As the bitcoin keeps grow right now and it must be above $250 again. Some people may argue if BCH doesn't have a good fundamental behind it but remember bitcoin will bring it to the moon. I do believe if there will be a repetition and BCH still has the future.

But all back to the bitcoin.

It will probably just be a tail of bitcoin and not a useful one. I expect it to constantly drop in value to btc as more and more people will be unloading and never going back into the market as it is over basically. The hype is long gone, people lost money on it, sentiment is bad and lack of any real improvements makes it a total garbage imo. Don't get me wrong, if crypto grows, this will grow too, but not as much as other coins.

Many have left the market, I agree. But they'll be back when the trend changes.

I've been trading BCH for a long time, it always shows a volatile graph. It's either long or strategy shorts.

Unfortunately, but Roger Ver has lost in the eyes of many people, so I'm sure that many large investors will bypass BCH. Speculators will definitely be interested in it, but when a new bull run begins, just speculation will not make the price rise as it used to be. As an additional coin in the basket, it can be, but in my opinion it doesn't have much potential.

I was surprised by seeing the recent growth of Bitcoin cash! There was not much talk or hype about BCH Coin, but it pumped highly. Personally, I don't love this coin, but I have to admit that BCH is one of the most profitable coins, at least better than Ethereum if you compare 2018 & 2019!

That's a good motivation if we were seeing another good future on both bitcoin and bch, but don't expect it in a fastest time. It needs long term before we earn better, because there's a lot of reasons which can't be determined. Only speculations and different thoughts lingered in our mind, and influenced a lot of people to decide based on their own prerogatives.

Yes it is profitable for Bitcoin bagholders. They are the ones that earned tons of money out of air by creation of this coin.

That is why BCH is such a dangerous currency. Bitcoin is still developing and is becoming more and more popular. Unfortunately, but this cannot be said for BCH (it certainly does not grow at such a speed as BTC). I think that soon there will come a moment when some of the bagholders lose their patience and bump everything.

I like to choose this coin because when Bitcoin starts to stabilize, BCH will usually have very fast growth and this is the investment that has brought a lot of profits to me in the past. Currently, I also regularly trade this coin and am considering long-term investment this year because this is a very interesting choice if the altcoin season can return again.

However, each stage of BCH will have different growth but this coin will surely reach a new high price if Bitcoin continues to increase during this period.

Maybe the roger's effort will paid off this year, because he already shout out for bitcoincash is better than bitcoin since 2017 even he's the CEO of bitcoin.com and he's always said bitcoincash is the real bitcoin, he also mentioned the advantages of bitcoincash over bitcoin.

i have little speculation about BCH , it probably going to 350-500 before halving.

1. eth upgrade to eth 2.0 on this month
2. bitcoin halving approxmitily 13 may

To be fair and easy, I would predict at $400 in the future and yet when it spikes at an outstanding value at least reaching $500 is a potential one. There's no specific month or dates for bitcoin halving, what's important of the latest updates was it showed consistent increase. It's now giving us more hope to witness the ongoing demand of cryptocurrency which sooner establish a strong momentum.

It looks like that the halving of BCH is almost taking the same date with bitcoin.

I just try to put $300 as the maximum value that can be achieved by bitcoin cash. The major event must make bitcoin even greater in the next few months. I never try to think if BCH is underrated but it looks like BCH keeps soaring to reach the next ATH again.

Which are you referring to, BCH or BTH? You are referring to Bitcoin Cash, are you not? I think this altcoin is popular and top in CMC because Roger Ver is very popular also. He is somewhat influential in the crypto community and he can certainly manage to convince some people to buy Bitcoin Cash explaining that it is the real Bitcoin. That is the problem. Many hodlers of Bitcoin Cash are deceived individuals.

We know that the price of BCH always increases if there is a trend in the market but I am sure this will be repeated again to a high price because the fundamentals continue to side with the BTC, investors still believe in holding the BCH for the long term even Ethereum alone is unable to overtake the price of the BTC investors are increasingly the one ahead.
Hopefully this will be a good change for BCH.

As long bitcoin keep holding at the current stage don't assume too much about the future of some coin in the market because they are all the same with other project wherein always relying with bitcoin steps.. If i were you put your money in bitcoin because indeed those coin you mentioned above isn't popular than bitcoin.  What i want to say is,, there is a possibility it will become abandoned as well like other project which after imitating BTC they are gone and didn't stay for long time.  Just saying.

