Agree, with you just now I haven't checked where the IEO is running, but after going through the website I found you are running IEO in ZBTCEX. Can you please give us some clarification already you have a working product, but why again you want to raise the money?

Our primary spend will be on marketing the multiple marketplaces. We intend to focus on one at a time.

Marketing is a costly affair. As an example, running FB ads in India costs us about $ 0.10-15 per app install, but the same ad in the United States is almost $3-4.

Ok, great, if the price of a coin remains the same during their crowd sales and it won't harm but once the coin to start trading the price completely depend on the developments done by you. Most of the companies will collect money during their crowd sales and start neglecting the community without any updates.

Since our products are already fully developed and launched, the price will depend on the success of the marketplaces. We will issue monthly updates on which marketplace product is doing what and how.

This is a good idea but it needs to be more detailed about the products that businesses can support. Besides, at present there are many cases where the seller only sells goods unlike the images they introduce, how will you solve that problem for customers?

We have a major dataset of around 300 Million Products and over 1 Billion Images from roughly 12,000 U.S merchants in the United States, from our previous shopping search engine. We will use machine learning and CCNNs with computer vision to identify when a Title and Description do not match the uploaded seller images.

We have roughly 10 years of experience in ecommerce search and around 6 in machine learning and computer vision, so not a big problem for us.

As for products, Sellers can sell anything that is legal.

I will advice people to look before they jump to invest in this project, how many marketplace ICO has raised money in this space and how many of them have deliver on their promises NONE. For me there is a reason all have failed and it is stupid to be throwing money into a dead end. Again, I don't see the need for a project like this to have its own token.

Road is the branding for the crypto marketplace with the built in mini exchange, yes. We will open it soon after the IEO.

It's a pretty standard e commerce marketplace where you can buy and sell stuff and pay in WNTU. As a Buyer, you could transfer BTC, ETH etc to your marketplace account and trade with other buyers/sellers as you wish on the exchange side and if you wanted to buy any physical goods, you could pay for it directly with your BTC, ETH. We would do a live conversion to WNTU (based on exchange rates) at that time and transfer to seller's account. Seller can then either retain the WNTU or convert to BTC, ETH via the exchange and withdraw.

So marketplace + exchange. No wallet, but maybe it might be a add on sometime in the future, depending on demand.

Like our other launched marketplaces, our main focus is going to be the search engine technology.

Your innovative project seems to be very impressive but my concern without any wallets how can people hold the coins because how we can trust your marketplace, I don't want to sell WNTU for any purpose but I want to sell them when the price of WNTU increases on the market.

In the beginning, we feel it is better if you hold WNTU in your ERC-20 wallets like My Ethereum Wallet and only keep minimal amounts you need for actual trading and/or Buying, Selling on the Road crypto marketplace + exchange.

At the same time, since we will do a live conversion of your BTC, ETh to WNTU at time of purchase of any items for sale, it doesn't matter if you added some WNTU, BTC or ETH to your Road marketplace account. Once you finish your transaction, you can again withdraw complete balance to your MEW wallet or bitcoin wallet.

Example, a Seller sells stuff worth $1,000. Buyer pays in BTC. Seller gets paid equivalent amount per live exchange rate in WNTU. Now it is seller's choice. Leave the balance in the marketplace account, convert to BTC or ETH in the in-built exchange or just withdraw the complete WNTU balance and leave nothing there. He can add again when he needs.

Once we add our own wallet, hopefully users will not have any need to withdraw to any external wallets. Integrating the wallet needs some time due to security concerns and making sure backends for both marketplace, exchange and wallet are all separate with their own security firewalls.

But there is bounty campaign running in bounty section, the bounty campaign doesn't belong to you? Then who is running the bounty without your permission and even spreadsheet is not maintained by the manager in a timely manner?

That is not for WNTU Utility Token. That is for our WNT Security Token, which is different than this.

As for spreadsheet, I can only say that the bounty campaign has been overrun by fraud and scam posts. We have looked at various methods to fix the campaign, but no clear result. If you look at the Telegram group, you will notice multiple posts by people wanting to change their telegram address, or saying that someone else is using their BTC username.

So how can you overcome all these issues because there are many members working social media campaign which it is impossible to delete those? So whether you are going to distribute the tokens to them or you are going to suspend the bounty campaign?

Go check out our Twitter page. Even after announcing multiple times that bounty campaign is suspended, those BOTS keep doing what they do. Ditto for FB, Linkedin. If we could figure out an easy way to fix the scam, we would have.

And please don't get me started on the quality of the campaign results. It should be apparent from joining the "no discussion by any user" Telegram group.

Do you have any evidence about that whether are IEO project is not a scam, If you are blaming about the exchange then you shouldn't on those exchanges? We have seen many IEO's who have lost their value in the market after the conclusion of their crowd sales. I am one of them who faced losing situation when I participated in IEO.

They claim to have cancelled our contract! LOL. After they supposedly sold 650M WNTU in 2 Rounds and then could not prove they had made even a single sale!

That's why we should always research before launching an IEO on the new exchanges if you look for investment then your assumptions will be wrong. That's why it is always good to list IEO at the potential exchange so that you will get much awareness about the project.

There is a lot of this going on. IDAX did the same with CryptoMarketAds. I think some other project mentioned P2PB2B as well. I think the IEO model is not as great as people think. Better to run your own ICO as we are doing now.

Don't confirm ICO is great because we have seen many ICO's become worse with no developments after fundraising, can you show me the probability of ICO's successful allocated raised funds for their developments. I hope IEO's are far better compared to ICO's.

Just FYI, There is NO difference between a ICO and a IEO. Just cause some exchange sells it, doesn't make it better.

At the end of the day, Investors should do their own research. Look for who is behind it and do they have a live product? Enough with development stage or idea stage fantasies.

actually what makes IEO better than ICO because if a project held an IEO means that the project will be listed on exchange after the IEO ended
while if the project held an ICO they usually listed on exchange longer than IEO

bad project = you lose your money, no matter if it was IEO or ICO. Bad exchange = you lose your money because they will do bot trading and then pump and dump.

True. They made grand claims, but we worked on the basis of making a small sale, with no bot trading to show inflated volumes. Of course, that is not what happened. Imagine 650M sold in few hrs! Real Volume = ? No one knows.

Since then, we got approached by few more exchanges with similar claims and promises. Now we are even more careful, and sticking to doing things the slow way.

650M sold in a few hours is really very good because now the situation of the market is completely busy with IEO trend, but you have raised money through crowd sales and it is very good because you have gained some trust from the community and it will help you if you manage it properly.

On the other note, I checked how many installs you have for your WANT app and it is really not that much. I was hoping for large number of installs in the Indian market but seems you haven't caught their attention yet. But anyway, you are just starting so it is understandable. Who knows, you might be another competitor of Alibaba later on?

We just restarted after that IEO fiasco :), so nothing amazing yet on the funds collection front. We will keep updating as and when. I did use the bump option once or twice, but I rarely see it on the thread.

App installs have really become a marketing function. Spend money on FB and Google Ads and get the installs. As an example, in our Pitch Deck you will see the marketing experiment we ran on FB, where we were able to get great installs at $0.15 or less with a 30% fully signed up account rate.

As of today, we have 1001 merchants signed up on the Indian App and around 595 on the global version. As for Alibaba, we definitely have the technology. Who knows.

Also, I am pretty excited about the crypto version, Road with the built in exchange, influencer led sales and user gamification with crypto earning by users.
