I withdrew FCT 16 Hours ago from Poloniex given the first transaction "0aa43bcc871be87b13a40375c0e6a143bbfa6760e209e56245dbabfd34cdfe8e" and then the second transaction "83cbe6feebabd6c5e13c689c47e839692bb9bc73bfd165efd6e01f04c50f66c1" and my wallet didn't get credited. I sent ticket but no update or rather poor support. Please help me. Recently they got out of the circle deal maybe their support is extra busy with unnecessary tickets. Trying to contact them on social media & telegram is a good idea but I think you will hear same thing from them. Wait for replies from support. Right If the OP just asking here can't solve the problem and wait for the ticket support to be answered by the poloniex, if you keep asking here maybe the answer will be the same as all asking to wait for an answer from poloniex. It seems to be impossible that Poloniex will be going like that, it maybe there a bug with your search engine/browser which it takes a while before it appears. I'm not supposed to think that OP is telling the truth because of his trust record but really impossible to see when there is no trx ID even it is already complete cause it will be sure that there is a record on that.
Anyway, Poloniex support could answer that.
