There is an order book, which sgornick linked, where you can see who is selling what. Then just go to the chat and ask that individual to trade, and negotiate a deal.

I've also traded MoneyPak for Bitcoin with Keefe and it was very quick and easy. It's best to immediately use the funds on the Moneypak after a transaction (PayPal, refill a visa card, etc). Otherwise, the one who sold the Moneypak could spend the pak elsewhere. During any Moneypak transaction, the balance of the card is displayed on Green Dot's website for you to verify. Perhaps that what they mean by less?
