Most of you replied to my post letting me know your excitement about the launching, opinions and advice. Thank you all! Appreciate your comments. This time I want to run a poll, so I know what cryptocurrency you use the most when it comes to gambling.

The three cryptocurrencies I picked from the poll are BTC, ETH and LTC those are the usual ones accepted from casinos i'm registered on and I only prefer the two altcoins because their value is low enough where you can spend less due to the same (or lower) limits set by some casinos. Also fees can be a problem for Bitcoin transactions when casinos use a fee estimator and using the two popular alts sometimes come in handy for small gamblers.

Maybe the OP can add also doge, as this is one of favourites to be used in gambling and actually one popular usage of doge is in gambling. So I was surprised why it is not included in the top choices. Just my thoughts.  ;)

To me it depends on the gambling site but in most gambling site i prefer using Doge and Litecoin because of their low withdrawal fees and quicker confirmation times in case i am planning to withdraw some funds

I can still use bitcoin on platforms that have a fairly low BTC withdrawal fee like bustadice.com

Obviously Bitcoin will win in this poll, all gamblers have Bitcoin in their portfolio and they want this coin as their prize because it is the most profitable coin in the market, Litecoin and Ethereum are also a good choice so it's better to have these two coins when you launch your online casino.

Even if bitcoin will win in this poll but it all depends on every person which crypto they like to use on gambling. Each person have their own reason why they pick that crypto. One of the example is ralle14 reply stated that doge is low enough and spend less and low fees and bitcoin fee might be big enough for someone.

Xrp since the transactions are so low.

I could try a lot of gambling sites with it since the transaction fees are low. I would like Bitcoin but I don't want to transact it that much since usually gambling sites has high fees. Instead of using it on the fees, I think it is better to let it on that site and use it in my next bets.

Majority Bitcoin for sure.
Most of the gambling websites were started to accept Bitcoin only and since Bitcoin is the highest market capitulation.
I think those other cryptocurrency listed in the choices are good in terms of for every bet you made you make a transaction then transaction fees come in.
But when you do deposit first on the gambling site, Bitcoin is good for me but if they have some other option and you have that cryptocurrency then use it since it's much better to lose those altcoins in gambling than Bitcoin  :D

you should have added Dogecoin in the main choices because this coin is one of the most used currency of gamblers.

i have voted others though i mainly use Bitcoin and Dogecoin whenever i wanna play(but limited chances because i dont really spend big money and time betting)
actually i am starting to acknowledge using xrp also because of lower fee and faster transaction.

BTC and ETH for me. But I have also used LTC and even other altcoins such as DOGE and TRX. It is best if you consider making all these major altcoins available in your gambling site. There are gamblers who prefer to use altcoins over BTC because of slow confirmation and high fees.

As of now Im picking XRP, bitcoin aand ethereum. But for me the most favorite to use in gambling site is the XRP because also the transaction fee when I send my XRP to the gambling sites the fee is less also withdraw than the others coin.

Many gambling sites now are using ethereum and the bitcoin because that is the top 2 crypto coins in the CMC but I hope the new gambling site will be launch this year have XRP because that is very useful coin I just noticed also most of the gambling casino use dogecoin maybe because the low value of that coin.

I must prepare to the gambling sites who have a lot of different coin listed so the players will freely to choose what coin they want to use to play a game.

Another good reason to use Dogecoin is you don't have to place your bets in denominations of 0.00xxx or whatever. In smaller casinos that don't use the whole "credits" system, you can place bets of 10, 50, 100, 500 DOGE -- nice, round numbers sans decimal points. I know its more an aesthetics thing, but also as you mentioned, the withdraw fees and transaction speeds are phenomenally more efficient than BTC.

After Ethereum came along, it kind of replaced DOGE in those categories and is now well more ubiquitous, but a lot of casinos still favor it as a deposit option over coins with higher market caps like BCH, EOS, ADA, TRX, etc.. Just goes to show that market cap =/ popularity necessarily.

BTC is the most preferred crypto used in gambling maybe because It's the primary currency for every transactions, and may come and go to my local Bitcoin wallet. I also prefer LTC and XRP, since the transfer speed and withdraw fees are far more better then BTC.
Anyway, your gambling website will support cryptos that was listed in your poll right? Like most of the sports book and other gambling websites do.

