Title: I can't leave feedback on accounts anymore, what could be the cause? (Resolved) Post by: CryptopreneurBrainboss on January 17, 2020, 04:51:15 AM Tried leaving some feedback yesterday but I wasn't allowed to submit my feedback, tried severally on different occasions but got the same result. Thought it was my network misbehaving again so decide to try the next day (which is today) but still I'm getting the same result. I encountered this issue after selecting the type of feedback I intend leaving, posted link to reference link then started typing the comment, immediately the submit button becomes invincible making it impossible to submit the feedback.
Anyone experiencing same issue and what could probably be the cause and solution? For some reason the submit button disappears after you write some feedback... try changing the page orientation from portrait to landscape when leaving feedback or you can use other mobile browsers like Firefox. Web displays between mobile phone and pc are different, its because the size screens or unresponsive browser. For some reason, mobile phone displays not as complete as pc displays. There are many ways to fix it : 1. Using other browser 2. Change the resolutions from potrait to landscape 3. Rezise font to bit smaller 4. Maybe you have not upgraded the version of your browser. Try to update and check again. |