Let us expect this year to favor all coin as bitcoin halve will positively has good effect on bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies including bitcoin cash. This January, 2020 is favoring coins price as the coins has increase in price.

So far bitcoin halving will have good effect, the bitcoin cash will certainly also increase in price aside from the recent increase in price.

i dont think we are seeing more good from BCH like what the hype brings in past because BTC has already proven to be the real bitcoin and not this copy one,so maybe there will be a growth after halving but don't expect too much.

BCH is also one among the altcoins that are depending on Bitcoin's market trend. BCH will never grow for sure if Bitcoin don't show pumps this year.
Look at the CMC chart now, Bitcoin moves high slowly and tried to scroll down, everything is also moving the same. This simply means that BCH together with Bitcoin and altcoins will do have positive changes in this year.

yes, basically yes. but the fact it doesn't mean people have no enthusiasm to BCH , according to many article i read, about bch hard fork people tend to think positive thing will happen.

BCH has not been able to raise prices independently and in fact, the coin only increased when Bitcoin began to reach new levels of growth. However, I still appreciate this coin and certainly in the near future BCH will be pumped soon and the new price will probably surprise all. Of course, it is difficult to make this happen, but I hope that the altcoin season will probably bring this coin back to the same stage as 2017.

Personally, I don't hold a lot of BCH but would still consider investing if the value of Bitcoin is stable because this coin has helped me to make a lot of profits in the past.

Right, BCH price movements follow the movements of Bitcoin. on the hard pump yesterday (Q2) 2019 BCH became a coin that is always pumped after Bitcoin, then another coin. this year I hope BCH can recover to 0.1 BTC  ;D

it's very reasonable because they are like connected even though they have different markets. but in general, it should not be only BCH that follows the bitcoin pump. other altcoin can also follow it depends on how altcoin developers make strategies to attract requests so as not to be left behind by bitcoin. because we know that when bitcoin pumps, the dominance of trade in the market is really like being manipulated by bitcoin and altcoin has to be left behind.

yes BCH has good potential for future. BCH reach $239 for the right now. i think BCH price depends on bitcoin price, i have been observe that. few years ago bitcoin reach $13,000 and BCH reach more $3500. so i think when this year bitcoin can reach high price, BCH will increase high price too.

I feel like with this new halving BCH will be affected as well, do not forget that BCH was created by the miners themselves Roger Ver and Jihan so basically they are going to get affected anyway even if the halving is for bitcoin itself.

I suspect maybe if they do not do anything, they will spend some hashrate towards bitcoin to make more money, after all bitcoin will require more hash to make more, normally if they make lets say 20 bitcoins a day, now they will make 10 so they need double the hashrate at least to cover that difference. All in all bitcoin cash looks like it will go up as well, maybe slow down a bit but definitely has potential to go up and even tho I hate bitcoin cash itself, it does look like a smart investment to make these days.

BCH in GPU mining algorithm, or am I wrong?

Because it is a proof-of-work altcoin, Bitcoin Cash can be mined with GPU ,but sadly,with current difficulty of the network which means you'll never be profitable this way.

honestly i'm not a hard holder of BCH sorry if I'm wrong, all BCH prices follow the price of BTC although sometimes the increase in BCH is more interesting than other altcoins and everyone knows that, rogerver is always tweeting about what's bad about bitcoin but bitcoin keeps getting more popular, why doesn't it go hand in hand so that there are no more dramas like this, it's clear that BCH goes up following BTC then what if BTC doesn't exist, it seems like it will be bad for BCH holders, still the same everything goes back to the price of bitcoin which dominates the market

I quite believe that the price of BCH will follow the price of bitcoin and is higher than the price of ETH. if the price of bitcoin rises, the price of BCH will also be higher. besides, if the ETH price could reach $ 500, then the BCH price could reach $ 700. yeah, it's always between the prices of bitcoin and ETH.

The price of BCH is completely dependent on Bitcoin, and the chart of BCH is completely similar to Bitcoin. This means that if bitcoin rises, then the price of BCH will also increase, with the current bitcoin situation,The price will go up until halving so I believe that by the end of 2020, the price of BCH will probably reach at least $ 500 or even higher. Hard to predict but basically it is only base on how bitcoin will perform this another year for the market.