Isn't it dependent on the site you play on? I chose BTC, ETH and LTC, but I also use Doge at other gambling sites. I've split my coins quite differently in gambling sites I play on so it's kinda messy and mixed up. Still, if your asking so as to include it in your site, safest bet would be to include BTC as well as the top 10 altcoins on the board right now. You can also try and release your own coin, but it isn't recommended. Still, get those coins that are widely accepted and have low fees, so that more would acknowledge and use your casino to be.

The only real reason why someone would a coin other than BTC willingly is for the confirmation times. However, that can be very easily circumvented through accepting certain high fee, low risk 0 confirmation deposits.

Or, that person is a long term holder of the said token, which is rare.

As a casino you really don't need to diversify your accepted coinage outside of a few prominent cryptos. BTC is a must, and it goes without saying. ETH, XRP, DOGE, LTC comes next. There's no point having a bunch of coins that no one is going to use that is hard and expensive to maintain.

I only used BTC for gambling and we all know that most gambling sites will only accept Bitcoin then t gives no hassle to convert it to altcoins as I'm just holding only Bitcoin and Ethereum. But considering a huge fee when transferring Bitcoin, it gives some point also that using altcoins is an alternative in order to save some. Besides, I'm looking for it now and might consider it as well in the future if it is only accepted to a certain gambling site.

Most big gamblers prefer bitcoin to bet because their bets are large so bitcoin will be the main choice.
As a small gambler, of course I would choose altcoin to save money or be cheap in transactions. I would rather bet with DOGE than other altcoins so that it would be easier for me to bet with a large nominal in the amount of doge.

I think you can add Dogecoin in the poll options because of Dogecoin as old coins at the crypto like what other members suggest. Dogecoin is available on many gambling sites, and I think people will like to use Dogecoin to place the bets. I choose bitcoin, litecoin, and others, and if Dogecoin is on the list, I will select Dogecoin too because Dogecoin is one of the low price coins. But unfortunately, right now, if we want to send the Dogecoin amount, we need to pay 500 dogecoins as the fee.

You mean profitability is part of the reasons they choose Bitcoin? Interesting! Another probable reason is the security aspect of Bitcoin. People with lots of money would likely prefer a very safe Cryptocurrency. The oldest ones that still exist and working fine without too many past problems would be their top choice.

I chose BTC, ETH, and LTC. I am mostly gambling with ETH as I have more of it rather than BTC and LTC. But I agree with others here saying DOGE should be included. DOGE is one fine option for gambling. And it is much more convenient and cheap transferring DOGE from one wallet to another. The least that I use among the three that I chose is BTC as I am more of a HODLer of BTC than a spender.

My most used coin for gambling is bitcoin, used doge and ltc but not that much, i really hate exchanges and casinos for putting a huge withdrawal fee when it doesn't really cost that much, high minimum withdrawal amount is fine for me to prevent faucet abusers, i would probably use doge all the time if it wasn't for high withdrawal fee of bitcoin in exchanges.

I stop using Bitcoin in gambling, as I try to hold and accumulate more BTC as much as possible especially halving will happen. I used XRP often now even in day trading and some crypto matters. We better try to explore alts where we can get cheaper fee as well convenience in using.

I don't think it is stupid to play online gambling using bitcoin because i also use my bitcoin in playing in online casino, so that i could add my winnings in my holdings. But i mostly used XRP in gambling because it low fees when it comes to depositing and withdrawing it in online casinos.

Ofcourse will all knew that all the online gambling site now are using bitcoin because of the popularity and value of this coin which is really true. Im using more coins when Im playing gambling I used mostly is the bitcoin because this is my first coin that I know and also sometimes I use ethereum and litecoin but very few when I use dogecoin when I have that coun because I don't have that I will not use that again.

most gambling sites use the top crypto, and surely every gambling site will have bitcoin as a transaction medium. so I think people's favorite coins are bitcoin and for me personally it would be more fun to play using bitcoin or doge. I mostly use doge to make payments in gambling.

