say campaign is paying 0.00015 per post, how much you're planning to give for every post? High ranked accounts won't be interested in your offer, but lower ranked users who can't join signature campaigns might be interested. But dealing with newbies is always risky because it's very likely that you will scam person who are working for you...

Forget the rate, there is high chance that user will post plagiarized content from OP account. That will be the end of road for OP in this platform.

OP, Why not join some English teaching class or take help from refresher book that is available in your country.

I don't think he is is thinking of hiring someone for the purpose of signature posting. He is probably looking for ANN bumping service which has recently become a disaster in the forum.

My rates are .000075 per post, for a maximum requirement of 100 characters per post. I usually post way more. But I am not going to spend 2 hours on one post to make  50 cents. lol

What trust are you talking about? I'm not sure if it's my trust-list but the only trusted feedback you've is from TP that again is neutral and doesn't show you have a big trade history to be trusted with any amount. It's sad to see you being a little experienced here hates the escrow and demands the money upfront.

Probably don't know what is trust system and how does it work. Neutral is nothing to consider as good, even in some cases green as well.

My brother is a legendary account he has high trust and will vouch. I don't have hundreds  of trades but I do have successful trades I would not screw my account over $50 lol.

social forum? You didn't mention what site it is. Your details announcement was not complete, better to tell us all here in the forum.

I think yours is the closer, OP did not give us hint on why he needs someone with good English to make posts but if it is a bumping service, he better make sure the project is good enough to attract investors, some of the bumping services only create a lot of spam and meaningless post, looks like a generic post to hype a project.
