Wrong. No live chat.

But why don't you be helpful and post what they've told you is going on.
I assume you chatted with them?

gogopop- They are back down again. I think that it's very irresponsible of you to post that a book is closed because their live chat has been down a few hours. As far as PinnacleSports, if you log in from the US, your account gets closed.

1) "I think that it's very irresponsible of you to post that a book is closed because their live chat has been down a few hours."

You are covering up.

They have always advertised "Live chat 24/7" and this has always been the case.

Now:

a) Live chat is down for the 1st time ever.

b) The alternative that pops up - "Send us an email" - is disabled. No contact is possible.

c) My Pinnacle account is closed ("suspended" technically).

Gosh, what can be going on?

"As far as PinnacleSports, if you log in from the US, your account gets closed."

Yes, I know.

I never logged in from the USA..

You stated that your own Pinnacle account is disabled.
Perhaps you should continue playing dumb, and notify yourself that "As far as PinnacleSports, if you log in from the US, your account gets closed."

You state that your SBOBet account can be logged in but there is no proof of this.

You state that the live Chat was back up, yet 9 minutes later when I try it is still down.

And you didn't bother to chat with them even though your Pinnacle account is also suspended?

You are a worthless shill.

You can't log into Pinnacle from the US without a VPN.

You can't log into Pinnacle from the US without a VPN.

I have been using the account with a VPN, and  with no issues.

Stop making excuses.

Your account is closed (technically Pinnacle is calling it "suspended"). There is no way to contact SBObitcoin.com.

You state that the Live Chat is reopened.

But you don't bother to chat with them to find out why your account is suspended.
You simply post that "Live chat is back up" and are unconcerned about your closed account.

It is obvious that as usual you are full of sh*t.

My account is not closed. As I said you can't get into Pinny without a VPN. You have continually lied in this thread so I'll leave until there is some type of update.

You have no idea that it's been only a few hours - you weren't even aware it was down until my post.
Last I used the Pinnacle account  was 24 or 48 hours ago.

It's very irresponsible of you to post that the only issue is that the live chat has been down for a few hours , when:

1) You have no idea how long it's been;

2) It has NEVER been down before:

3) The live chat is not only down, but the email is down as well. But the site is up.

4) The accounts they set up for both you and I at Pinnaclesports are suspended, with no information available.

"My account is not closed."

Try to keep your lies straight.

In the "Ratings for all the bitcoin sportsbook threads", you stated "I was able to get into me SBOBET account but not Pinnacle. I'm waiting for SBOBitcoin to get back. I'm leaving in a bit so I may not  be able to post for a while."

Unless you're using semantics to distort.

Yes, technically my account is "suspended", not officially closed. But I cannot access it and neither can you access yours. I have no way to withdraw the funds that are (or were) in it.

"As I said you can't get into Pinny without a VPN."

Yes, and as I posted about 10 minutes ago, I only have accessed the Pinnacle account WITH A VPN, and there has never been a problem.
This has nothing to do with VPN's.
There is clearly a problem with SBObitcoin.com - they've made themselves unreachable, and Pinnacle has locked the accounts.

"You have continually lied in this thread so I'll leave until there is some type of update."

The only lie in this thread was you pretending that the Live Chat was back up.

You've acknowledged that your Pinnacle account is suspended and you can't get into it.

SBObitcoin's Live Chat which is always 24/7 is disabled, as is their email service.

You then claim that the Live Chat is back up.

But you didn't bother to chat with them to find out what's going on!

It's obvious that you lied about the Live Chat being back up.

I see that Raiders ("Peeps Place") has a ghost or an accomplice trying to set up a Strawman argument.

This has nothing to do with problems with the Pinnacle website - if "Jaybird" had read any of my posts, he'd see that I was able to log in - and got a message that the account is suspended.
The agents who set up the account have abandoned their website.

Anyone who has any doubts about the veracity of what I've posted - simply go to SBObitcoin.com, try the Live Chat, then try to send an email.

WARNING WITHDRAWN.

Someone contacted me and told me that his account had also been suspended.
He found out that:

Had nothing to do with VPN/no VPN login.

SBObitcoin locked all accounts (except Peeps based on what he says !!!????) to do a currency update - changing all to a system based on 6k HKD/BTC rather than the previous 4k HKD/BTC.

Communication didn't exist for 5 hours or more.

Apparently and hopefully just a perfect storm appearing to be a situation following in the footsteps of too many other btc books.

Will report if any problem remains but an acquaintance informed me his account was now reactivated with the new HKD amount.

Hopefully all is well...

Gogo said that SBOBitcoin was a scam a few months ago. As another poster pointed out, you don't deposit in to scam books so Gogo never played there.

With my account SBOBitcoin told me that they were changing the exchange rate. They asked me if I wanted to withdraw my money or have a new account with the rate changed. It may have been the same account number with a change in Hong Kong dollars but I don't remember since I took a withdrawal. They gave me all my money including the 10% bonus even though I hadn't met the 3x roll.

