I am an old user of www.swiftex.co and I always pay attention to www.swiftex.co and MYNT.  There was an entry "old account" in previous version of www.swiftex.co,but it disappeared in current www.swiftex.co, and I can not  logon my old account of www.swiftex.co, which has some coins in it.
Please help me!

As you can see, this exchange has a shady reputation, its creators use plagiarism in their key documents. This is a sign that they are not very interested in the successful functioning of the exchange and the safety of customers. It is not a big surprise for me that losing money here is quite simple thing. I can advise you to collect the necessary material with proof that the deposit has been made, but now you do not have access to it.

Did you contact our support or check our discord? We changed database systems and we moved accounts. Raise it with our team with your old details. Not contacting any form of support then complaining we're a scam is odd. At least let us try to rectify your issue first.

Please stop ignoring the obvious facts. No one has accused you of stealing customer funds, at least not yet. You were caught because of plagiarism, your white paper is made from materials belonging to another exchange. That means you stole them. In addition, the interface of the site is completely identical to another exchange, the section " privacy policy" is copied word for word. What do you say about all these cases of plagiarism?

The privacy policy is copied yes as it fulls what we need. We can amend that to be custom if it pleases you.

The layout is peatio. The same way gravoex is the old 1.9 peatio layout which many exchanges use. It's not custom it's a default

Where is the supporter's email?
I have deliveried a question by  the web function "support",but there is no response.
Additionally,I think to enssure  old user's account safety is the most important thing for any website in upgrading  .

It doesn't really matter that privacy policy of another exchange fulls what you need, you have no rights to copy paste it without their permission and reference links. How can we trust our money to people who steal someone else’s content?

What about whitepaper? Is it possible that you liked the Streamex exchange development plan so much that you decided to completely copy it? And again, you did this without permission, without providing any references to the source. I consider this a sign of unprofessionalism, the people who use your platform at the moment have huge risks of losing their money.

Another problem, I can not logon my new account today and I cannot reset the password,I cannot receive the email of resetting password  but I ever do  that on Sep. 30.

SWIFTEX EXCHANGE WEBSITE:
The exchange is built using RubyKube (excellent entry level  open source software). It has less functionality than the full Openware software for sale but still should easily handle around up to 3000 TPS, nowhere near top level exchange requirements.

The bottom line is this - if you go to the RubyKube website and Github you have all you need to make an exchange almost like out-of-the-box solution. It is not hard work to put sudo commands in your terminal or putty because RubyKube have taken all the hard work out of it.

SUMMARY:
All the software used to make the Swiftex Exchange is available free online so the only costs associated would be server/host and developer to install it. There is no mention on their website or whitepaper about the source or anything else. There is no mention of which country any legal issues will be resolved in, there is no mention of the company or individuals that are owners/shareholders of any LLC/LTD.

There is no announcement about the traffic or trade volumes because they are at lower than trash levels and it seems to have been done deliberately. Their social media is virtually dead too. Quite pathetic really that they thought they could raise a quick buck using open source software by fooling newbies and gullible investors.

Their ICO has so far raised 0.45 ETH but they have a hard cap of $1.2 million and a softcap of $200,000: https://ico.swiftex.co/

The exchange seems to have been created for the purpose or having an ICO and thus getting rich through the back door with tokens. If the real owners believed in this trash they would have run it and operated it themselves and reaped the benefits of any profits but this is a trash exchange that has no hope either in legal terms or commerce terms.

Even if they reach their softcap of $200,000 that is a large amount for somebody who used freely available open source software which is a ready to use out-of-the-box solution covering everything from pairs to KYC and much more. For them to receive $200,000 from the ICO would mean them hitting the jackpot as they would not need to elaborate exactly where the money was spent and could be seen as a sizeable pay day for those of us highly skeptical.
