I also see error on my end. It's probably under DDOS attack.

Are you in a hurry to buy/sell? You can try it on https://localcryptos.com/

Not in a hurry but thanks for sharing this site. I hope it also does not require the KYC ?
No KYC needed.

It doesn't. Think of it as a copy of Paxful/Localbitcoins where KYC is not required and you have full control over your funds (you can export the private keys).

Website is DOWN for everyone.
You can check status on this website
https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/btcbuyerseller.com

Maybe try to contact support with email or on their social media.

I never used it myself so I can't say more at this point.

Do you have funds sitting there op? Not trying to conclude anything but there's barely anything about them if you look them up. I guess that's not surprising since they seem to have started just a few months ago.

I would advise playing safe, stay away from non-established services.

And over 7 days later, the site is still down. Its gradually seems another business has gone down the drain with people resources and there won't be nothing to do about it unfortunately. For OP and anyone who have funds on that platform, its surely too late to think about pulling out because the funds are gone for sure. Next time, take your time before putting funds on any platform whatsoever.

There was no notification at all so users like the OP did not know this would happen, nothing could be done after this except waiting for the website to recover and I also did not know if they escaped according to the website?

Welp, it looks like it now has a different error..

Definitely not a very good sign if you have funds on that platform. Not sure about you guys, but the domain name itself sounds too shady to start with in my opinion.

It appears that many fraudsters use the term "NO KYC" to attract members after these restrictions were imposed on LBC & Paxful.
How did you know that site? They don't look popular.
the server of the website is used for multiple websites by many websites that appear to be scammers.

Pretty common domain for scammers to use. If you see domains like; btcprofitsdirect, btctraderpro, btcwalletsafe, etc it's 99% likely to be a scam.

http://whois.domaintools.com/btcbuyerseller.com

Domain is registered like 6 months ago and only for a year, of which 6 months are left, which isn't a good sign either. Serious businesses register their domain for at least a couple of years, and they will pick a short and brandable domain that looks professional.

That's what it pretty much looks like. Though apparently this specific service had a different approach. Become a legit service for months with people trusting it, and bail when probably enough bitcoin are trusted onto the platform. In contrast to the typical "screw you, my coins now" at the moment of deposit.

Yes, i had the funds there and someone told me that site is better than localbitcoins and i started trusting and using this site. I was away for holidays but today when i checked this new error, it seems that it is sign of exit scam. How many more exit scams will we see in cypto world  ???

This mean that if any site is offering NO KYC, we should be more careful as they can scam by attracting customers on this NO KYC thing and then scam later once they got a lot of customers. It is so difficult for the crypto users to remain anonymous as the trusted services requires KYC and non-KYC services often scam like btcbuyerseller.com

Why people cant just simply put up on their minds to trust only those services which had been used by majority? People do really love to explore and then cry later on when problem arises.

How many more exit scams? A lot more, to say the least. It will never end. So take this as a lesson, and learn to use decentralized exchanges like Bisq[1] instead. With Bisq, 1) you don't need kyc 2) you hold the funds, not the platform

One word: carelessness.

Scamming, gambling, carelessness, variegated community
all these factors shows us that crypto community grown really far from what it was when this forum was just started

This site sounds very promising, would without a doubt think the crowds of people at Paxful/LBC would love to hop over. How long has it been active? As it doesn't seem to have too many listings at the moment -- which could either be attributed to a lack of customers/vendors, or a lack of time to bring people over to it.

ANYTHING TO GET AWAY FROM PAXFUL/LBC.

That's what wanting to get rich quick does to people who badly want to change their financial situation. The worst part is that quite a bunch of them somehow convince themselves that they accept the risk of potentially losing their money for using a scam site, but when they actually do lose that money they suddenly realize that they fucked up and start complaining on social media.

In my opinion these people have no right to complain. You gave a scammer your money and you lost it, what other outcome is there to expect you moron? :-X

Yes, in which, even though it doesn't look like it in the eyes of most people that got scammed, these are actually signs that the industry is improving. Unfortunately, where there's money to be made, hackers and scammers will follow. Just as how there were scams in Wall Street in the past(Theranos, etc).

I have seen many people who got even more poor when they try to get rich quickly. There is no free money for anyone.
However I also used btcbuyerseller few times but luckily I did not have any funds there. No one would have thought they could have scam like the way they did.  :(

I wish someone can give me any good news about btcbuyerseller.
