You can use several options at the same time but you will realize some are a waste of time because it doesn't convert very well. It depends on your audience and where do they come from and more. Usually playing with website analytics gives a good overview if you know to read between the lines. Once you know your audience you will naturally find an efficient way to do it. Basics in community management
("community management" as we know it, not as bitcointalk members call it)

Since you didn't give much information and we don't know your audience it's difficult to give an answer, other than generic solutions like newsletters, social media, etc.

I just did a very quick peek on your website to see what your project is all about and from I see it is airline related. Since this is about a crypto related to airlines I think before you do some marketing you must first look for a partnership on any highly reputable airline company since this partnership alone will improve your image as a project that a good airline company will be guaranteed on using/accepting it. This will also help your marketing on having a lot of known partners backing you, it will basically make your project more trusted by people.

If you plan you making any kind of bounty or campaign here in bitcointalk forum, I highly suggest that you hire a respected manager in our community.  Someone that our community trust and that hire also respected members. This way your company won't be associated with scammers and spammer (like most companies who try to advertise here).

Basically an ICO, therefore your target audience will be crypto-oriented people, at least.

As a start, you need to set up first a discussion place wherein your audience can interact either by setting an ANN thread here or creating a discussion group on a social media platform. But since ICO is currently not that appealing to anyone today (well I might be wrong here since that's my own view), you guys really need to work hard in terms of advertising at any means*.

-You may target those ICO checkers and analyzer sites (icobench, icorating etc.) to somehow be included on their ICO list.
-Setup a bounty
-Ask some famous crypto-related article or sites about advertisement on their respective pages

And I see you have lots of advisors there listed at your site. Why not consult them instead as surely they have experience on that matter.

First of all, established your marketing budget. If you don't have at least a $100,000 budget or extremely strong team members with strong connections with venture funds and pools, then make this $250,000.

If you don't have $100,000 or $250,000 respectively, consider seeking equity investment through seed funding and going through an accelerator program instead, since the ICO market probably won't treat you kindly.

There are a HUGE number of projects trying to milk a small number of people for investment, unless you've got the budget to pay for high conversion tactics, you'll just be another failure.

It would be best to work with agencies that require part equity, part cash, that way you know they're invested in your project and are more likely to push for success.

Does the budget has been set for the marketing since this part is so costly and try to run a campaigns like  hiring a Youtubers that will make a weekly video about the news and development of your project since video interaction is much been good since this will reach to mass audience and also this listed below are one of the good options also.

Facebook
Twitter
Reddit
And any social media platforms where you can possibly get a traffic.

it depends on your budget and what are the goals for the campaign
by the way , the site doesn't have a security certificate and it is under construction ?
I wanted to check what it was about , but can only make assumptions it is connected to airlines tickets sales
if you simply want to keep your audience updated about the progress , not to promote
several social media accounts could do the trick for you , it is a rather cheap and easy solution
you can even manage it on your own or hire a separate campaign manager to do it for you and send him the content to be posted
the bare minimum : a facebook account , a telegram account and a twitter account
to increase the reach , you could add for example , a youtube channel , instagram , discord , Vk ( a russian social network  ) and so on

if you want to bring investors in or promote your website as much as possible , this would take a completely different approach and money involved
there are many different strategies and once again , all depends on your budget and the goals
find out what can the wanna be campaign managers offer , their prices and try to find the most effective and efficient way that suits you
here some free marketing ideas for you : google ads , crypto related banner networks , safelists , crypto related forums , bounty and ICO forums , PTC crypto sites , forum signature campaigns ,
youtube bloggers paid promotion , telegram/VK groups ads  etc.

OP, you need first to fix some things on your website and after that, you can think about marketing and promotion
Here is what I have when going to visit your website:

Creating backlink here to your "coming soon..." page and all clicks from here helping Google to penalise your domain.

Its rare to have a successful ICO today when you have not reached out the right people to pitch a project. You can market just about any audience but making them invest would be hard due to the fact that ICO already has bad connotation to investors in crypto. It hard to do it these days but it might just work for good marketing people. Pitching Proxiair to people who are well known in airline industry will make it look good, MVP will make it even better.

I have no idea about the project after reading the site, must be because I'm no slightest idea in the airline industry but starting to introduce the project with what problems are solved with ProxiAir will interest people to read more.