BCH and ETH are both major coins and I have followed some trend that they looks so similar.

ETH's ATH was around $1300
BCH's ATH was around $3600.

There's a huge difference but their price now are down a lot, for example BCH which was only price at over $200 now which only more or less 6% form its ATH and that clearly states how the BCH was dump so hard, however, if it does recover, I think $1,000 would be easy this year.

BCH potential is actually very good, but it all depends on the state of bitcoin.
if bitcoin has increased as it is today and is able to stabilize at high prices, then BCH or other coins can recover prices higher than it is today.
BCH has a strong community and is able to survive until now and is in the top 10 of CMC.

Look raise higher price for BCH but still first week in new year and still have many chance and time for BCH back to higher price where ever have higher price above $2000, available for BCH can back whit higher price for next time. Maximum can raise above $1000 again for BCH but depend whit bitcoin price first, if keep higher maybe BCH always allow whit bitcoin price.

IMO.. Bitcoin Cash is one of the best Altcoins for now.  I'm very optimistic in 2020, Bitcoin Cash will reach $ 450 - $ 550.  I recommend Bitcoin Cash for short and long term investments.

And certainly, we can't deny how Bitcoin dominates the market. BCH, ETH and some potential coins in the market are still in the way to follow the footsteps of Bitcoin. As the current market status of BCH right now, we can say that it is ready to ignite once the market is fully recovering. I dont think BCH will grow much this year, it just a clone of bitcoin and seem not much value, only have big company behind and keep the price. I suggest to keep only bitcoin for safety because a coin which have not much support from community can go to no where.  :)

It is clear that the forks coins along with the top alt coins depend upon the price of bitcoin and it will be foolish to think that the price of these forks will rise independently as these forks have not shown anything different and usability that bitcoin cannot do and unless they can showcase something that is different in terms of higher merchant adoption or lesser transaction fees when the market is having the same number of transaction  :P people will not invest particularly into it.

Most of these coins are following the trend of Bitcoin, so I don't think BCH will grow if Bitcoin is in dip price. I believe if after a year of Bitcoin halving BCH will have a massive growth and the most altcoins who has been following the trend of Bitcoin. But that will basically going to happen if Bitcoin starting to get bullish.

Well, we can expect that bitcoin will be bullish, at least we remain optimistic that it will happen so we will see a positive effect on the market in overall.

I think we may see another Bitcoin vs BCH fight in the future when BTC gets back to its new ATH. It might trigger an alt season pump/dump but I dont think BCH community is still having the thoughts of their coin is the "Real BTC".

It's just Bitcoin, without upgrades, but with big blocks. As soon as people get that into their heads they will one day abandon a coin that will never get the same level of development that Bitcoin has. It will always take the easy way out and get bigger blocks.

From the year end there is good growth in the price of Bitcoin cash. The same has been continuing now, today de de prices reached $250. Probably the growth will continue as there is good resistance the Bitcoin market around $7900 and $200 resistance level for Bitcoin cash. When the days get close to halving we can expect more growth to take place with the top cryptocurrencies which can take bitcoin cash even higher.

in my opinion the increase in the price of BCH is too high so in my opinion in 2020 the price of BCH will go down because to make the price of BCH go up again the price of BCH needs accumulation of prices to continue the price increase

I think that at the moment many Altcoins not increase when the price of Bitcoin rises, quite the opposite. But I am sure with BCH, currently they are really developing their project very well which has caused the price of BCH to rise in the market in recent months.

It's because it is not the season of altcoins to become bullish. Just look at the CMC if what coins are growing when bitcoin started to become bullish yesterday. Those were the coins that are following the trend of bitcoin and is ready to pump if bitcoin grow too.

Bch stil a good altcoin of bitcoin in other words if bitcoin price will pump up this 2020 halving then BCH will follow the flow of bitcoin.

Am suspecting that there will be huge turn up of bitcoin and other altcoin price due to what this year holds for us. This year comes with bitcoin halving and ethereum upgrade 2.0. I keep advising people to invest now on top altcoin before missing the golden ticket to richness

Bcashwill most likely steadily decline.  While usd value might go up, in sats price I expect bcash to whither away.  Claimed to be the real bitcoin, welp that claim didnt end well for them.  Once speculation is over with it will fade away like most other crap coins

BCH in the last few days has seen huge growth and I am very surprised at the current value of this coin. I am sure in the near future this coin will reach $500 by the middle of this year if the market shows a major improvement. In addition, many investors are interested in choosing BCH investment because the opportunity to earn profit will be very high and you can feel secure when holding this coin.

