Betopen did an ICO back in 2017 where he promised 10% of profit to be shared to all ICO participants.
I will prove that he has been scamming from 2017 until today....therefore he is indeed a good candidate for red flag(s)

None of the ICO participants have ever received a single dividend payment in 3 years. However the site continues to take bets and get scam accusations regularly too.
Most of the scam accusations are settled privately to avoid bad publicity

He obviously has no intention of ever honoring his original agreement.
Claiming that there is no profit is pure BS as there are obviously funds for continued operation of the site.

You should link some of this scam accusations in the OP and consider moving there thread to the scam accusation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) board.

I am sure some DTs would tag him quick if some evidence is linked.
