Will bitcoin price increase in the upcoming days?

It's very good to end July and start August with 10k USD price
I think this is good because we are in a solid 10k, we are in this level for days and I hope BTC reach 12k this month, steady and slowly, not a pump

At least now all the naysayers will have their mouth shot and fill their bags for the upcoming bull run :D it seems this August will be an interesting indeed, anytime there is a small dip in btc so many people can't take it thinking the end of btc is here, even many people where making such a big deal about Trumps tweet but btc always find a way to shot 'em up.

For how many weeks before, Bitcoin's price sideways around 9,000 to 10,000 USD. But now, it's more than 10,000 USD which is really positive for Bitcoin. Let's hope this will continue until the Bitcoin Block Halvening.

This only proves that we don't have to worry about bitcoin too much. Because we know that any time soon the price could even go further this year unlike in 2018. But I think altcoins are still having some problems pulling up. But at least we got some good news.

Bitcoin has been moving up and down of 10K for quite a time now. But what we've seen is it mostly gets bounced back near the support level of 9.5K.
So, we could safely call the price of around 10K to be the new bottom for bitcoin. We might soon see another bull run on bitcoin as whales seems to be filling their wallets.

The opening price is good for the beginning of August, I think the price at the beginning of August will drop below 9k according to some predictions I learned, but the facts prove the opposite and hopefully August is the Bullish month

We can't tell what will happen this time if we are headed to $20k. I needed money badly and I sold off my bitcoin. I will now have to teach some student to raise fund to buy some bitcoin. I always prefer living my coins on bitcoin because I am always guarantee of profit when it's bullish.

It's good to see that Bitcoin price has crossed 10000$ boundary again but on thr other side it's nothing to be extraordinary happy about. That happened many tines recently but still Bitcoin didn't succeed to keep that track and continue with growth, corrections happend quite often.
We'll see how the situation will develope this time but I don't expect to see some significant price changes in the upcoming period.

It is very difficult to say if this increase that had today will continue in the coming days

The price of bitcoin crossing $10000 is really a big news, because for a short the market was gaining momentum to get pushed forward around $9500. Today it has reached around the $10450 which is really a good increase in the price. A bigger growth crossing $12000 at the earliest will make the market cross $15000 over the starting of the next month.

As a trader that believes in technical issues influence prices of an asset more than any other issues and have followed how price behaved around some support and resistance level, I will say bitcoin is currently bullish. The 10ma 22ma and 50ma have been broken on a daily chart and all the lower moving average has cross 50 moving average and that confirm the bullish trend and we should now expect bitcoin to cross $10,800 before end of this weekend.

I was already in a plan to exchange my bitcoins for 1000 usd tomorrow, I believe I can wait for some more days to exchange my bitcoins.
I think price will be bumped little more in coming days and it will be helpful for save my bitcoins.

It's pretty difficult in predicting the bitcoin price because of it's volatility so it's safe that you are going to hold your investment for a long term and you can buy some additional right now as the price is not that high. There is a big possibility that we can hit 25k$ by the end of this year.

I was not thinking it will easily break into the $10 and above because of the many depression each time it once to move higher. This may create some FOMO as we may see some aggressive buying, forcing the price higher. I hope the guys that sold too quickly will now be force to buy at a higher price.

We're very excited every time Bitcoin breaks into a new price level, but there's  always a pit along the way, we have seen that happens in the last couple of months, people see it as correction, for some a good opportunity to buy again, but one of the good things is, Bitcoin has a good support from going down below the $8000 level.

Better to just HODL your bitcoin if you are having any doubts into selling them. That is the best part about it.
But I do know this is not the highest we could get. One more year or maybe by the end of this year, you will be seeing a really better value.

No one can predict the market accurately but the current $10K barrier broken by the market proof that the market will experience some temporary surge in price next week and for the bitcoin day traders it a wonderful move. However, there's nothing bad in selling for a quick profit while buy back when the price dump cause the dip market is not yer done.

Thing's don't trade at a premium to cost of production for long.. :'(

True that but often times TA give a hint on the next price of Bitcoin since to many intitutional traders TA had been a norms and they follow it.



Most of those who bought at cheaper price will sell but I doubt someone from the buyer of $9k plus will exit sell at this price.  There is some positive vibes both from speculation and TA that price will go up for the next months so I guess most of these recent buyers will wait for that to happen.