Blockchain logistics platform for the airline industry ?! sounds new to me but have you done a study if this project will have demand in the airline, I have seen projects targetting specific industry but fails miserably because there is not actually used on the industry that they are targetting, what airline companies already support your project now or are you affiliated to one now.

First of all I think you would have to find a Partner aka. an Airline which would want your product to be implemented.Because your Product is Corporate oriented ,if you try on your own you will fail for sure.Corporations will launch their own Blockchains once they decide to do so, and examples are enough. There are similar Projects out there but with little success.Any Project trying to penetrate the Corporate World has little chance to do so.Only if you Partner with a BIG ONE, like American Airlines ,you will have a real chance .This isn't 2017 any more.People would want to see an implemented product 1 month after the ICO.They had enough and lost a lot because of shady promises.Your Project has a Pyramid shaped leadership structure as has any Corp. You should show your ability to lead.Partner up, show use case and you will get the buyers.Btw.for an ICO /IEO listing on different platforms yo have to take in consideration to invest approx.50k.to get some traction. And it is very possible that you lose the amount.
Good Luck,

Here, I've given you some of the most effective methods in these reference links, which if followed correctly, can fetch you great results to the project from your marketing.

And one more thing, I think you need to code your website a bit more in order to make it work better on mobile phones (I noticed some header issues).

Better rent ad space in popular crypto site. Make your banner interesting and noticeable that will attract audience. It's much better than bounty now. But still Allot some budget for hunter for social media traffic.

If ICO marketing would have been that easy in 2019 and 2020 (now) to get their projects the type of success expected like every project saw in 2017 with the method you suggested, I guess every ICO out there should start promoting their projects via PTC/CPM campaigns on websites paying you coins to watch advertisers' sites. /s

Telegram so far and the announcement thread here in Bitcointalk so far is the best option, but on telegram be sure to warn your members of impersonators and messaging members, you must protect your members by giving this warning, Bitcointalk announcement that always has an update is also a very good option because it is very visible in the internet.

Newsletter, telegram and of course Bitcointalk are probably the three best way to get your audience and members updated on the development of the project, but be sure that you have a very good project to promote your audiences will unsubscribe, leave your channel and not drop by in your announcement thread if they see that your project is just for a short term profit, it's the project that really matters if you don't have one people will leave you.

First of all you have to contact airline companies and be partner of famous ones like Turkish Airlines, British airways and etc. Ryanair and wizzair are great options too because they have high demand because of cheap prices. Well, contact as much airlines company as possible and present yourself to them. You know how to do it, it's very complex task to talk about.
Once you do this, then you have to run campaign, I think it will be possible to get some support from airlines companies because adoption of your technology will be beneficial for them and they have to introduce this benefit to their customers or possible customers and make them sure that by integrating this new technology, their bags won't be lost.
Another way that comes to my mind is to run massive advertisements on youtube like wix.com and ipage.com did. Also you can partner with TV shows, for example there is one Russian tv show Opeл и Peшкa (their youtube has 2,55 million subscriber) and be sponsor of them, I think it sounds nice and very beneficial.

I will suggest about the timing, as the movement of Bitcoin is doubtful, I don't think this is the right time to do marketing (initial marketing especially). I doubt that you can achieve brilliant result at the moment. I would just wait until at least after the halving to decide what to do. But seems, mid to end of this year is gonna be a good time to start a marketing. The key should be when everyone (including common people) re-enter the cryptocurrency market.

About the way, I'm sure you already have the answers from everyone here! So, good luck!

There are always audience here, but it depend on how you can get their attention.I advice you spell out your prospectus, because the audience you will get must first be attracted to your structures to be marketed, therefore everything needed to catch their attention must be done. This is a good time to push out your market, when people are looking for good market to invest in.

There a lot of ways to market your product. you can use Ads, conduct a social media marketing that will broadcast your project to the interested parties, do partnerships with those that are into the airline business, run bounty and airdrop campaign and so on

Audience are given since this is the largest forum but the thing he needs to do now is execute what is listed by harizen but OP should not rely and expect to get success on just doing a advertisement here he should outsource outside to support the marketing aspect and better to have a paid ads from different crypto platforms like putting an advertisement in coinmarketcap and other big media companies.

Has you have said, the audience are already available on here and trying another means of advertisement is better but the important aspect is for the project team to check some previous advert project was in their lines of business in other learn from their mistake and the next vital aspect is how to budget their fund.
