There is a distinct possibility these labels are charged to other people's accounts. Depending on what service is used, it can in fact be redirected. That said I have seen legitimate versions of this service selling postage, but I would suggest caution and not risk too much value here until this user has built up a history.

Skamaroo OP, shame on you. You can't do that with Royal Mail, so that can't be the plan. I think OP is just carding these and sell them at a discount. The fact he isn't willing to give up his personal information indicates that the method is illegal. I'm not willing to take that risk. These rates are better than the best volume discounts RM provides, and I assume OP must be making a profit still. This means he must be getting them for around 25% of the cost or even free. Someone is definitely paying for them, but not the OP or his friend. Depending on your ethics, it does not appear to be a scam, just a middle man cutting a few slices from another business who trusts their employees. Edit: Also, why would someone buy an account for? HE IS A SCAMMER AFTER I GOT THE ACCOUNT AND USING IT FOR A MONTH HE USED THE PHONE NUMBER TO RESET THE PASSWORD HE TOOK OVER MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT WHICH HAS AROUND $500 IN BALANCE. If the post thing was a scam, OP would just reroute the shipping somewhere he could pick it up since he had the data needed to do that.
