The best as well as the cheapest way to exchange cryptocurrency with what? Please clarify your question a little. If it is with fiat money then through peer-to-peer (P2P). There would be no fees as you are not going to do it with any third party such as an exchange or any app. The deal would only be between the two of you.

Reputable peer-to-peer traders (on Localbitcoins or Paxful) can charge a premium over spot rates which more than covers the platform's escrow fee. If you don't have much trading history though, you'll probably be the one paying a premium.

Another option is to participate in a negative-fee or no-fee promotion. For example, Bitcoin.com is covering trading fees + paying an extra 0.3% on top right now: https://exchange.bitcoin.com/announcements/launch-promo/

Lol, no way man. Unless you talk to someone and have deal with him to exchange your cryptocurrency to Fiat or another cryptocurrency. Other than that, there's none. If you see one that might be scam. Try to look here: https://www.finder.com/cryptocurrency-exchange-fees

I suggest Binance US because it's a good exchange and charging only .1% of the amount you are going to trade with a decent support.

Exchange crypto currencies to what? Do you mean crypto to crypto? Or crypto to some payment processors like PayPal etc.
In the first case it is not possible to do so unless you know someone personally.
Second you can do it on localbitcoins etc for zero fees or even some premium. Many sellers offers PayPal for +5% easily.

quite difficult to find exchangers who almost do not charge fees, because based on what I know, most exchangers benefit from it. maybe you can get that at a new exchanger who makes events like that, but you need to be careful.

until now, I have only tried using Tron, I think the feathers are quite cheap for various exchangers. some others use waves, and other altcoins.

Crypto to crypto trade won't be free from fees because you need them even in DEXes.

Your only option, regardless of crypto to crypto or fiat transaction, is a P2P transaction with your friends. You'd only need to pay tx fees (as long as you can convince him not to charge extra fees), which is way lower than most exchange taker fees.

I haven't heard of a legitimate and legal option to exchange cryptocurrencies with a third-party/stranger without paying any fees. As far as I know the most viable options right now are through an exchange like Binance which charges you 0.10% per transaction if I remember good or you can opt for a non-custodial exchange service like Shapeshift, CoinPlaza or Changelly. Some of the people in the thread mentioned websites localbitcoins, but actually I think they charge you the most.

If you can find someone in real life who is desperate to make an exchange( preferably a friend) you can make a face-to-face transaction with him at market rate and pay little to no fees.

You can exchange your cryptos for no fee by posting your offer in Currency exchange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) but for that you need to be trusted member or you may have to end up paying escrow fee or split up between both buyer and seller.

Or find someone personally and exchange cryptos which requires only transaction fee but if you are going for trading platform you need to pay the fee for trading and also for withdrawal.

Another way is also like P2P or you can find some sellers in localbitcoins, but I think it is still much cheaper when you can find some seller outside that facebook, like in social media.

I tried before in Facebook, there are some facebook group or group chat in messenger where there are some into cryptocurrency members then there you can find some sellers or buyers then it's up to you on what will happen, like meetup transaction or find some middleman.

An exchange's worth should not be determined by trading fees.

I'd put more value on an exchange that has good volume, an easy to use interface, and more importantly faster transaction speed. When trading crypto, the volatility either brings in copious amounts of profit or loss, well enough to compensate for any very minor trading fees.

Trading fees also build legitimacy and credibility of an exchange because that is their only way of earning money. It is hard to trust a company that pretends like it doesn't like making money.

Theres some new exchanges as of now that does offer 0 trading fee but those wont really last forever and just come to think even just making doing P2P transactions directly

from other people wont really be completely equal yet you would always pay up for network or tx fees so you do still need to pay up which in result on not to receive the whole amount as you wished.

If you want to exchange surely you must pay for Escrow fees or some exchanges fees, But you have only option that is your neighbor need crypto you sell directly so you never loose the any transaction fees. They also ask the market fees because incase they will sell soon they must pay few amount so they expect little lesser value.

But if you know someone personally like a friend or something, you can talk to each other and negotiate to exchange crypto for free. But it's hard to experience that kind of event. Just accept the fact that you need to pay just to have a successful transactions.

I would have also suggested using escrow maybe in this forum or other forum if he belongs to but transaction fee will also be charged on the coin while it is being transferred from sender wallet to receiver wallet.

Localbitcoins.com is probably your best bet. Or finding via other means (e.g. the local boards here) someone to exchange hand to hand. Depending on the other side of the transaction you might actually get btc (or any other crypto) cheaper then the sell price on any exchange. But it's also quite easier to get scammed so you need to be extra careful ;)

Localbitcoin doesn't charge any fee if we are buying from and advertiser but the price is going to be higher than the exchanges because where advertisers need to pay 1% fee so they will add the trading fee and also profits margin with the market price so its better to pay 0.1% fee than buying with 3% high price.

