I think topics in "Service Announcements (Altcoins)" board need to be sorted by bump score too.
As shown in the following screenshot, almost all of the topics in this board are bumped regularly by the topic starter. I don't see the OPs violating the 24-hour bumping rule and the posting of similar content. There were no recent fake conversations also.