LTC has been in a bullish mood for the last 3-4 months, as the users were anticipating a push from the block reward halving. However, its exchange rate against Bitcoin went down heavily last month (similar to all the other altcoins). The psychologically important level of 0.01 BTC per coin was breached in July and currently LTC is trading at 0.0089 BTC per coin (and this is after achieving an exchange rate of 0.0171 BTC per coin two months back).

The overall mood in the altcoin market remains depressed. After a brief lull, the Bitcoin dominance is increasing once more and all of the alts are going down against BTC (including LTC). Just two days to go for the LTC block reward halving and the coin is down 5% against BItcoin today.

However when I opened the coinpedia its not found appeared. I knew Bitcoin will rise we just don't know when

Everytime I heard for the Bitcoin good status here in the crypto currency community, it gives me chills as well as excitements. For me to heard that bitcoin goes up, keeps on giving me motivation and hopes to comes up again and again even how it turn out like the last time it hits a so down in sight of the graph. We cant really consider this as a good news because this was only a usual event that happens all the time   . im not happy anymore to see the price recovering to 10k or 11k but my happiness will only trigger if the value returns to 18k usd again same on the year 2017    .

I am hoping that this time the direction will again be towards the $13K level again but all of these hinges on whether the bull side is strong enough to withstand any pressure from the bear zone. This time the level $13k shall break, Bitcoin is already in bull run for last few months, I saw this price movement to $9.5 from $13k as usual retracement before a rally. Along with it ETH and LTC should also on bull run. This is just my analysis not an investment advice. Bitcoin is very volatile and is risky investment, although I see next level of Bitcoin at $14K but the same it it can get back to 8K.

We struggle a lot even with those bitcoin price increases.
The market seems unstable as the bitcoin value goes up by altcoins do not move to the same direction. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that we are going to go down again as alts don't show they are alive.

I don't think so. 11K was achieved many times during the past few weeks, and the price movement showed no major resistance level or support at 11K. IMO, the next major target is going to be 20K, and we may witness this level by the end of this year. But first, Bitcoin needs to move past the current levels (9K-11K), as we are witnessing a weakening of the bull run in the market.

It's going around 11K already, I'm so happy to see bitcoin price increasing again. Actually, I thought on 2019 bitcoin will break Its all-time record 23K but now I don't think that will happen. Because we saw many ups and downs this year. Also, the price was stable for a couple of days and now finally it has begun to increase. I think 15K would be a decent price for bitcoin until 2019 ends.

It's very important for sure, but I consider we had a solid 9.6k USD last month, and it's goos that BTC hits 10k in the beginning of August

And because of that, bull run started  with $10k price. Indeed a good news for a hodler like me. My indicators saying it may still perform bullish trend so let us just be optimistic and wait for that time. Whether it will continue to pump this month slowly or surprisingly sudden rise since it broke the $9k resistance.

Even though we are struggling to reach a new ATH I think it is good for bitcoin to just climb up slowly to avoid what happen last year. Many get into FOMO that time and many were rekt when it did a huge correction. Good thing I've sold at $16k at that time and not bought again.

There won't be a big price movement, until we get some clarification on the Libracoin situation. Contradicting statements are coming from the FB staff, with some saying that the plans to create Libra might be scrapped. The regulators in the United States are not very happy with their plans, it seems. Another issue is that many of the foreign nations have expressed their reservations in allowing Libra, which will be backed up by assets denominated in the US Dollar.

Anyway for me, it is not going to make much of a difference. If Libra is shelved, then it is going to benefit Bitcoin by removing a major competitor from the market. On the other hand, if they move ahead with their plans, then we will be witnessing billions of new cryptocurrency users by 2020, and at least some of them are going to shift to Bitcoin in the near future.

It is a very good sign. Thus, we can hope that Bitcoin can do impossible again and go to the Moon. Suppose, 20 thousand cannot be expected, but 14-15 thousand is a reality. I am waiting eagerly for these times as I have invested in Bitcoin almost everything that I had. I believe the crypto number one and I think that it will be used globally very soon.

^ We are on the same path. A sudden uptrend is not being new and we expected that after a correction there is a surge in Bitcoin price.
Bitcoin vulnerability to wild price movement has made it popular among speculators, who are eager for a return to the price way back days of 2017 when Bitcoin surged more than 1k% plus. Extreme volatility is also one reason why the virtual currency has failed to catch on as a global medium of exchange. But nevertheless, no doubt that it will have a further price increase until the price hit just like the price in the year of 2017.

It could be possible for it to continue to break more barriers if the bulls are strong enough to continue pushing it and it may also be quite difficult because of the strong presence of bears we have. I have just stopped speculating the price of bitcoin for now, because there are so many unseen factors that are really controlling the price of bitcoin which makes it quite difficult for us to really know exactly what direction bitcoin will be taking at any point in time.

