Hello, is there way to buy bitcoin vouchers or altcoin gift cards is there legit webpages that i can buy it?

What for? If you wanted to give some people some bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, just create yourself a paper wallet(bitaddress.org) and tell them to swipe the funds to a non-custodial wallet immediately.

If you're looking for vouchers to probably get discounts on exchanges, I don't think they exist.

Nope. For bitcoin to have a sort of "official" gift card, a central authority has to create them, which bitcoin doesn't have because bitcoin is decentralized[1], which is a huge advantage. Again, if you want to give bitcoin to similar means to other people, create a paper wallet.

Yes, there are FastBitcoins.com vouchers which you could buy from Bitrefill (https://www.bitrefill.com/fastbitcoins/?hl=en) and then redeem them online  (https://fastbitcoins.com/redeem)(You can choose on-chain or Lightning network as well) but this solution is not recommended, and you should take in consideration what mjglqw has said.

I think there are some ATMs that print either private keys or QR codes of private keys ... maybe I'd try those once, but as others have said would not recommend them.

You can make your own paper wallets and fund them yourself. Besides, those other options would cost you more, or the rates they use would be much higher than you would like otherwise.

If your purpose is to give to friends, make nice paper wallets.

If your purpose is for your own personal cold storage, make your own paper wallet or make your own offline wallet using any of the recommended wallets; I personally use Bitcoin Core QT and Electrum. You can write down and back up the seeds or extended private keys.

You can pre-generate a few dozen addresses.

I would also test the first one or two with a little bit of some coin. Send to it. Redeem or sweep. Take note of how wallets work and if change addresses are used. When you are comfortable with the process, then you make brand new wallets.

In the past, there are simple wallet generators, some even do vanity type addresses (you can just do the first 1 or 2 letters to get the equivalent of any other address.) and I saw some other paper wallet generators that allow you to use dice or random files (take pictures) or any number of physical objects as sources of entropy.

I'd get the most modern implementation and use native segwit too. Legacy segwit is there for compatibility reasons, it wouldn't hurt to use them, but future fees could cost slightly more when sweeping or importing them. Not that much hopefully.

There is no reason to use legacy or uncompressed addresses anymore.

The latter also seems to be accepting paypal? (Only verified accounts though i'm pretty sure, otherwise they'll immediately refund you, they have a lot of feedback/antifraud in place.)

If you want to "gift" someone bitcoin using a "voucher"-format - the options above could work perfectly fine, but you'll be depending on a third party. See some of the  other recommendations given if that's not something you want. It's somewhat unclear what you're asking here to be fair.

why not make a paper wallet then deposit bitcoin on that address you can also choose which amount you will deposit each paper wallet. If you want some alternatives, a Paper wallet is a good one. I haven't heard of Bitcoin cards at all, I doubt you can find one on the internet. If you want to create a paper wallet you need to research it first, don't rush on making a deposit. you need to read the do's and don't, just search it on google.

It's essentially a metal wallet the size of a credit card. It's probably a novelty at it's current price of $29.95. It doesn't even use segwit.

Paypal giftcard? How does that work? Does it just add to your paypal balance or can you spend it without having a paypal account that is linked to your bank account?
If it just adds to your balance then I fail to see the point and I would really appreciate if someone could answer me. I basically want to know if I can spend one of those paypal gift cards without a paypal account or with a paypal account but one not linked to the bank.

You redeem it and it gets added to your balance.

Gifting someone? That's why it's called a "gift card". You obviously need an account for that.

Agree, its quite hard to find any real reason for crypto gift cards.
I would be very careful if anyone would offer giftcards of crypto because they are often used in scams (stolen credit cards buying giftcards).

I'd rather have a wallet and send the person that you are trying to give some bitcoin. If you are planning to give the person you know it still end up in their bitcoin wallet. I don't see your point why you are trying to buy gift cards or voucher for bitcoin. What they explained are true which is why it is not recommended rather than creating your own wallet.