I voted for Bitcoin eth and Litecoin, these three are favorite among the gamblers and majority of the gambling casinos are using it, you haven't included Dogecoin and XRP these two are also  favorites by gamblers, I guess it's better to have as many coins as possible.

I know it might make sense for some casinos to accept loads of different Alt coins, in the hope that a wide variety of tokens would offer more income sources, but I think that is wrong. A lot of the lesser known tokens are not widely used, so you are targeting a very small niche group of people with those coins.

I will mostly use Bitcoin <BTC> and Ethereum <ETH> for gambling sites, because it is widely accepted and used on many sites. You also do not have to use obscure and dodgy exchanges to convert the virtually unknown token, back to Bitcoin.  < A lot of these tokens find their way back to BTC in any way, because you cannot use it anywhere else.>  :(

i have used all of the above and also added is dogecoin in whos not including the the choices,but in all?Bitcoin still the best option in which i can use in all gambling site from the past not like other currency that is very limited to be accepted,it is just now that many site accept deposits from altcoins.

also Ripple(xrp) is advisable as one of the lowest Fee currency to use,together with Dogecoin .though ethereum based and EOS based gambling platforms now are getting into place to offer good enough for all of us.

I remember when I used to play dice I usually used Bitcoin and LTC in my gameplay probably because these coins are the only available in the online casino I used to play around. But most of the time I used Bitcoin and I don't know why reason either, perhaps because it is a lot more convenient back in the day. However, I think using Bitcoin in betting is a bad idea, the fact that transaction with regards with Bitcoin is really now expensive hence if I will play again I might use another crypto that has a low fee.

My favourite are BTC, XRP and Dodge unfortunately OP has not added dodge to the list. Bitcoin is accepted everywhere but few casinos are also accepting XRP and Dodge like Stake.

Since the Fiat value of the above two are less the financial impact to the pocket is also less when you lose the bet. That is why I have been playing with them more often.

My 3 options are btc, eth and xrp but mostly when I'm into gambling before btc and eth are use. Though xrp is also best when it comes to cost of transaction fees. But if in case Im to bet crypto and play gambling Im more focus to use on low fees to save so I can accumulate btc in my wallet.

I voted for ETH because it can be used to raise funds faster and start playing. In my opinion, BTC is inferior to ETH not only in the speed of depositing funds, but also in the cost of transaction fees.  I do not use the rest of the coins - LTC, XRP and DOGE at all.

Top choice will be bitcoin so that's a given answer and crypto to be accepted to your potential casino, so it will be your top priority to be accepted. But you have also an option not to accept altcoins and make it as a bitcoin-focused casino.

This is fine but make sure that you have enough to save and to spend on gambling. That's what matters, IMO. BTC is made to be spent and it's our option to keep it too as an investment, you just have to balance things.

I'd personally like to see a casino that offers support for a bunch of stablecoins, like Tether, TrueUSD, USD Coin and so on.

For some reason, very few casinos support stablecoins, possibly because the transaction fees aren't the cheapest, or maybe it's due to some regulatory issue? I'm not entirely sure.

Sometimes I stay away from gambling simply because I don't want to gamble with volatility too, which is why stablecoin compatibility would suit other players like me.

My own choice of crypto for casino or gambling is ethereum, mainly because of it low transaction fees and flexibility in exchanging it to bitcoin and other cryptos, transaction fee in many sites are very high thus I choosed ethereum enabled platforms.

As we seen on the pool btc is the most leading and popularly used and favorite cryptocurrency. The rest of the coins was only and option by many people. However, in any random cases choosing other coins was indefinite because there were some gambling site having their own preferred crypto for betting. For me I always choose bitcoin, because it's more in demand and fast in transaction.

I think XRP when I use bitcoin to deposit in gambling websites usually has high fees and I think this is a big disadvantage to bitcoin since it has a high market price.

Comparing it to XRP I think one of the biggest advantages of XRP is, it is already a popular altcoin in the market even when a lower price surely it will cost less transaction fee when sending funds in the gambling websites.

But most of the time a lot of gambling websites only accept selected token so I just end up using bitcoin but sometimes I convert it to XRP if it is available.

