Title: Hacked account recovery help needed Post by: cryptogenerations on October 31, 2019, 10:27:05 PM So I have had one my original accounts hacked and email changed on it recently I have a question in regards to the email part.
I got an email off support saying I need to send email from original email on account. Is this the one that the account was originally made with when open or the one that it had on it before it got compromised as I had had a few email address changes made to the account over the years. Can someone tell me if wanting one that was current on account before hacked or original opening email address used to open account with? The email Isent from was the one that I got an email on saying account email changed from ip and to email i also got a link in it Your Bitcoin Forum (bitcointalk.org) email address was just changed from to by IP address . If they said you need to use the original email, then that's what you should do.If they can only help you if you still have access to the first email - while you don't -, then there is nothing else anyone can do. |
