I made a 0.024BTC Bitcoin deposit, and it wasn't credited after the first confirmation. I went to the help center to try to find the reason, and could not find any more information. It's also really messy and doesn't seem to be fully updated (they still state that BTC is not supported).

They also have a very crappy policy of a 3% withdraw fee that isn't mentioned on the withdraw page, and only in the FAQ:

I have a question I always ask, how do you eliminate human control on how bets settle in sports? You need to have very extreme parameters for deciding certain games,,, and someone still has to set those parameters, right? NBA game happened on the 22nd, tennis game happened on the 23rd.

I deposited 0.024BTC, somehow went 4-0 and now have a balance of 0.04404BTC. I purchased 10k XBM token in an attempt to avoid the 3% withdraw fee (https://archive.is/k1dJv#selection-429.0-429.85), as I assumed that holding some XBM would make an XBM holder. Guess there's a hidden minimum somewhere? I wasn't able to find one in the FAQ.

Sent them an email, hopefully I can get it figured out. For a site all about transparency, there's not a whole lot of it. I shouldn't have to read your FAQ, get confused about the answer to my question and need to email you.

Looks like it's a 3% withdraw fee regardless of whether you hold any XBM. Only XBM withdraws are free. They said they'd fix the wording in the FAQ which is good.

Maybe just to be safe, don't deposit large amount of money. Try with small ones first. Also, they don't have any existing scam accusation yet. So maybe, everything is still ok. But checking their website,  I don't see any logo of the gaming license. But from their whitepaper, the website is under the laws of Estonia, so you know already what kind of registration they have here.

Why didn't you open a scam accusation thread against betmatch as its been for months already?
You did also say that you are not the only one getting withdrawal problem at betmatch, so I guess you know some of the other users.
It would be helpful for the community if you open a scam accusation thread with valid evidences, so no other users will try this site with their money.
You may ask those other users who get the same problem as you to support your accusation.
Bitcointalk members need to be warned about this if it is true that there is a big problem on this site.

Why would you need to invest on new platforms when there are already many good trusted gambling platforms available. I think you should be aware and try to re-read the pages here there's some accusations about this sports betting site and it's a bit shady. I don't think it's a good idea to deposit in this site until the issue is resolved.