I typically use Bitcoin simply because I have so much of it and it's usually the most convenient option for me to transact with, but I will occasionally dip into my LTC and Doge reserves every now and then when transaction fees become a little higher than I'm comfortable with. However, recently I've started using Doge less and less as I've found it's not being accepted in as many places anymore and I don't use it for much else other than transacting with casinos. I might swap Doge out for ETH in casino transactions in the future.

Bitcoin is the most common, however considering the transaction cost for bitcoin there are better alternatives such as LTC, XRP and ETH. That is why most gambling sites have alternative currency for their users convenience.

The more coins the better for the online casinos, because gambler sometimes use coins that they have available, if they see that there are a lot of coins to deposit, there is no need to trade their coins for another coins, so they can play on the casino.
My top three pick by the way, are Bitcoin, Ethereum and Xrp because they are widely using in gaming and gambling.

it is important for casino developers to choose coins that are listed on the site. usually the highest coin as you said, maybe because to buy it can be in many places because the coins are listed on many exchanges and not a hassle. and I add a recommendation for DOGE because besides the small transaction fee, the cheap price can be used by players who have little capital.

I picked on Doge, and TRON (TRX), both of that 2 coin i use to deposit like in sportsbet i use TRX because i save my money on local exchanger and fee to send TRX is only a little amount. Maybe most people who save their money in exchange will look other coins that BTC because fixed fee BTC that sometimes too high.

It's certain that most of the people use BTC because BTC is available in almost all the crypto gambling sites but the other cryptocurrency is not available in every site. I never deposited other coins. Only used BTC although the fee is sometimes high for BTC.

I have been played on different gamblings site and most of them always prefer to accept bitcoin. In the poll, I vote Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple but whenever I play I usually use bitcoin. Tbh, i've never deposited any coin other than btc. It's not that i'm not interested in altcoins but I still prefer btc all the time because of it's high value compared to others. I've tried altcoins to bet given by rainbot and other players but i'm just playing like I don't care. Always pressing the max bet and I don't have any negative reaction if I lose unlike in btc i'm extra careful. Anyway, the result isn't surprising, as always btc will lead, in any thing, majority will choose btc.

It is expected that most of us are preferring to deposit and use bitcoin in playing different games. I'm type of a gambler that are used to play gambling games with the use of bitcoin and not altcoins.

I wasn't able to use any other crypto than bitcoin in gambling. Many gamblers will surely appreciate it if you could include xrp, eth and doge since they provide low transaction fees if we conpared it to transaction fee of bitcoin. It would be better for me since we can use the lessen transaction fee in addition for our money that was for gambling.

Bitcoin is the most used cryptocurrency in gambling, but in my opinion, if I were to gamble, it is more better to use XRP because of its sustainability and doesn't have too much volatility like Bitcoin, where you could avoid the high transaction fees. The reason why gambling sites preferred bitcoin is for them to earn a lot of money because of its high price fluctuations, for example a gambler just lost 1 bitcoin and cost $30 but after months or years it could double up or triple up, it is all about marketing and business.

Gamblers should know first the Pros and Cons of the cryptocurrency that they are going to use in gambling before started to deposit in a gambling site to avoid further losses in the future.

My one and only crypto-currency I always use in gambling is bitcoin. Bitcoin is the most used in casinos. Why? Because almost all of the bettors have bitcoin compare to other coin. And it's available mostly in every country illegal or not. So it best to create a gambling casinos that accepts bitcoin.

I used bitcoin most of the time, though the transaction fee is quite higher compared to altcoins and its slower as well but maybe I just get use to betting with bitcoin and I think the whole industry prefers to bet BTC than altcoins, and obviously the poll says majority of the betters prefers to use btc over the others.

I voted Bitcoin and I saw the result that the majority on it is Bitcoin users. I prefer to use Bitcoin because that was my usually holding in my wallet compared to the altcoin. Yes, the fee is quite high but no need to worry if you are not in a hurry, you can modify the Bitcoin transaction fee into a lowes sats but it is quite slow to confirm.

Eventually, in the gambling sector, all gambling platforms has preferred to use Bitcoin than using altcoins. Just because this is the most gamblers like.

