For instance, if the money are locked in a PP account how you will withdraw them? How VCC would help? The only way to get your money back is withdraw to bank account (registred in name account) or to VCC. Mostly people here use stealth accounts, with fake names so the only way to recover the money is through this system, so obvisoly fees are not high, or is this or nothing.