Right now, the only thing I just keep my mine in is the long term benefit of bitcoin, that is why I am not holding bitcoin as short term trade, but for future investment, I know that in the next three years, bitcoin value will be so far greater than the current value it is holding right now, so better I just hold till I am satisfied of the profit.

We still wait for more to see the price reach every higher price, and if the market stays like this, then we could hope bitcoin will reach $15k in a few months later. But yes, it seems too difficult for bitcoin to increase with fast this year because every time the price reaches the highest price, it will be back to the lowest price again and it's happening many times.

What do you mean by "corruption"? Bitcoin was never corrupted. Its price dropped because people sold. Simple as that. Why do you people keeping using such emphasis on topics without any reason?

What will happen at fall or Q4 is still a mystery. I guess people are hoping to see another December 2017 pump. But let me tell you, it wont happen anytime soon because that pump was backed by the BCH forking-led accumulation of bitcoin and the tether manipulation by Bitfinex. Keep those aside and bitcoin would just be hovering around 10k like usual. This is the organic price of what should be. Dont aim too high, you would come down tumbling.

In the next 60 days the bitcoin price will continue to hoover at approx this value 10 000 USD/1 bitcoin.

Then, probably in September the bitcoin price will start to increase (from 9000 USD/1 bitcoin) up to (very probable) 14 000 USD/1 bitcoin.

We do not know what will happen next, but it is very probable that at the end of 2023, 1 bitcoin will have a value of

i guess what he mean when he says corupted is when the price goes down  but corruption do have a different meaning and shouldnt be used on this kind of  discussion  .  they are lots of them that uses inapropriate words including that user above  , i guess they are only doing it to keep thier sentence different and not repettitive from what they have post before   .

You are right However, I think Bitcoin. This year, 20000 will not cross. Because Bitcoin is not increasing its target.Most of the investor wants now Bitcoin price will high very soon.

Yeah, don't get too excited by this sudden uptrend. But in the last 3 weeks or so you will hear people saying that bitcoin can go as well as $7500  ;D. I guess in the end, we shouldn't underestimate the price movement. I mean yes TA can help us, however, when we can't really predict where the price would go so it's better to keep calm and not expect a lot so that we won't be disappointed at the end.

Maybe the correct term is bitcoin is volatile and not bullish because most of the time the price or value goes ups and down and we cant see any similar run like what happened last 2017 bull run if the bull run happens again that is the first time after 2017.

Charts are bullish... we already had some gains and history tells us we should expect more.
Sentiment is past hope reaching optimism.
Halving is 10 months away.
Lot of infrastructure around investing in bitcoin already developed during the bear market.
Federal Reserve Interest Rates low so more money as the last bull will flow intro bitcoin.
Stocks at all time high with more and more political heat going on trading (trading affects stocks). That money will search a new home. Bitcoin has it's own way not following the stocks so that would be attractive.

All this is aligning together to a point in the near future. Already started. This does not mean price goes straight up. 30-40% corrections where on the menu last time and will be this time also.

The top? who knows... i would love to hear some ideas what people think maybe a poll would be good. 

I have a suspicion that Monero will go up when people will cash out on bitcoin. maybe good for a trade instead of shorting bitcoin from top, (if you can time it) better go in monero that (i think) will have a steady grow as SOME people cash out from bitcoin into something private. That way you stay away from shorts and go a little longer with monero.

Bitcoin is currently trading above the 12 and 26 daily EMA's which have crossed bullish on the daily chart. It is also approaching another daily resistance at $11086, if we break that it's gg. Even without breaking it, the bulls have definitely proven they are still in it, the weekly chart is still super bullish and the shorts are still at all time lows on Bitfinex.

Not into price prediction a lot but I GUESS it will go past 11086 in the next 3 hours. Next wave if you look at the 30 min chart. Like you said even if not... this is already bullish. hope i don't jinx it :))

What happening right now is just crazy. I have been in to cryptocurrencies ever since 2012, and even then these price movements are very difficult to understand. Just a few days back, it looked as if the exchange rates have stabilized at $9.5-$10.0K. But a series of spikes during the last 48 hours took the exchange rates to the vicinity of $11.5K. Another thing to note here is that the bull run is not uniform. The altcoin prices are not increasing. This is evident from the fact that the Bitcoin dominance has risen to 67.5%, a level that was last seen in 2017.