DOGE and ETH are my choices when I often deposit into casino gambling on crypto, and I think choosing these coins is very easy to deal with and is also cheap for dogs.

I was just saying based on my experience and it seems many of the responses here are also saying that DOGE should be included. Well, what can I say? DOGE has been around for a long time and it still has a good use in casinos.

i only use DOGE and LTC now because they are cheaper regarding fees and other stuffs though in past i only used Bitcoin because those time only Bitcoin is accepted in many gambling sites here in crypto .
i never tried using ETH ,does the fee also cheaper?i don't want to spoil my ETH from my Holding just to gamble that is why maybe i consider if found out cheaper fees.

I think the question of the difference in transactions is understandable.

I prefer Ethereum over all other coins. Doge has cheaper transaction fee, but it is not good coin to hold IMO, and buying Doge coins just to gamble with them is confusing for me, because I need to resell them afterwards. As for Bitcoin, its network is slower than Ether, and that may cause problems.

I voted for bitcoin, litecoin, and dogecoin. But mostly, I used dogecoin and litecoin to gamble, and I think with the low fee of litecoin, that coin can be the good selection to gamble, although other coins don't have to pay a high fee. I don't have experience in using XRP for gambling because I think not many gambling websites using XRP for the coin to gamble. For an available coin to place the bets is bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, and dogecoin.

yeah  .this what other gamblers do to minimize the risk of loosing big because by using doge , it creates an ilusion that you have a big bankroll and you can play more or do more bets but on other crypto like for example btc , you are afraid to bet more because you only see small balance but be careful betting too much with doge  , make sure you knew the value of your doge bets so that you wont go overboard and avoid loosing huge  .goodluck to you and to us that who plays gambling  .

Bitcoin is the most preferable because of its value. Although 75% of people said here in this thread that bitcoin the most common used, based on my experience, that seems legit. Those altcoins like Doge, Litecoin and etc., are for those who play in low-level gambling. It doesn't require that huge amount of money, they use altcoins so that their losses and winnings are just for an entertainment. Shitcoins are also known for its capability to be an alternative for bitcoin. That's the reason why they are willing to spend bitcoin because when you are lucky enough to gamble with bitcoin, then you're the bread winner. Fees are normal because that's their profit and that's where they earn taxes for their service in exchanges.

Voting for xrp since it's also quick in sending and receiving and also have cheap transaction fee.  Though there are different sentiments
from each gamblers as for me I'm only using amount of money where I'm willing to let go in case luck is not on my side. Using alts

While BTC and Eth are the ones I used a lot before the surge in both its price and the fees, I later started using XRP for small value bets so to maintain my capital in an effective way with least fees. I am now a fan of XRP and use it mostly to gamble on both dice sites and sportsbooks.

 monero is not also on the list.
But for me mostly use is bitcoin and xrp.

haven't you tried using Dogecoin mate?well we have all love to use currencies as it fits our taste and desire but i think when talking about the fees?it is Doge in which much cheaper.IMO

I think xrp is much favorable nowadays unlike before. Dogecoin is still popular for its old users but for now, I think users now prefer to use xrp due to personal reasons.

I think it is still limited, for now there are a few numbers of gambling sites that are accepting xrp.

reason why most people choose to use xrp compare to other altcoin when gamble, first its faster compare to other crypto currency and you need to also just pay small fee using it.

I prefer XRP over bitcoin and any other crypto in any gambling site. Why? I always use XRP in withdrawing and gambling whenever I have extra money. Xrp transaction fees are so low compared to bitcoin and the most accessible coin to me next to bitcoin, transactions are instant and that's what I like the most I don't need to wait for almost an hour before my deposit/withdraw is credited.

The more the better and i have chose in the poll were BTC and DOGE yet these are the common coins that ive been using since. DOGE when i do tend to have auto roll in dice
but most of the time, i sure that most people do prefer on using BTC and everybody loves to accumulate this coin since we know that this one is valuable among others.

Voted for doge, simply because it has cheaper transaction fee as well as faster transaction speed with low fee. Other reason why I prefer to use doge compared to other coins especially bitcoin is that I use bitcoin for trading purpose or for HODL.