You're already aware that it was a currency exchange, as I was the first to report this, and that my issue is resolved.
You read this in the other thread 10 minutes ago.

Gogo- If you really had accounts with these books, as you have said, then you would have known this."

Raiders - You are the biggest fraud and the most loathsome and hated poster on all the sportsbetting forums, and this is an example:

"If you really had accounts with these books, as you have said, then you would have known this."

You didn't know yourself  or you would have stated it when I first raised the issue.

You just found out when Melody came back online. This is evident to anyone reading this thread.

Not only that, but you are the one with no account at the book:

"All accounts were shut down and people were given new accounts. You either had the opportunity to withdraw or transfer the money to the new account."

Wrong.  I reported above my acquaintance's experience - I can now state that mine was identical to my acquaintance's - they did a currency amount change - the account number and password is unchanged - there is no new account."

I'm going to ask for a withdrawal and see how it goes.

Boosblock - Were you lowered from 6000 HKD/btc to 4000 HKD/btc?

I reported accurately earlier today that in my case they had initially given me 4000 HKD/btc, and today they upped the rate to 6000 HKD/btc.

Please confirm asap, as this is troubling if they are not being consistent and switching some from 4k to 6k like myself, and switching others from 6k to 4k.
It also makes no sense.

"SBO Bitcoin New Rate Update‏‏‏‏"

"Dear [X],

As you may all know bitcoin value is volatile, in view of this, we are changing your credits to the new rate of 6,000 HKD. Please be guided of the conversion below:

New rate = 6,000 HKD
Old rate = 4,000 HKD"

...[It then shows my balance, and then the conversion math to the New Rate of 6k HKD /btc]

"I spent over 30 min today in chat explaining to them that by changing their exchange rate they have effectively lowered limits."

Can you explain further what you mean by this? [Also, as asked above, did they increase or decrease your HKD to btc ration?].

"I'm going to ask for a withdrawal and see how it goes."

Would be grateful if you could report how it goes asap.

Thank you.

Is there anyone else reading this who has funds currently at SBObitcoin? (I.e., under their control?).

Weigh in please.

Was your rate changed today (or very recently)?

Did they move you from 4k HKD/btc to 6k HKD/btc, or the reverse?

Recent withdrawal experiences?

If my limits were effectively lowered then of course the changed the exchange rate from 4000HKD/1btc to 6000HKD/1btc

Unless i'm reading something totally wrong i dont see the cause for concern if they're still paying everyone.

I havent requested a withdrawal yet.

Yes, it made no sense that they would be changing me from 4000 HKD/btc to 6000  HKD/btc, but changing others from 6000 to 4000.

At the same time, the claim was made by one person that they were changing him from 6000 to 4000:

Peeps Place - "Here's the email that SBOBitcoin sent to me.

Quote
'We would like to inform you on the update regarding the change of rate for all members.

With your existing account,if you will not play and you want to withdraw, you can do so anytime you want.  We will still use the 6000 rate as the rate for the first time you joined us. But your account now can only be used till Sunday, March 9, 2014. After that, we will suspend the ID but we guarantee you can still withdraw from that ID use 6000 rate. From now on we use the new rate is 4000 to all members. If you want to play, we can transfer your balance to the new account using 4000 rate.

I did discount the info, as it was coming from Peeps, and figured he was providing outdated and/or invalid info, as is his norm. But wanted to make sure - thanks for the response.

Talk about jumping the gun.  "appears to be closed"

What a fucking idiot.

Some agents who no one knows and who have been in business for 3 months.

Their website has always provided 24/7 chat.

Suddenly for a period of 5 hours during which time I tried to contact them, there is no chat.
The email "Notify us this way because our Live Chat is down" is also disabled.
But the website is up, so it's not a DDOS attack or server down or the other usual issues.
Another poster confirms that the chat is down for him as well.

Simultaneously the account they have provided at pinnaclesports.com is suspended.
Not only mine but Peeps also reports he can't get into his account as well, so it's not a singular issue solely related to my account.

Pinnaclesports will give no further info.

Somehow you find it ridiculous to conclude that it appears that they have closed shop, as numerous other shops have done.

I had nothing to personally gain if I was correct by putting out the "appears to be closed" warning.

But if correct, I could possibly have saved some people from sending reload money to SBO's wallet.
If not correct, I could withdraw the warning, as I did.

I would certainly do the same in a similar situation, as the only downside is getting stalked by an unhappy troll who is frequently ridiculed on these boards for his worthless posts.
E.g.:

"Quote from: waylon james on March 04, 2014, 02:37:31 PM - "Did you guys raise the juice on college basketball to -109?"

Quote from: jeremypwr on March 05, 2014, 08:14:19 PM - "Do you always post questions when the answer is 100% obvious? LOL jk"

Thus far in the 6 weeks you've been a member, you've made 24 posts, and more than 20% of those are stalking me and fellating Peeps Place.
Perhaps some day you will add something of value to the boards.
Although I'll bet on the "No".

