Few weeks ago I've come across this on Telegram and started researching. I've found it very hard to just wave everything away or embrasse everything but so far I couldn't prove that's true, and I couldn't prove that's wrong.

It came back, and it came back with a new wave on interest we had never seen before. And soon the ICO madness started to drive everyone next Crypto Frenzy. No Market Cap or Circulating supply for a project that has been around for a year. No information on who is behind the project. Also on CMC it say's All Time High £2.09 GBP (Jun 24, 2019) .............. but for the 52 Week High it say's £9.49 GBP. It is only listed on Crex & Stex exchange.
