First of all this is not the correct section for this post ignoring that since you are a newbie can you please explain about the issue more? I think you tried to withdraw these funds or did they were automatically withdrawn? Moreover, it's better you give more proofs if you have yourself started the transaction then maybe it has not been transferred to blockchain. We have a user account of Yobit here on forum I think they might help you on this issue. Whatever it is it would definitely be solved I think.

No one can really help you in this forym about your problem on Yobit. If you didn't create that withdrawal transaction and have proof for it rush chatting support but they take days before replying(base on my experience when I ask them about some coin withdrawal) it took them 5 days to reply. Just send some proof that you didn't issued that transaction, chill and wait for them.

I have no problem with yobit in terms of withdrawal, they always give a tx id even though it does not appeared on the blockchain yet which is kinda weird at first but then eventually the transaction appears on the blockchain, I think you need to wait for a while and see if the coins was already sent, if not you can reach out to their support again and wait if they will take action if not then open a scam accusation on this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0  and tell the case in detailed manner.

How did it get stolen? Can you show me what address your BTSY went to?

Click the transaction id and copy it, paste it here so we can find out where your funds went. It is possible that your copy of the transaction ID is missing so the BSTY Block explorer cannot read it

Lovinbitcoinusers, to clarify some things first - did you buy that coin on YoBit (BSTY), and then try to send it from YoBit to your wallet? Or you have BTC on your YoBit account and someone is using that coins to buy BSTY and withdraw from your account?

I think you just send those BSTY and now you do not see that transaction on BSTY block explorer, but maybe this coin is not show transaction instantly, just wait to see the first confirmation on YoBit and also in your wallet.

It is been 15 days and no reply and not even for 5 days. They already stole me 0.01 BTC in July 2017 when it was not worth that much and Shut up at that time. But NOW if my problem is not solved within the next 48 hours I will reach the Law as the last step cuz YOBIT must get shut down if they are messing with people who work hard to get that money.

It seems even your address is not detected on the BSTY blockchain, I am not familiar with the BSTY blockchain but is it really normal to not see newly created address ; are  you sure  you typed the right address for the withdrawal?

You should stop using this exchange the first time when you experienced the problem, even 0.01 BTC is not a small amount you should just forget. YoBit is a very problematic exchange, there are probably hundreds of cases like this reported on the forum, and customer support is certainly one of the worst you can find on crypto exchanges.

I check BSTY, and coinmarketcap is list only 2 exchanges for this coin, but 100% of the volume is on YoBit. In your case I would say something is wrong with YoBit wallet for BSTY, the transaction has not been sent yet from their side so you can not see it on explorer.

So the solution is on their hand ( hands of Yobit) But they don't respond to support tickets nor chat nor twitter. How I will recover my 0.0249 BTC worth sir?

Does your account have a 2FA protection? Yobit will not gonna still 0.025BTC to it's user. Maybe your account got compromised. Scan your computer with anti virus. Maybe your computer got infected by a malware. Besides that, You can't prove that yobit itself do that transaction because it's obviously someone who compromise your account. The only thing you can do is track the transaction and if you are lucky. You can search the owner of the receiving address here.

Indeed the solution is only in their hand, but currently their BSTY wallet is under maintenance, probably fixing some problem on their side.

I do not think that OP's yobit account is compromised, he made the withdrawal himself and it does not appear on the blockchain when he verified it using the tx id given by the yobit exchange itself.

there's nothing you can do to get back the BTC you lost because there is no way to reverse the transaction. unless yobit sees this problem as their fault and hopefully refund the funds you lost.
also, you are on the wrong board I would suggest to move it to Scam accusation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0). all you can do right now is wait for their response.

