Introduction

Backed by fiat currency, PlayerCoin (“PEC”) is a cryptocurrency (ERC-20 Token) created to provide the diverse entertainment industry a more consistent and similar exchanging standard.

Due to popular digital assets being too volatile and suffers from large fluctuations making them not suitable as an everyday currency usage. The PlayerCoin would be a cryptocurrency maintaining a stable value around 0.028-0.035 US Dollars.

We believe that entertainment organizations and individual players can extensively benefit from a stable digital asset like PlayerCoin for a legitimate and decentralized method of exchange.

Who or what will keep the value of the coin around $ 0.028-0.035? Why can't I sell it cheaper?
If your coin is not distributed using ICO, then what do you call your "Open Sale Coin"?

Their domain is registered yesterday, 22 November, and here they are a day later unveiling a 'stable digital asset' that the world has never seen before. Three-page whitepaper with no team members listed or any other information provided. Hah, they didn't even have time to edit/update their website template, let me quote:

this project is really a joke! a blunder in the making!
backed by fiat currency? how many tokens from the total supply are backed by fiat? at a rate of $0.028, they need to have $2.8B. i guess they dont have even 10% of that.
also they dont have time to edit because they are in a hurry to rip off cash from gullible users - and many others.

There is no Source in there Whitepaper and i was just looking shortly around there.

Listed so fast!!! But how about the questions above, any answer from your end? How much assets do you have as you are claiming to be backed by fiat currency? I don't think this token will even fetch at $0.01 per token.

And with very questionable background of this project, user must be very cautious in dealing with them. We don't know if they are bluffing about this fiat-backed project. No reply as to how much they are backing from those available coins.

now without money you can’t get to good exchanges. as a result, such projects have to go where they are allowed to go for free.
for tokenholders of project tokens, this does not help due to the fact that there is still no liquidity. developers out of pocket to pay, it makes no sense in such a market listing on good exchanges.
