Being the best obviously, is you owned your private key for your coins (hardware, desktop, etc.). It also depends on your preferences.

Coinomi might be good for storing your assets, but you cant storing XLM there and you have to find another wallet.
Why dont you try a hardware wallet, people use it for good security reasons.

Just grab a Ledger Nano S and you're pretty much good to go; they support both LTC and XLN. Just make sure to just write down the recovery seed and not store it online then you're going to be fine.

Also, probably don't use Coinomi. I personally wouldn't use a closed-source software wallet.

Hardware wallet is the best option and most of them support multi cryptocurrencies but in case you have a preference for software wallets. Then you can try out

I agree on replied above(@mjglqw), Ledger Nano S is highly recommended as a physical wallet that supported both digital cryptocurrencies that you are looking for (LTC and XLM). You can visit here the official shop seller on the Ledger Nano S here, https://shop.ledger.com/.

Regarding the Coinomi wallet app, for the short term, and for a while I recommend but if you are planning for long term I may suggest using a physical/hardware wallet that I mentioned above. So far there are no issues in using the Coinomi wallet app.

In my opinion, the best and safest LTC and Stellar wallets out of all the other wallets are the Ledger Nano S but you will need $ 100 to buy it but I think to be safe, 'need money' 'than' free ' charge '

Nano S is much cheaper now, not sure where you get the $100 from (maybe the delivery fees?).

Ledger Nano S, safe, efficient and pretty much reputable across the crypto community. Holding your coins in your mobile/desktop wallet may be fine for now, but I suggest getting a hardware one as soon as possible to guarantee the safety of your coins. That, or ensure that your pc/laptop/mobile device or whatever tech you use your wallet on is pretty much safe and away from possible hacks, viruses, malware and the like.

On a side note, NEVER buy Ledger Nano S on eBay or anything of the sort. Check out their official Ledger Store or Amazon.

Did he mention anywhere that he is particularly looking for software wallet? He has mentioned about physical wallet which I guess he is referring to hardware wallet.
Get back to the OP, I don't know which wallet is best for Stellar but for LTC, you can try Electrum Litecoin wallet which is flexible to use and secure enough to use for regular use purpose. For long term purpose, paper or hardware wallet is the best.

Best wallet is very subjective thing because everyone have their own preferences and things that they need. Your current wallet Coinomi is good enough and I'm using it for years without any complaints.
If you're looking for physical wallet, or in other words - physical wallet, like most others I suggest to look at Ledger Nano S. If you need some fancy things like bigger screen, Bluetooth, support many coin apps at same time, you can buy Nano X, but it's almost 2x more expensive. Trezor hardware wallets is also good.

In my opinion the best wallet is the hardware wallet Even if you have money to buy a wallet here it is very safe and reliable You can keep your money much safer Don't be afraid to lose Many people use this wallet and it is much cheaper.

The problem is that there is no single open source multicurrency wallet out there . Even ledger nano isn't fully open source.

So, unless you have one wallet for ltc and another for xlm, you have to use close source ones.

Either coiniomi don't support xlm

The objective is to avoid acquiring a tampered with device. We’ve all read about cases where the device was pre-initialized, with the 24 word seed page pre-filled, meaning that some scumbag would be able to monitor your wallet and withdraw your funds at will. Some counterfeit attempts have also been made in the past, perhaps not too successfull, but that could change any moment. For Stellar i highly recommend using Solar wallet, i have been using it for a while and it is very easy to use and safe. For other crypto assets i'd recommend Exodus :)

So if it's about a physical wallet then it's either ledger or trezor. Which of the two is better is a judgement call, too many factors here like price, UI preferences etc. The one thing you can be sure in is that any of them will keep your funds safu :)

Oops, where you seen that OP just ask for software wallet ? What does mean physical wallet? OP asked for suggestions here, so everyone should give him best suggestions since it's related with money. And hardware wallet is the safe way to store your fund.

