Title: BETCOIN.AG steals referral
Post by: rambatego on September 30, 2019, 10:54:33 AM

Betcoin.ag does NOT register referrals to affiliate. I wrote emails, tickets, online chat. Fist days they said - yes this problem will be solved soon (after upgrade). Ok. Week later they started to say - refs registration was and is fine, your referrals register their accounts with some error.
WTF error? Open aff link and register. Simple way! Where could they make error? Tens of clients?
So I think this is a new way to fool clients by this casino.

If anybody thinks I am a newbie you can use your own affiliate from betcoin.ag and ask friend to register account by your link. He will NOT be added to your referral list, he will be stolen from you and all commission will stay at betcoin.ag.

this is the 2nd time I see a complain about the referral program there , another one also stated that he had a friend who used his link and was registered as a referral but he isn't getting any commissions
I have some referrals there and they used to really generate good commissions like 3 years ago , now I'm not getting anything but probably my referrals just stopped playing there

I have a friend that still using betcoin for poker and his affiliate is still kicking, I verify this before I post this right now. Maybe you violate some of their law regarding referral program. Is you and your friend connect on same internet connection by the time he registers using your referral link since it might affect it. But  I agree with you that betcoin is a very dodgy website. There is just no other great competitor out there in terms of crypto poker that's why they are still my choice in playing online poker. I will get you back once I tried myself tonight the referral link. Maybe you can share your ref link via PM so that I can use it when I create new account. Let's try

My referrals are not from the same IP, most of them in different countries. Some of my friends far from gambling, some just cleared cookies. So there is nothing good for betcoin to say something was wrong from their side. They just steal referrals for not to pay commission.

Why not try to message Betcoin.AG (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=202115) about this matter? and mention on what the heck is happening about their affiliate thing?

As I wrote in the beginning - I wrote them many emails and tickets. Same shit. Zero referrals. They say - this is not their problem! Clicked counted but registrations IGNORED.

I think the error means invalid or something could not qualified as referrals.
You should ask them on their thread and wait of their response, or just wait their team to be here to explain this matter. And if at the end you don't get the explanation, don't get their effort to solve this problem, then you may create a thread on scam accusation section.

No any errors at referrals' computers. I have affiliate accounts at several casinos and everywhere it works fine and ONLY at betcoin.ag this shit happens. And I think this shit will be at playbetr.com also because this is the same company like betcoin.ag.

If you have genuine, indisputable proof that your referrals are registering through your link, and Betcoin refuses to do anything about a glitch that breaks the referral process, then you should open a thread in the scam accusations board;

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

I believe that using people for marketing purposes under the presumption that they would be rewarded with an affiliate commission is fair marketing. However, if the team knows there is a serious flaw blocking this process, they should be held responsible.

One of the reasons why I came here - is to find other affiliates who work with betcoin.ag and receive additional proof that not only me such a looser.
I write and tell betcoin that they have error in referrals registration. But they pretend that everything is fine.

Well, regarding the referral program I do not have, therefore it is good to be aware of what can be developed, on the other hand, when I am going to play Poker in betcoin there are many problems that I can not enter any game, not even step to see the tables, if someone has the solution of what may be happening so please tell me how to do.

To be completely honest with you, this isn't the first [or even second] time that I've heard stories about Betcoin not crediting affiliates with referrals. I hope for the best, but I think you and I both know how this is going to end up. Good luck!

I think you should atleast include their responses when you complained about the referral issue. This will help your readers understand exactly what the problem is. A good judge hear from both sides before passing right judgment.
It is possible you broke their terms of service or they wrongly thought so.

None of terms were broken. After tickets they add logins MANUALLY. When someone opens my affiliate link - amount of clicks increments. But after registration - amount of referrals doesn't increment. I asked friend to watch cookies after he open my link - cookie "affiliate_uid" with my id created. But not used in registration. Obvoiusly - this is problem of betcoin's software but these donkeys do not admit this and continue to say - EVERYTHING IS OK in their shit referral registration.

some times somethings very simple in our minds is not as simple for others to do as we imagine.
if they fixed the referral system then that is a good thing but if it was simply a way and means to find out truth and understand if they were getting taken advantage of then it is understandable the time laps that happened!
either way it is a good thing that it is resolved but also a good thread to read for those that could have the same issue on this site or even others!

It's good to know that they solved your problem, even if it took some time to solve it, but when you have problems with them again, I suggest that you also post on their thread:

BETCOIN.AG - NFL Handicapper Battle - 2.5 BTC Prize Pool - Best Crypto Casino (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1616139.msg52639553#msg52639553)

PS: Do not spamming their thread, but at least one post explaining your problem I think you can do it on their thread... this is to have more transparency and people know how long BETCOIN.AG take to solve customer problems

Patience is always been tested up on times like this but it seems the problem had already been solved.

Just give them some time even how small it is you dont know on what they are doing back there. So now its better to lock up this thread to prevent unnecessary discussions.

Maybe I really did not understand the topic of the question or the question being asked, but it seems to me that it is necessary to provide certain facts in order to blame the resource or the administration, to refute the complaint it was impossible, but at the same time the administration of the resource should give official answers to the allegations.  I believe that the current situation negatively affects the credibility of the site and their reputation.

This is a scam case and scam accusation board is available for matters as this one however referrals for a site comes with little pay this days and challenges as this one. When I was a newbie I did referral but got little payment or no payment at all