Good thing that you also choose xrp over bitcoin, because this is also looking promising. I am always a daily bitcoin user who likes to use bitcoin due to availability, and the convenience it had provided to me. As I heard about the good performance of xrp, this coin was also cheaper in transaction fee so I might be using it on small capital bets in order to save some funds in case of winning.

From the poll list, bitcoin still the number one coin that has been used by the gamblers to gamble, and the next coin is ethereum. Ripple and litecoin surprisingly have the same percentage, and the next coin is dogecoin. I prefer to use dogecoin and ripple to gamble, but I used bitcoin, dogecoin, and litecoin. With that 3 coins, I don't have a problem to deposit or use for a gamble, and the transaction confirmation is not a problem too for me even if bitcoin confirmation needs longer than the other coins.

For those who are using Bitcoin :

You use it because you know EVERY website accept it or just because you have bitcoins and don't want to exchange them ?

Honestly I thought USDT or any other stable coin will  be on the poll  because it's easier to see how much you gamble without doing a conversion ? or you are all thinking in "cryptocurrency" value ?

After for Monero and Dash I'm not surprised because unless you live in a country where gambling is illegal, what's the point of "hidding" it ?

I usually prefer to use Bitcoin, Ethereum or Tron when I am going to gamble online. I prefer to use Bitcoin because with this payment method, it is possible to send money to many online gambling services and nobody can follow your shipment (of course, someone who knows your wallet address can follow, but if your wallet address is unknown, you will remain anonymous). In some cases, I also prefer to use Ethereum or Tron because these two payment methods can be sent with very fast, reliable and low commissions. i like your point on here bud  . yeah its hassle to do conversion  .  sometimes we only end up betting huge or too small because we dont know the value of the other currency that we use but im more familiar with the value of bitcoin because i always check it every single day  . its only rare to see usdt and other stable coins on most gambling sites idk why  .  using dash and monero is anonymous but they are still useless if the gambling is banned on your country because its illegal   .

I think that's the reason because there is not USDT, it's easier for you to gamble a big amount if you are not aware of it.
If when you start gambling the price of the BTC was 9000 and 20mn later it's 9300$ ... Maybe you will bet less. But because you don't see the value in real time because there is not USDT... You bet a higher amount.

I prefer XRP because the transaction is very fast without the need to wait for a long confirmation. and also if there is a TRX option, then that is also good because this is the same as xrp for the transaction speed. and I see now there are a lot of gambling sites supporting xrp and trx.

I think it's because they already know about bitcoin, and by coincidence, they know about the bitcoin gambling website, so they try to playing gambling with bitcoin. But then, they know that besides of bitcoin, we can use the other coins like ethereum, dogecoin, xrp, litecoin, dash, and others.

Perhaps, OP forgets to add USDT in the poll, but I think there are a few gambling websites which using USDT as the bets because most gambling website is using bitcoin. I think OP can add USDT too in the poll list, so people can also choose USDT as one of the coins to place the bets.

yes there are sites that accept tokens and alts  ,like bitsler and bitvest  ( just few to name of  )  . i knew usdt several months after i know bitcoin but i havent tried usdt yet so i only use btc to gamble  .  i have other alts too like xrp  , eth , bch and i do want to exchange them all  . tron is the latest coin that i have been tried ever since the gambling site that ive been playin added it to thier supported coin  but i dont like it because its easy to loose this coin  .

Gambling using different currencies isn't really a big deal to gambling sites, but the opposite applies to the gamblers because they want the ultimate freedom and anonymity, BTC is the best possible option because of allot of possible cryptocurrency mixer they could use. In this case, instead of buying altcoins for gambling, they tend to play using bitcoin, and in addition, almost all the transaction fees in bitcoin or altcoin stays close to each other. But still it depends, because not all usually obtain BTC, if in the first place they earn altcoins, why should they convert it to bitcoin when they could also play using it.