Overall trends indicate that altcoin holders are selling their holdings and mopping up BTC at whatever prices available. ETH has dropped below the 0.02 BTC per coin level, which represents a 40% decline in four months. Some of the other altcoins have decreased even more. XRP is now trading at 2,800 Satoshis. Litecoin has lost the no.4 slot to Bitcoin Cash and is trading at 0.0083 BTC per coin. Even Binance Coin (BNB), which held out strongly till now seems to be losing its value against Bitcoin.

Yes it is bitcoin is currently trading at $11.5k and i think more gains will come within this week, my prediction is at least $15k. However we must be careful and we know how volatile the markets works so if bitcoin face a strong resistance we might convert it immediately to usdt or set our stop loss to be safe.

News is awesome, but it was expected as Bitcoin has found resistive support at $9k for quite long and the news will be good when Bitcoin will cross the $20k soon!

I see it as good even for alts.... first there has to be a purge to end scams in this place and salami marketing tactics (partnership with GOD! because i've dip the tip in holy water).
Those who are not scams and offer a product that makes sense economical to implement will 100% survive. But first bitcoin has to become either boring (small gains no 5-10% a day) or enter a bear market. When that happens you can start DCA/ECA on altcoins. This bitcoin dominance brings light to the crypto space and lot's of money but people after they get familiar with bitcoin will inform themselves on other crypto. Just have to wait until the sentiment changes and people want to find the "next bitcoin", right now they are on bitcoin until halvening maybe even short after. Obviously the question you said is certainly highly expected by almost all crypto participants. we know that since 2018 there has been no significant movement with bitcoin. and now it's starting to get excited even though maybe many hope that a very good movement can continue to increase. optimistic that bitcoin will continue to move up until the end of this year.

The price of Bitcoin at the moment is around $11.7K and from the charts that i am reading its' possible for the price of bitcoin to cross the $12.K level soon. We may see a correction to about $11.5K before we finally take off again. Hold your bitcoins people and don't sell cheap. There are clear indications that bitcoin will hit $15k by the end of this year and if possible $over $20K next year.

It needs to be seen whether the price movement will happen before the block reward halving, or after that. I remember the two previous block reward halving events (in 2012 and 2016). In both cases, the price movement occurred after the block reward halving. And it took considerable time (6 to 12 months) to attain the peak prices. In the first case, the ATH was attained on December 2013, almost a full year after the first block reward halving. The same happened with the second event, as the ATH was attained on December 2017.

However, I think that this time it is going to be different. There is a lot of speculation in the market, and the traders are aware that there will be a shortage in supply once the third block reward halving occurs. Some of them have even started accumulating the coins, speculating a major bull run after the commencement of the next block reward era.

In terms of bitcoin increase, yes! it will really goes higher only things is we don't have any clue when does it happen. It is because the market
is too unpredictable. Just like what happened recently bitcoin price in the graph was definitely kicked its value, and base on the experts Bitcoin turns now to proceed 15k$, lets wait on to that things and hold.

Bitcoin price will increase, we see the price still increase in this week, and we can hope that it still going strong in this month and the next month. The altcoin will also increase too after bitcoin reach a stable price for a while, and then both bitcoin and altcoin will have a chance to increase together. The downtrend is no more, and we will see another uptrend from now. Maybe it can pass $20,000 this year.

Truely this is some good news for the majority of holders. Bitcoin has a high chance of breaking the 10k mark in 4 to 5 months because most investors will hoard bitcoin. With that said, it is safe to say that the bear season is finally over and we will be expecting some higher highs.

Today it's already more than $12k so $15k is quite possible. Maybe even earlier than December.

We are unsure if bitcoin would still follow the same pattern has the earlier mentioned years, I have even stopped relying in halving as factor to increase the price of any coin after I had expected so much from Litecoin halving which was for yesterday, and I thought with the halving, just like it happened in the past, it would also bring avery promising reward to Litecoin this time around also, but I guess things has changes now as you said as there are more factors that is great than halving that needs to be in the market to step up the value of some of these coins.

Yes, I agree with you on this matter. Price fluctuations are indeed often the case in Bitcoin, rising and falling quickly becomes commonplace in the world of cryptocurrency.
What is needed now is to keep this price stable, what to do, and it won't be easy. Various news and speculations greatly affect the price and rate of increase of bitcoin.

This barrier is psychologically makes so much more importance than people realize. It is like products, when it is 9.99 it doesn't feel like 10 but its actually 10, you don't even usually get 1 cent back it stays there. They have even one upped it in recent 5 years where they make it 9.90 and when you give 10 they give you 10 back like you are getting something but it is so tiny that it doesn't matter.

