Title: Looking for American citizen/resident - you apply for a job and I do it. 10/90.
Post by: krkrkr on November 27, 2019, 06:42:19 PM
Hi folks,

I have seen many sweet work from home vacancies in  large corporations. One of the is interpreter. There are more.

My main job is finance/accountancy plus sales experience.

Perhaps we can co operate. You apply for a job and I will do it. I am willing to share 10% of the salary.

Or if you have any other ideas how to bypass US residents only requirement let me now :)

You're paying 10% for someone to take all the legal risks and possibly break the law? Taxes alone would be probably a lot more than 10%. The right way to do it is to find an outsourcing business willing to hire you and do it legally.

I totally agree with GSpgh. what if you don't finish your duties on time? that would make the person ashamed who gives you his identity to use to apply for a job. and could possibly face legal issues.
I assume you are talking about remote jobs. so you should find jobs which are for worldwide. not for the US only. there are many remote jobs available on the web.

The outsourcing business wouldn't take 10% but 65-80% for themselves of whatever they'd bill. OP's better off finding for companies willing to hire him as an overseas contractor, or setting up his own company and using it to find himself work from foreign clients. Most of these large corporations he thinks about working for are unlikely to hire him if he doesn't have rare enough skills.

edit: typo

Many businesses pay < 50% of the billable rate even to local employees because of overhead aka CEO's yacht and jet :)

If the OP wants to beat that from overseas... good luck but unlikely to happen. Anyone willing to hire someone foreign will also be looking for savings compared to local so a 65% cut would be a good deal.

You can only get someone to give you the job at your reversed rate 90% to job owner and 10% to you.
As mentioned by other members, the risk involved is on the high side.

Different companies have their different recruiting requirements but i am sure some companies can still give you a job if you legally own a USA bank account, there are many USA companies that will legally setup a bank account for you.

Some Western companies do hire people from abroad (usually not as employees but as contractors/sole traders) for rates similar they'd pay to a local, but they are few and far between.

you give 10% for your partner how cunning you are, start with same start with fair distribution.
because in cooperation there will be risk on both sides.

Even if you find someone, then I don't think anybody will accept only 10% taking into consideration how much risk is involved.  The best share rate will be 50/50 or even 60/40 and still many will say no.

OP has minimal chances to find somebody reliable, additionally many will try to scam, just take the money and run or even share a fake identity. Just think, how many people have fake documents?

Something like this could be working but only between close friends or even family. With strangers found when advertising this "brilliant" idea on the forum, OP probably won't go too far  ;).
