Bump, I do not know if this board is appropriate, I moved it from off-topic for inactivity.

Well, if you make it "educational" then you can move it to the newbie section where you will get a lot of activity.  ;)  Let them do the research and then use some of your donations to fund a little prize for the first person that complete it.  ;)  The more experienced members can also have a crack at it, because it is just for fun.  ;D

Some people might enjoy it so much that they might even pay a entry fee to participate. It is nice of you to explore the possibility to include the Lightning Network, because it is ideal for micro payments that is needed for this.  ;D  <All entries goes into one pot, you take 15% and give the balance as a prize.>

Actually that was the best idea because it can help newbies to explore things, entertaining with learning. They can play whenever they want or during their leisure time, they can learn and at the same time enjoy it. Its an awesome activity for everyone and if ever that there is an actual prize, people will surely be interested on answering it.

Great idea to create knowledge crossword puzzles!
My suggestion would be to somehow enable it for users to solve it online.

One example:

I'll answer some of it just for fun and i'll let the newbie have a chance to answer too. It's a great idea on how will a person learn about crypto bt answering the crossword puzzle. This crossword puzzle is a test on how well inform a person about crypto by answering the  puzzle and see the result.

Great idea to create a Bitcointalk Crossword Puzzle. You can also add letters into single boxes to get a word as result (can be a Bitcoin related word). Or it's BITCOINTALK. To have one more check if users did it right.

The main goal of this game is to create a positive interaction that helps members to explore more about the forum, important people, read the rules and learn about cryptocurrencies.
The above version is printable if you want to share it with your friends who are interested in crypto and this forum at the same time.
I will try to make this puzzle twice a month or once every 10 days "depending on the interaction" and there will be some simple gifts using the lightning network.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

number 6 has been bugging me for 2 days but now it seems too obvious. i guess the problem was that even though i've heard the word i never knew the meaning of it. damn you second language :P

i guess the "dictionary" meaning of the word only covers one thing that it does (paying the miners for their "work") and not the other (introducing new supply into circulation).

I was dreaming about the puzzle last night (weird) then I figured out the solution for number 6. But I was too lazy to update my post  :P

The annoying part is that I had to draw the grid on a piece of paper manually because I didn't have a printer, it was funny though.

How long will you take before you give all the answers to the puzzles, if it was not solved? I am glad that you decided to follow my advice to monetize this, I just hope people will support your efforts by donating some money to this project. It is both educational and also fun and this is what we need now to stimulate people to enjoy Bitcoin on this forum.  ;)

When the Bitcoin prize was at a all time high, people splashed competitions and promotions and puzzles like this and everyone was enjoying it, but as the price went down, less people did this.  :(

Good luck with your project, I am looking forward to the next one already.  8) --> Take 1 merit point for your idea.  ;D