This is the only hope for you. Just wait for the wallet come back to normal and hope your transaction will resume. In case it does not happen, there is nothing you can do , except to forget it and forget Yobit as your bad experience. They will not help you even if you try to escalate it through support or any other means.

but yesterday I used yobit exchange by sending LTC coins from yobit to another exchange, it seems safe and my LTC coins went to other exchanges for a short time, you might not check before making a better transaction, you will be more careful before making a transaction at other times like that you cannot report it unlike the bank system which can report to the responsible party and we cannot blame the yobit exchange.

If you want to report a scam, make a proper thread at scam accusation section with all the proofs you have.
Anyways, why would be using Yobit. Its a shit exchange with thousands and tons of people complaining about it. Just google "yobit scam" and you will see a lot of people complaining about them. They have a shit support system. Good luck getting an answer from them.

There are 3 possible reasons as why you think your BSTY coins worth of 0.025 btc was lost. First is at looking at the picture you sent it has zero confirmation and so I think you need to wait for 20 confirmations before you will receive it. 2nd is that possibly your account was hacked or somebody accessed and that is why you no longer have the bsty in you balance. 3rd is due to wallet maintenance, yobit.net wallets has always in maintenance mode except for major coins such as btc, eth, ltc. And so I think you should pm the admin or the moderator or email the support. Another thing please check the withdrawal history since possibly because of the maintenance your withdrawal is still pending.

Just make a new ticket and wait for your turn, there will reach you as soon as they see it. I already made a ticket on my previous problem on Yobit but it took them 3 days to fix it. My XRP was stuck on their withdrawals I though I won't get it anymore after 3 days I received a message from their support and at the same time, they fixed my problem. Yobit is a trusted exchange, they will not steal that little money you have just have patience and wait for them.

That's right, Jubilee is a trusted exchange. I often use Yobit as a trade and there are no obstacles at all, maybe the BTSY withdrawal has been delayed so it cannot be confirmed by yobit, or there is a problem with your account so that the withdrawal is delayed. try checking your account again.

That is the first thing I thought when I saw the image op linked to.  Is anyone even mining this coin?  Could it be that yobit actually sent it but there's no one to confirm the transaction?  That's a long shot, but I'm just thinking out loud.  I have never heard of BSTY and even if most of the volume comes from yobit that doesn't mean it ever leaves the exchange.  You can trade dead coins on yobit, but often wallets are in maintenance mode.  OTOH if BSTY's wallet was in maintenance mode, yobit wouldn't process the withdrawal to begin with.

I don't think this is a scam by yobit, tho I do know their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.  Is there any way to cancel the transaction?  If it doesn't go thru after a long period of time, yobit might just reverse it anyway.  Hoping for the best for you, op.

I think you should move this thread into Service Discussion (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=85.40). I saw a couple of yobit related threads there recently, perhaps you should consider joining with those there.

One of those threads mentions DoS attacks going on, maybe its related, maybe not.

PS. Never mind, if mods think this goes better into scam accusations...

Just a piece of friendly advice on OP.
That's really hard to prove that you are not the one who transacts the withdrawal of the reason why Yobit support can not be able to determine if you are telling the truth or not. Unless you can show proof that there is someone who did it and not you. This does not make any sense if you are lack of evidence and posted it here in reputation. I am also a late user of Yobit but so far I appreciate their service at this moment because of fast withdrawal transactions.

Please follow the instructions and the rules yobit stipulate that you will remain comfortable there.
I'am trader in yobit exchange since 2016 and I feel enjoy in there until this time.

Yobit is one of the oldest exchanges around, has been the center of controversy many times, but has never been hacked, and many of the scam accusations cannot be proven and also there is some kind of partnership with the signature campaign of https://cryptotalk.org that many of the people answering this tread is using.

So i think that OP cannot really prove that there was a scam from yobit, and lot of community support for cryptotalk who yobit support, and some negative trust on OP profile, so my opinion is like the others on this post, OP is probably lying and Yobit is not the best exchange around but is not a scam.

I want to add that i have an account with Yobit since 2013 and i never had a problem, i hold coins there, trade and gamble and all great so far.