If you want to exchange a currency for almost no fees, your best bet would be peer to peer with no middle man. I would suggest posting in the currency exchange section. You will still pay fees for the transaction though. Any place that is a third party that hosts your trade is going to charge a fee. They have bills to keep servers online and databases running. Finding someone the old school way who wants to take what you're offering is your only real option.

Depends on the type of exchange you want to trade on. I have been charged very tiny fee trading on a particular exchange but it took a little longer for me to receive the coin. It is a decentralized exchange.

If you prefer centralized exchanges, I would then suggest you convert your  coin to coins with very low transaction fee before exchanging . Guess you should check if that is possible on your current exchange

It will not be possible from any crypto exchanges such as dex or cex whatever it’s because all of the crypto exchanges asking minimum fees will require to exchange with your assets. Peer to Peer transaction is the best way to exchange without no fees but you can do it with only your close people likes friends and neighbours or something like that otherwise you will most possibility to get scam with unknown people. Another the best option is escrow personally i think.

Localbitcoins was great when they had in person cash listings because you could avoid their escrow system entirely. No 1% fee, basically using it like Craigslist. If you were patient you could usually find a trade at 1:1 and no fee, at least in my area.

Physical Bitcoin meetups are another route to the same end but you never know what you'll find. Facebook or other social media seems like another interesting route I hadn't considered. Anything to cut out the middleman in peer-to-peer trades is ideal.

They could also do it off chain if both of them use the same exchange and they're allowed to send bitcoins to a different account for free. I've done it a few times with another person before but I stopped doing it because I always go first and i'm putting myself at risk just to save a few dollars.

Fees on centralized exchanges can't be avoided though and the transaction fees are mostly fixed.

It is almost impossible to exchange cryptocurrencies with zero fees. Even the decentralized exchanges, like Etherdelta and Token store, require some low fee for each transaction, and they are almost specialized to ERC20 tokens. To trade the coins you have to use mainly the centralized exchanges which require fees, but you can compare the fees and choose to trade on the lowest ones.

I'd rather use low-cost exchanges rather than to risk in converting crypto to unknown or non-reputable person. Though we think it just of few bucks but it actually worth something and we earn that hard. But considering to look for zero fees to exchange our crypto, it is really hard to find it. And I agree that we used exchanges for the safe keep and for the success of the transaction.

This is impossible if you're going to use a third party service. The possible way to exchange it without getting scammed is via peer to peer. The only disadvantages of it is is looking for the person who wanted to trade with you, travel cost and their location should be near at your place at the same time. It doesn't hurt much to use a third party service since their fee isn't that expensive.

It is very difficult to find the best exchanges with zero trading fees, even if there is one maybe less credible. Because good exchanges have to be charged for trading fees, for cover the operational costs of the exchanges. We play trading on exchanges want safe, smooth and fast transactions, quality exchanges such as requiring fees operational. Obtained from trading fees, now looking for exchanges with trading fees free although there is questionable quality and credibility of these exchanges. Even if there are good exchanges with zero trading fees, I'm sure it's only a promo.

trading fees and the cost of withdrawing assets from an exchange I think nothing will ever be free even 0 fees is not possible, if there is such a thing I suggest you should be careful because it will definitely have a very weak security system, because with the fee it can be used to strengthen the security of the platform where the exchange is.

If you are looking for 0 fees, then where does the exchanger earn profit? Some like localbitcoin implement P2P transactions at a very low cost, but you have to find people who want to exchange crypto. I think it's better to pay a higher fee because the cryptocurrency anonymity when making a transaction is very dangerous, so I suggest to be careful if you want to P2P transactions.

If you talk about trading fees, I recommend you to use Vindax. It has a fee of only 0.05%, this is the lowest I've ever seen. But besides that, its volume won't be too high, that's the only weakness.
If you talk about fee withdraw, you should use Exmarket. That exchange never charges withdraw. I tried withdrawing 2 ETH and I didn't pay a dime.

Fees are not bad though if your using third party services as long as its affordable and they're not overcharging you its good. The funds they accumulated will help for platform improvements and serve their customer better.

The simplest but not the easiest method involves peer2peer both offline and online exchanging of bitcoin for fiat or other cryptocurrency you intend recieving. Both method are fees free. The P2P (online) exchanging doesn't involve the use of third parties in the form of escrow or exchanges although both parties involves in the transaction will have to pays miners fees to complete the transaction supposedly both parties are recieving cryptocurrency but if it's a crypto for fiat transaction, just the sender will have to pay the miners fees.

For the P2P (offline) exchange, paper wallet is been used, in this scenario you recieved or send the private keys of the wallet holding the fund involved in the transaction for crypto to crypto exchange or recieve fiat equivalent to the crypto sold. It's a very risky process that doesn't involve fees since the transaction are done offline but it's recommended to only transect with those you can  trust.

Why don't you simply use one of the cryptocurrency exchanges? Buying, selling or trading there is quite profitable, fees aren't so high. For example CoinDeal - their fees are really attractive and deposits in EUR, PLN, CHF, GBP or USD are free of charge. To me, that's enough. If you decide to buy/trade bitcoin without any fees, it's probably a scam.