Interesting that both you and I were changed from 4k HKD/btc to 6k HKD/btc (and I'm sure that is the case for all).

But Peeps Place claims the reverse - that he was just lowered from 6k HKD/btc to 4k HKD/btc.
How odd.

I realize that you've now checked with them since my post, realize you posted incorrect and out of date info, and are now covering up and pretending you realized this all along (I suppose that you felt it was helpful yesterday to post an out of date email with no longer current info).

I never called the book a scam.

Unlike you, I investigated associations claimed on their website for the sake of due diligence  - you did a cut and paste of info posted on their website, and called it a "review".

The only 2 posters to comment on the thread were both appreciative of my efforts and both agreed that simply repeating claims made on a website without doing any due diligence is meaningless on your part.

Peeps Place - "This is the last time that I reply to your lies. You know a guy that plays there. You called him an acquaintance. You never played there since you called the book a scam a while back."

I never called the book a scam.

I questioned whether they were a scam (the same question I ask about every new book), but investigated to verify claims made on their website before deciding.

Unlike you - you did a cut and paste of info posted on their website, and called it a "review".

The only 2 posters to comment on the thread were both appreciative of my efforts and both agreed that simply repeating claims made on a website without doing any due diligence is meaningless on your part.
lies again. I said that BTCBitcoin states. "States" means it their words, not mine. I quoted SBOBitcoin. I then went on to do a review. As I told you before, just stop already.

"Seems as if Gogo is making quality points. There is no point of writing information on here unless it is validated. If we wanted to read what the site is saying we could just see that directly on the site. This thread should only be for accurate and confirmed information. Having unconfirmed information on this thread can only be misleading for people trying to find a book."

Gogo- Seriously, what's wrong with you? It's lie after lie. Here was my review of SBOBitcoin.

Quote
SBObitcoin.com opens at an “A” rating surpassing Bitbook as the top rated place to play using bitcoins. SBObitcoin is an agent of the top sports books in the world in PinnacleSports, SBOBET and IBCBET. Players deposit bitcoins with SBObitcoin and they are then exchanged for your choice of Hong Kong dollars or Singapore dollars. The Asian dollars are then deposited into the sports book. The exchange rate of your deposits and withdraws will stay the same and not fluctuate. It takes 3-5 minutes for withdraws and six confirmations are needed for deposits. Live chat is open 24/7.

SBObitcoin has been in business for six months with bitcoin accounts and seven years overall. SBObitcoin states that they are one of the products of Ole Group Philippines Inc., and are licensed and regulated by the Government of the Philippines under First Cagayan Resort & Leisure Corporation.

There have been no reports of payout problems with SBObitcoin. Both Pinnacle Sports and SBOBET are top rated sports books in the world taking the highest wagers. Pinnacle takes the largest wagers on American sports while SBOBET takes the largest wagers in soccer. The book hold at Pinnacle is the lowest in the industry and SBOBET is not far behind.

Peeps Place - "This is the last time that I reply to your lies. You know a guy that plays there. You called him an acquaintance. You never played there since you called the book a scam a while back."

I just glanced over my posts. I never used the word "scam" in relation to SBObitcoin.com.

I never said that they were a "scam". I never said I suspected they may be a "scam".

You are putting words in my mouth that you are inventing.

I did due diligence, unlike yourself, and this was appreciated by forum members.

You do due diligence? That's why you said that SBOBitcoin closed? Your definition of due diligence is different than the rest of the world.

As you know, I didn't say they closed. I said that it appears that they are closed, as anyone can see from the title of this thread.

What a panicky piece of sh1t you are..   You don't proclaim a book is "closed" within hours of something happening.  As irresponsible as it gets.

You have 7 posts.

6 weeks ago you didn't even know what agents are or how they operate -

"Can anyone here describe how SBObitcoin actually works?   It seems like they actually deposit your funds to a Pinnacle account which you then login to.  So the risk in this case would be SBObitcoin taking money from the account and not paying you out, correct?  New to this agent thing, and just trying to figure out the mechanics and risk involved."

Now you're  already an expert, and pointlessly  pop into this thread - 2 weeks after the incident I reported is over -  to name call.

I do what I think is best to pass on info as quickly as possible to protect others.
Point out one instance of any harm done.
Yet if it turned out they were indeed closed, as many other btc books have done, I could have saved people money by preventing them from reloading to SBO's wallet.
If it was accurate, my funds were lost. I had nothing to gain, but hoped to help others with a warning.
The only downside is having ignorant a**holes like yourself mouthing off.

"You don't proclaim a book is "closed" within hours of something happening."

Take the time to read and absorb all 8 words of the title of this thread.
I never proclaimed them closed. I accurately reported that they appeared closed, and that accounts were suspended.

Try to take a chill pill, Mary, and learn more about the industry instead of pointlessly mouthing off and showing your ignorance.

Or try to avoid any more menstrual bleeding in the future, and simply ignore my posts.

evo34 respected me enough 6 weeks ago that he sent me a pm seeking my opinion.