Same as other suggested to use hardware wallet, I will repeat it. Just go with hardware wallet if you can afford. Otherwise you might use electrum wallet for for store LTC. Download it from original website, https://electrum-ltc.org/ (https://electrum-ltc.org/), do go with any phishing sites. Don't forget to verify. Write your recovery phrase in multiple paper and save it on different places to be sure if in case lost one other one could use.

Coinbase and Trust wallet are always my top choices. With trust wallet, I can save many erc20 tokens and it is very convenient. With Coinbase, it's secure.

Ledger nano S and Trezor wallets are the hardware wallets which can be used for storing Litecoin. Ledger Nano S can also be used for storing Stellar.

Simply go to Beginners & Help (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0) and on the top right part of the screen click on "new topic". I suggest you provide information on the transactionId so others can look into it.

For Stellar wallet, I would recommend LOBSTR Wallet. It's a very easy to setup wallet and with a good UI. You get 1.5 XLM upon creating your wallet and you can pay back I think within 30 days.

Hi, I also use Coinomi wallet on pc, but also on mobile. Coinomi - maximum satisfaction. If you're looking for a hardware wallet, it can be Ledger Nano S (you have both LTC and XLM support) or Trezor One - also for ltc and xlm. I would recommend software wallet for XLM coins: Trust wallet or Stellar wallet.

Maybe you can give a try to atomic wallet, A friend recommends me that wallet like a month ago and i still amazed about all the things we can do with this tool. It's a great wallet to hold our coins but at the same time, it has some tools to swap coins. Is like an exchange without KYC.

Thank you for providing us the atomicwallet.io that gives users two ways to store their funds. Their favorite coins for long term, and their temporary interesting coins. Sometimes, when they have interested in one coins for temporary purposes, they can use the swap to make swaps from their long-term favorite coins to temporary favorite coins. Then, when they finished trading plans, they can swap coins back to their long term ones.

Thank you. It is never a good idea to directly download wallets from links on third-party sites. People sometimes are lazy and do it but I don't think it is a safe way to do. I often visit official sites of projects I have interests and download wallets from official sources.

No, atomic wallet will not redirect to the official wallets and it is a wallet itself where you can store number of coins. It is Universal Cryptocurrency Wallet which contains about 300 crypto currencies and it is decentralized wallet. Also you can swap your coins using that exchange.

for me there is no such thing as best wallet, for me its how you take care of your address and wallet keys, how you encrypt your pc and files
why? this is an example, you have like ledger or a nano wallet but you don't take care of it, and it is lost or destroy , its useless
or in another example you have a wallet, but you don't take care of your computer, suddenly it got virus , or its been encrypted by
a ransomware, its still useless, the point is here no matter what kind of wallet you are using , if you don't took care of it
time will come it will be useless

Coinomi is a good wallet. But in fact it is not so important what to choose. The main thing is that it be a famous large wallet. Because they are all the same.

If you are already using Coinomi I don't see why you would abandon it and go for a similar wallet like the proposed Atomic Wallet. Both are software wallets. The only upgrade you should think of is to use a full node client, like Litecoin Core or move your funds to a hardware wallet.

Personally, I use 3 wallets in order to minimize any risks (if the wallet is hacked or something else)

for physical wallet i use trezor wallet, its very secure and easy to use, just install the chrome add on and you can login to trezor, no need more "complicated installation", for multi online wallet i recomended coinbase, its totally secure app.

I agree with you because I think the best wallet is the hardware wallet ledger or trezor. Here we can save a lot of our stored money and it is a free tool and easy to use.

i also recommend against coinomi, a closed source wallet. it's had some very sloppy vulnerabilities exposed. last year, they were sending users' wallet seeds in plaintext to google to spell check them! at least one user lost $60k+ because of it: https://www.avoid-coinomi.com/

There's no such thing as an absolutely best wallet. There is a wallet that suits you best, based on your requirements and needs.

Famous wallets are more prone to hacks and such, if you want most security always opt for hardware wallet. Period.

Ledger, trezor have good reputation when talking of hardware wallet. Do remember to always buy from trusted seller.

They are prone but we can trust to store our coins unlike those who build a new product with no reputation still we at risk for being hack. But if people want a total security for their assets better go with hardware wallets since this is the most safest and most trusted.
