which coin is good to invest for a long run after bitcoin? I do not have much knowledge also tell me best exchange to buy coins.

I will recommend that you buy more of ethereum and Bitcoin Cash because as Bitcoin market price increase they will also increase in value in almost the same proporsenate and you will earn a lot of profit at the end of the day. If you are looking for good exchange then I will recommend Binance, Okey, Poloniex and bittrex.

Go to coinmarketcap, https://coinmarketcap.com/ and look for the number 2-10 coins after bitcoin. That is the safest bet if you really wanted to invest for the long run. When you say long run though, it means at least one to two years of holding on it, so just prepare yourself, specially there will be lots of ups and down along the way so goodluck to you.

The choice of others is probably ethereum and for obvious reasons it's because of its current ranking position which is 2nd.

Theres plenty of cryptocurrency in CMC (coinmarketcap). All the good stuffs are in the top 100 of course that is based on market capitalization. I think you should go the Altcoin Discussions to understand more. Crypto exchanges are also in there.

Wrong. Not everything that's on the top 100 are good stuffs. Don't rely mostly because they are under the top 100 because some projects were just brought up by hype and they remained to be under that umbrella.

But in reality, their projects aren't really so good and their coins/tokens are surviving because of the hype that it's benefiting right now. Research first before deciding where to invest but we all know what coin is the safest to invest.

Bitcoin is like capital reserve for other coins and it has proving to be a coins that is going to continue be a heartbeat of the financial system in the future. It has fight many worlds leaders attack and still remain strong. The coins we have in the market especially ethereum, litecoin, zcash and dash are all good coins and in many years to come we would also see them competing with bitcoin too.

I think after Bitcoin is Ethereum, about to have Ethereum 2.0 next year.

Yabut. As of this posting timestamp, Bitcoin is up over $11,700. You could have bought a few days ago when it was down at $9,500 or so.

Mostly I prefer Bitcoin but I have high expectations for Dogecoin and etherium.

It's simple. Just buy the first 5-10 currencies from the top of coinmarketcap. This, I think, is the best option.

if you dont have much idea,then never trust everything that will give advice here because many of them will tell you about their coins and not because that is what was good for investing.

better learn it first,dont rush and never invest when yous till learning.

Invest in bitcoin always best for me and after other coin i want follow CMC top list.
But if you are a new member here and you don't have enough skills then stop invest now, first you need teaching about invest and profits then you can start.

it is given that Bitcoin is always good investment material but there are plenty of alts that can be consider also.
though you are correct that if you dont have enough knowledge then better pause the investing and learn more first.

I must recommend you ETH. ETH is second largest coin for me after bitcoin. I still hold eth after a year even though the crypto currency is falling down. I still believe in bitcoin and eth that the crpyro currency is our future currency. That fiat will gone, only digital money will use and the bitcoin and eth will become very successful