Maybe it's safe when trading funds with promising value, and I couldn't see any assurance for security if storing our funds on them could be a good idea. Trading your crypto in a few hours will be accommodated, but within a specific time-frame it doesn't guarantee how reliable are they when it comes to safeguarding our assets. Hopefully the exchange fee will be lessen, and once they could offer this kind adjustments; potential users will increase in numbers which is productive to see.

Yes you are right that transaction fees goes to the miner. But there are cryptos that  has a cheaper transaction fee. For me when cashing out from an exchange I use XRP, it has the cheapest transaction fee I know which has support on our local exchange. Its fast and reliable to, thats why we convert our crypt to XRP before transferring.

I regarding the actual cost is not one of the problems in the selection of exchange. the most important point is the existing features and also the trading volume because the cost is free if it turns out that the unsatisfactory price movement is very disappointing with the time we have wasted. and also security is the main factor because of course because of the choice of free exchange our money is at stake whether safe or not from the hacker exchange

maybe there is an exchange that is free of 0 fees but maybe in the future this does not apply, I think it will still require a fee despite the low cost. so I think now the cost of 0 is only available in a few places.
In time being. I don't aim for free exchanges since we don't have any way to ask or request even report anything since it's free and they might not focus enough on their users. Free sites usually have tons of ads that makes more transactions laggy. I think better choose the best exchange that are tested than aim for free that are useless or will give us more pain after. Just limit the transactions can be the solution to maximize our trading.

What is the best and cheapest way to Exchange cryptocurency?

Without all most 0 fees!!

You can deal with other traders personally and do it "free", but there is always a great risk here. Exchange services will always take the fee for these operations, otherwise, they would never get their profit. My advice is simple: you should make a list of the best exchanges and register there. Use those, where the commission is small, but the service is trusted, and everything will work.

trading fees is important, but there is thing that should be considered too, such as volume
it is useless if exchanges has zero fees but just has small volume. you will be hard to get profit and low liquidity
sp i recomend big exchanges for better experience, such as binance, okex, bitmex

I have also an idea; Find someone online, in social media, different forum, etc. That are willing to meet you in personal and exchange, this is common for sure especially here in our country ( for large transaction and avoiding huge spread gap in some exchanges ).
But still you can't say that almost 0 trading fees, because even you saved some amount on the gap, you still have some expenses like transportation cost, venue cost, food cost if ever you will treat the seller/buyer for a meal/any food.

What a zero fee? Most exchange site have a fee for the buy and sell of altcoin even the withdrawal of yoir coins because fee is important to any exchange site this is their profit to maintain the site performance, if you want a small fee in transaction go for dex exchange site because in regular exchange site its allow a fee for any transaction.

Trading on an exchanger near to you (in your country) still the best way to exchange cryptocurrency, they offer low fees start from 0% for the maker, even some offer rebate promo for market makers when their orders are fulfilled, even Bithumb give 70% of fees back to customers; [This event will occur between October 21 and November 22. Specifically, it only applies to users of Bithumb exchange outside of Korea.]
Most of the large crypto exchanger which has liquidity only charge small fees, you can always check their fees;
check HERE (https://blocklr.com/guides/cryptocurrency-exchanges-lowest-fees/) and HERE (https://www.finder.com/cryptocurrency-exchange-fees)

That will typically be a decentralized platform where you can do your transaction peer to peer, but as they say that you cannot have your cake and eat it all, if you want a very fast transaction that will be executed within a short period of time, then centralized exchanges would be the best because they have the volume, but you have to pay for the price which is the fee that you are trying to avoid from what I can see which I personally don't think their fee is that much for the services you will get from them.

If you chose to use a decentralized exchange where you will get zero fee or very minimal fee, you should be ready to wait for like everlasting to get a transaction done, so the choice is your which I will advise that you look more at centralized exchanges for faster turn over.

There are exchanges that offer free trading fees for 1 month, however I do not recommend because it is a new exchange, do not be tempted by cheap costs what else is free, because something that doesn't make sense mostly ends in fraud.

I do not think of shipping costs because the costs used are very cheap from the profits I get, for me I let the transaction costs be used to exchange places to develop the exchange place so that the platform can be better than before.
Well, what a waste of profit, it's not everyday you can get the same profit that you gained. During the surge of Bitcoin there is a possibility that the transaction fees would rise drastically, so I would suggest to switch to altcoin before you go sending it to your main wallet because I am sure that you will suffer from the fees in no time.

I assume that you are saying about exchanging your cryptocurrency for fiat because if that is the case then local p2p is the best way to exchange your cryptocurrency for fiat. But if you are saying to exchange your cryptocurrency with another cryptocurrency then the best way is usually changelly if you don't want to get into the hazzles of various exchanges. Moreover, you can also try the currency exchange section of the forum here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) and see if you can find someone who can give you fiat or other crypto for your Crypto. Use an escrow or trade only with trusted members.

You can use an exchange like Shapeshift, which charges only a small fee% to exchange altcoins.