However, the current BCH is still heavily dependent on the value of Bitcoin so hopefully in the near future this coin can be independent alone and become a good choice for everyone.

It would be there if bitcoin really grew. As for BCH, it's really special. Its volatility is even stronger for bitcoin. As you can see today, the price of bitcoin has only increased by about 4% - 5% but BCH has increased by more than 10%. So I think the value of BCH is really high in the coming months and now is an opportunity to buy it more. This is also one of the alts that I have encouraged people to buy quite a lot of time and now people are also quite profitable.

To be honest I didn't expect bch to be alive so long. I thought this forked coin will fail big time, but that didn't happen, maybe it will. I sold all my coins from bitcoin forks, and I don't plan to get into them. I see that one part of the Asia really like to use bch, Roger Ver have a good support in Thailand.
I don't like Roger, how he looks, what he talks, for me bch is not a coin that people should support! Maybe I'm wrong, time will tell.

I didn't really believe that the BCH would live long either, but I quickly changed my mind when I started actively trading it.

if as an investment bch is not good choice but if for trading in my opinion it is most suitable because the price movements in the market are pretty good. bch can still live long maybe also because there are still active communities that trade.

I would not use all cryprt coins for long line investments, there are securities for that.

As of now most traders chased the good market, that's why investing on promising coins like bch was too hard even though it has an active market activities. Price movements can't be considered good by now, maybe sometimes it showed potential increasing trend but unfortunately it's just a frustrating attempt. Same with btc it could live longer, but volatility still making it more crucial and unpredictable.

some coins are not suitable for the long run or some are not suitable for the long run. there are even some coins that are only used for withdrawals from exchange to other exchanges because of low costs. each crypto has its character and we must understand it by looking at trade charts and volumes in the market before starting to buy it.
but looking at the BCH right now it looks pretty good trading charts for us to follow.

Seeing from the chart the movement of BCH is very good and of course this will rise again for its price, even though I believe BCH more than ETH because BCH always has a chance of an increase when there is pumping in the market and its trail follows bitcoin where it goes.
Holding a BCH for a long time is very good and your profits will be huge.

If this uptrend can sustain, reach $500 is only a matter of time and we should be confident when choosing to invest in this coin. I bought at $180 and my profits have now doubled in just a short time.

I am sure the altcoin season is starting to return to this market and this is a great opportunity for you to consider investing more if possible. Of course only the top coins should be chosen because these are the ones that usually rise in price with Bitcoin.

Thanks to Craig Wright, Forks are so profitable today, just enjoy it because it won't last, for sure it will dump again but at least BSV created a new ATH with the pump and it affected a lot on the altcoins positively, this is the time where short term traders makes money, but that prediction of BCH is quite realistic so it would hit this year for sure.

after all the POrk bitcoin Currency grows very high yesterday(and still high now) i am sure in the end year things will change for BitcoinCash as in February Craig Wright needs proof to keep Him safe from Fraud so definitely he can never prove this and the effect will take place for His currency BCh.let us hope none of this will come true because there are plenty of people that stills support BCH specially now that it grows almost 100$ in value from the beginning of January.

It is difficult to go back to 2017 but I believe this year everything will be different and the altcoin season will come back again. Currently, BCH is maintained at $330 and will certainly increase further if the market has good news. I think only sell instead of buy because the current value of all altcoins is very high and should wait for another correction to appear.

He's shilling to much and created to much noise so if he cannot prove his claims then maybe it's a totally messed for him and maybe BCH reputation will be at stake since the one who support BCH will go annoyed if he lied for  but hopefully it doesn't give any shit at all that's why investor need to think more since it could be a good move or a breakdown.

BCH has increased in the last 2 days and the increase is even more than 30%, it means that BCH still has a lot of demand, so it goes up in a fast time, but now the market capitalist BCH is at that BSV because bSV continues to increase to 135% this is very surprising to me.

I do personally believe with the capabilities of BCH. For the update, the price of it now is increasing following bitcoin's steps.

