Title: Don't trust Satowallet!
Post by: Totyamuri on July 24, 2019, 12:25:40 AM
I have written about it on Medium: https://medium.com/@tothatti97/i-would-like-to-talk-about-satowallet-163b2818bfc9 (https://medium.com/@tothatti97/i-would-like-to-talk-about-satowallet-163b2818bfc9)

They don't care about their customers. Not a bit. They just want our money.

By its name, I thought that this is a wallet but I'm wrong with that.

They don't care about their customers. Not a bit. They just want our money.
I don't have much review about them but with the threads I've seen made by sato, they are replying. Maybe they'll reply on their thread.

For some reason it didn't allowed me to post there, I have tried. I don't know if you have read my story on Medium, but for example when I tried to talk them about the situation in their Telegram group, they just simply banned me.

I haven't read your article because I don't usually check medium articles by someone.
How it can be that you can't post on their thread if it isn't locked. If the thread isn't lock, everyone is free to post and reply to their ann thread.

it looks like others had similar issues with Deeponion coin where the website screwed up but then others seem to have their issue solved recently maybe you have to wait more!

in any case, services like this are always bad by default. not to mention they are always a disaster waiting to happen. eventually they will reach a phase where they can not make enough profit, so they turn into Ponzi (if they aren't already with their 40% profit!) and then slowly start their exit scam.
you should try not to get involved with these things in first place.

bitcointalk is not buggy, there was a clear error message when you tried posting there telling you that you had to wait 6 minutes to post and that is a rule for accounts like yours that have low rank.

If you complain properly and not doing anything unnecessary, then that acts shows that they don't want to solve customer problem or in other words, shady af.

I think you should find other wallet for your needs, there are a lot of atomic wallet that support quick exchange like Magnum for example.

So, if I send some coins to a wallet and then next day that coin get removed from the wallet without a warning, I should just accept that my coins are lost and I should argue with them about this?

And they not just a wallet, they are an exchange, too.

I wrote the email to them 2 weeks ago, they don't even care to respond.

And yes, it wrote to me I have to wait 3 minutes before I can post again, but that would have been my first post 🤔 when the 3 minutes were gone I tried to post again, it said I already posted it but it wasn't there.

Why not try to visit out yourself ? rather than concluding this is a wallet. Its an exchange dude. https://satowallet.com/
I dont know why people do really keep on finding these unknown exchangers trying out to make deposits and when they experience problem they do whine after.
Why they cant just stick out on top ones rather than risking into these things?

When I tried out it was just a wallet with a support for PoS coins, 2 weeks later it became an exchange. If KuCoin would have started it's soft staking earlier I would have never sent anything to Sato.

From your testimony looks shady indeed.I'd give a generic advice with only using a popular exchange or popular wallet but it seems that you already lost your money maybe you can spread your problem to the internet so that you may catch their attention and to prevent people from being a victim there aswell. With these kind of exchanges usually they just don't care how many times you submit a ticket, the best is to ruin their reputation if they don't want to be responsible.

That's the reason I came back to BTCTalk, I want people to know that they can't be trusted or somehow reach that they start working on their serious issues. Many customers had issues and they wrote it in their Telegram group. Do you know what their response was for this? They muted the group today...

this palette name looks great but seeing your feedback as a user to understand there is some problem on using there valid and getting their customer service accordingly.
They must think about their customers first and do the service as customers expected.
You have any proof by showing they were doing scam attempt, you are always welcome to create your thread on scam accusation section.

For now I wouldn't say 100% that they are scamming, but many customers had their Onions there and they don't even try to put it back or refund the customers or just even reply to them.

I saw your post there, it's not btctalk's buggy thing because I haven't found that bitcointalk has been buggy all of these times. Red-Apple is right, your rank is newbie so there's a cool down that you have to wait until you can post on different threads.

Just check the whole thing bro, there's already a link that I've posted above.

I have updated the story on Medium with new replies from the DeepOnion devs and from Satowallet's CEO.
