Also, using activated charcoal is tested; just put a small amount of toothpaste and combine your activated charcoal; then brush your teeth for at least 4 minutes. This is really effective for me; you could observe the difference within 2 weeks.

One important thing we need to avoid to get free from stains is coffee which is why most people got yellowish black teeth and also smoking and spicy foods.But dont over do it (as it can weaken our enamel) especially if you have sensitive teeth.