Actually to be honest I have tried a lot of cryptocurrency that may used on online gambling or crypto gambling and as of now what I have been really used was the bitcoin, xrp, and ethereum because this three cryptocurrency are very easy to transact or to deposit on the online casino and the casino will always have a exchangers for this cryptocurrency because this three are the top cryptocurrency on the coinmarketcap. This bitcoin, ethereum and xrp are very easy to deposit and transact so this are the three cryptocurrency that are my favorite to used on gambling.

To be honest, my absolute preference is BTC, as I prefer to hold it over any other crypto but it's made harder due to fees. Lighting network transactions solve this issue and enable new applications and I hope more and more dice sites will start implementing it. But in the meantime I have to admit that I was usually depositing with LTC, and more recently ETH. Whichever I could get a better rate on at the time because I disliked holding either.

In terms of transactions, the only other advantage was confirmation speed, but for deposits it only should limit how soon you'd be able to withdraw other than anything else related to gambling activity.

Today of course people are using it for "good things too", but in the past many people use it to buy weed and drugs because it was "impossible to track" you know  :D

Without a doubt BTC will be the most voted one once you close the pool. What you need to consider is which altcoins to be added on your casino.
The more altcoins you have, the more player based you get but you have to choose the best or the most used altcoins for gambling activity such as ETH, DOGE and LTC.

Obviously that Op if he build gambling site it have high chance bitcoin to become his main coin to use to their coin. Depending on fast transactions are being confirmed and If i have the time to wait I will go for BTC not forgetting the 3 confirmations needed but if I need any quick transaction it has to be Ethereum first priority, then litecoin is my last priority.

Majority of gambling sites that I played on are accepting bitcoin so I prefer this one.

I have not tried using alts when I gamble but just like what others said you can add other popular alts like eth, doge and ltc, having many options are good for gamblers because each of us has different preference.

I guess some people are still using crypto for illegal things like buying weed and drugs because crypto can hide their identity when they use it to purchase illegal items. I think Monero or Verge is not too popular with bitcoin or another coin, and many people still prefer to use bitcoin, ethereum, or else. When we use crypto, it means we can get privacy in making a transaction, including when we use crypto for playing gambling. But we don't have to use crypto for illegal things if we don't want to get caught by the government or the police.

If I have huge money I'll choose Bitcoin because it is most valuable coin to all but it is also too expensive and have higher transaction fee. So I choose crypto which also give me enough money and one of the good coin too, also give me a privacy when Im played gambling. But when I reach the amount I wanted I will still buy Bitcoin over and over again .

For me dogecoin was great for gambling earlier when I used to gamble at bitdice because you could loose 10k dogecoins and in actual you loose not so much and another reason was because of the quick transaction confirmations and the transaction fees. Now days though I don't like betting with dogecoins but I do love ETH betting because when betting with bitcoins I sometimes like oh I have just won 0.03 btc while in ETH it feels like oh 1 eth though both being same in value.

I think the most dominant crypto that are almost must for any casino are: BTC, ETH and probbaly XRP.

Just vanilla Bitcoin and DOGE - plus for my third vote in the "other" my inclusions are SexCoin SXC and GameCoin GME - both of which were used for dice games in the past, but the sites weren't mainstream and I don't think they exist any-more.

What i used the most is BTC, ETH and XRP because that's the crypto currency that is default in most gambling sites, i dont really have much of a preference when it comes to using crypto. As long as the site provides a decent winrate, has big returns, with provably fair to insure legitimacy with good jackpot prices and bonuses.

I so negative in gambling with BTC or ETH.
Those two coins are digital assets and their value is so promising to rise. It is so sad to bet them in such a low price and eventually lose them.
It is like going to a casino and bet with Gold while you have the opportunity to gamble with your fiat.

But most of the gambling websites are using btc, so you don't have much of a choice.
Unless, you will look for other sites that are not using btc, and most of them are really not doing well.
I understand that using bitcoin or eth, is of value in the market.
But if you will buy and use it to play at the same time, there's no to minimal loss of value here.
But if you bought your bitcoin around 17-20k before, and you will just use it for gambling today, I think that's a different story.

indeed using money in the third form of the coin can provide many benefits but you should know that if there are other altcoins such as TRX and XLM that can be used for gambling capital so maybe the level of profit can also increase when using TRX or XLM.