Hence, similar for bitcoin, if its 9.900 dollars its not really that different from 10050 just less than 200 dollars but psychologically it makes the worlds difference to people since its above 10k and that is a really good number for everyone. That is why I personally would love to see it never go under 10k again, it makes me more upset than it normally should.

it's really hard to predict about Bitcoin price in upcoming days, even for experts!! we have seen incredible increasing in just a few short days. Current bitcoin price is 11.7k$ which is huge. After analysis, have found  low possibility to increase more than 13k$-14k$ in upcoming days

I think we need to see some more upwards movement to actually feel good about bitcoin price, right now it has been on idle and between the same trends for too long.

For example, if we moved to 14k than we can actually say there is a bull and we can get excited again, I actually have a buy order at 14.2k right now and if it goes there I will be buying a ton of it, that way I will be sure to know that it will go even higher because when bitcoin breaks a new high for it than it goes even higher, for example if it goes beyond 12.3k right now we know it will also go to 12.8k as well, same applies to 14.2k if it goes above that level we can be sure that it will go beyond 15.1k as well and that is why if I manage to buy some I will sell it all at 15k to get out before it starts to fall again.

That's not a low possibility, it's a high possibility to be exact, of course no one knows what would take place days from now but as we are bullish with bitcoin, we need to remain optimistic. As bitcoin continues the uptrend movement, it would easily reached $12K as we already did that this week, we just need to break bigger resistance and we will be back to $13K again and it could possibly continue.

In last few months bitcoin price broke 10k several times, and drop under 10k several times. Just follow the trend and buy under 10k, sell over 10k and you will make a nice profit. It`s a free advice for making money in trading. You don`t need to be smart, you just need to be patient and wait for the dip to buy and after that to have patience and sell when the price breaks 10k again. Keep it simple and make profit.

Is that simple right? But you see people here are greedy, they wanted more profit that's why $10k is a big psychological barrier. When they see that the price goes below that line, they panic. And I think there are still people here who are in the learning phase, not that smart to say the least and still succumb to price dipping and seeing their portfolio going down makes them really nervous. But seeing the price like $10500 today? Lol, they are now very confident that the market will grow even more and not taking any profits.  ;D

There are other speculation if bitcoin price can increased, at least that is what i read in new threads. Maybe in this price ($10k) bitcoin still on stable phase, although up and down maybe not really much and keep around that price. Maybe that is why some people said about we must more patience because at least it is not dumped very much yet. And have chance to increased only in months.

It's been a month since this thread was here and the price is still staying at $10,000 range.
I think we might need another month to see a new rally such as breaking the new resistance level of $15,000.
Well, the main barrier here is the $14,000 which is the only door to see the $15,000 resistance yet it's too hard to attain.

It feels more like the quite before the storm, yes things have been very slow in this past couple of days, btc hovering between 9k - 10 price, like it's gathering momentum to burst out for the next rally, and will be a very strong one imo, once the 10k resistance is broken,  it will fly, bull run activated, remember this is close to end of year when bulls normally comes to play.

Bitcoin price still moving up and down since the last month, but today, I see that the green candle appeared on every market. I hope that the next week, we will see another higher price so we can make the profit again. But if somehow, there is bad news that comes out, then the price could be back to the lower price, and it will need longer to increase again.

That bitcoin price continues to Increase in decreasing as if you’re riding in roller coaster,but I remember 2917 when the movement of value goes something like this and in December?the awaiting has come and everyone turns big smile in faces

Honestly, I don't see the reason to celebrate.
Somehow many think that 10000$ is some kind of barrier that once is crossed everything will go easier and Bitcoin could easier achieve 15000$ or even more. But from the past experiences we know that it isn't so.
In fact I don't expect more significant price rise in upcoming period. The price will probably go back and forth all the way until the end of the year.

I don't really understand why we are going under 10k all the time if we are going to break it once again, I mean really if the people are fine with price over 10k just let it stay there, why are we than selling coins to drop it and than buying again to going over it just repeat it all the time? Is this what whales are doing to make a profit on bitmex leverage trading? Is this because miners are selling and people are trying to slow them down? Is this because traders are trying to profit from the arbitrage chances?

I don't know the cause of this but I am sick of going under 10k and going over it all the god damn time, maybe we should focus on going over 12k and under 12k now, that sounds a lot more relaxing because 10k just feels like a big barrier and I am not comfortable with going under it.