 Good thing BCH is one of the altcoins that I have decided to hold for a long term together with the other coins. As for it's future? Well, to be honest when it comes to its technical use, I am not yet still fully satisfied but it is too early to speculate about it's future.

BCH was one of the best platform compare to BSV so most of the investors are still stay in a BCH investment. Nowadays everyone looking for more profitable platform so those are invested last week they are all celebrate the current growing. I hope still it will continue the growing because of more investors and this year BCH also growing unpredictable hype.

Indeed, we can't see that BCH suffers a big drop compared to the other altcoin. BCH maintains its market position and no wonder that many traders are trusted this coin along with Bitcoin. It is not a concern if one coin could surpass its position cause in the first place, BCH devs will always-on work for they would like to regain its market reputation.

That's his way of promoting his old holdings for bch, and he thinks he can convince everybody for his positive thoughts. BCH has had a strong rally for almost a month, the current BCH price has reached $ 330 and has increased 100% since December. In 2020, the price of BCH will certainly continue to rise and I expect it to reach at least $ 600 by the end of 2020. I make such a prediction because the price of BCH depends on the price of Bitcoin, if Bitcoin increases then the price of BCH will increase as well and of course 2020 will be a great year for Bitcoin

There is a new challenger in town with the BSV fork challenging BCH for the over all market valuation and rankings and it will be a good challenge for the investors as they will be the ultimate winners as long as the price and development is going in the right direction. Not sure how long it can go as all the alt coins depends upon the price of bitcoin.

Rather, I recommend caution with such positive predictions. In my opinion, the faster and stronger the price increases, the greater the risk that it will fall even faster later. Of course, a lot depends on what happens now with the Bitcoin price, but if the recent increases are bull trap, then the BCH (and BSV also) price will fall twice as fast as the Bitcoin price.

It's a false pump of sv.  People who are buying into this pump are just going to get rekt shortly.  And discussing altcoin prices in ISD value is a pointless endeavour since it is based on bitcoin pairings not usd.  Better price predicts in terms of sats to get a true feeling of if a coin went up in value versus it going down

   I saw similar comments about current BSV pump, some people say it's manipulation and that BSV will be dumped huge
in near future. Some people believe it's going higher, BSV have supporters too.
   I don't know what to think about all that! I'm confused and I am following situation closely. Only time will tell who is right

Bitcoin Cash is broke my all expectations, this is how the crypto coins are volatile. I thought the BCH price will be 200 USD in January 2020, but right now it's trading at 340 USD on 15th January 2020! Such a huge pump happening in Bitcoin Cash, even now I think BCH will cross 400 USD  if Bitcoin crosses 10K USD.

Slowly BSV is correcting but BCH remains the same, if it will stay at that price longer,  that would help a lot not only for BCH but for the altcoins market as well. Next pump would be ETH, that's gonna happen any time this year as we saw the hype is still on, hopefully that long awaited upgrade will be release.

Maybe it will grow again a bit more but all depends what happen with market, and yes sometimes i use bch to pay on some websites because they not take extra as if pay with bitcoin and also sometimes confirm faster but not all time happen this.

That may happen before halving of bitcoin will come. it looks like that the brother of BCH has already started to go down again after a non sense increase. A big surprise can happen anytime and bitcoin is not yet showing its big potential. The big pump is not yet happened and this is still the early game of bitcoin. It looks like the halving of bitcoin will bring bitcoin to the 15k again for each bitcoin dude.
that looks so impressive right now. BCH may break another ATH again soon.

the price of Bitcoin Cash has ben increased and of course it depends on the price of Bitcoin. I'm surprised at the current BCH price and maybe in february it will grow even more if the price of Bitcoin can to grow higher again. I'm sure the big pump will start soon at all Altcoin prices on this year and BCH will reach fantastic prices.

Absolutely! The trend is good and says that you can buy on the down low, not forgetting the stop loss.

I also very surprised at the value of BCH in the last few days and this really makes me feel very happy because half of my assets are currently investing in this coin. I think this will be a good time if you choose to invest but you should only choose some top coins to minimize risk. Beside, I will hold BCH for a while because I believe that this coin can reach $500 in February.

Maybe $500, but I'm still target 400. Bought 340 each.

As it all looks BCH will fork because of mining fees, that will for sure bring a pump. Question is when will that happen and will those that  plan the developers fee still insist at it.
