Title: Is this forum protecting scammers?
Post by: Vod on November 27, 2019, 05:11:19 AM
I posted a simple warning on OG's thread that he is operating illegally - no business registration.  OG does not deny this and will not produce his public business number.

The posts were deleted.

He is also still selling his ponzi seats (donation to nastyfans) even though the ponzi collapsed back in 2017.  ;/

What gives mods?  Are we going back to the free for all days when any scam goes, and it's up to newbies to do their research?  IT's not like OG is a hobbyist - he makes his living illegally selling this junk.

 :(

This forum relies on volunteer people to keep the scams at bay.

But if a scammer offers a sizable discount (via no tax) for an item, I guess the administration will look the other way.  :/

I guess if we give one scammer a chance, it would be unfair to tag others, right?

We are quick to ask for a signed message proving something, but OG doesn't need to prove he has a public business number because he offers discounts?  If he had one, he would know he was required to provide it in each transaction.  It's not a secret...

I think now that he has been audited he feels all the harm is done.

And of course my dox remains outside of investigations, mods won't handle it, and none of the people who left me feedback for doxxing did anything....

Scams talk, and honestly walks.  :(

Edited to remove what could be construed as a threat ten years from now by liberal crybabies.

Nothing wrong with collectibles - but OG pushes out the competition by offering lower prices since he doesn't want to pay the tax.   Now that he has been audited, anyone that buys from him risks audit as well.   IF OG DOESN'T GIVE YOU A TAX NUMBER AS REQUIRED BY LAW, use a fake name and address.

Edit:   The doxxing has been removed.  I did take note of the people who FREAKED OUT about my endangering OGs life with one post that I later removed, but never bothered to do or say anything when OG posted my DOX and called me a pedophile, endangering my life.    Why?   I didn't give them other people's coin in an illegal ponzi.  :/

I don't want to continue the drama, so I'm just going to continue posting here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5202604.0) whenever OG gets drunk and starts accusing more people of things they have never done.   I may also publish a (very long) list of provable OG lies complete with links (a bet a lot will be from archive links since hides his illegal activities.) at year end.

I'll also post every now and then in the B&H forum where new users may not understand that nastymining is a ponzi.
