Its only 1 month when 2020 came around the corner but I would like to know what your largest win is so far and if you have set yourself some targets for this year.

Below you can see mine that I won a couple weeks ago. However I only owned 20% of this jackpot pool ticket that won 24.000€ I scooped 4800€ and some pocket money for a 1.2€ contribution to the ticket.

What sportsbook is that? even the total jackpot has to be distributed to many winners including you, still you have a nice chunk of profit there. I can't remember my biggest winning but if there is, that's not even big comparing to yours. I have never hit a jackpot so you're very lucky to have it.

Yeah, this one is still a big hit for most people.It might not able to take all the pot but this one is huge.Also have the same question on what site is this?

By the way op, its a good win and its better to have than nothing at all.In my case i do win some huge but only on typical luck based games like dice and
crash but not on sportsbetting type.

Huge amount of money!
For me this year, I just started 2 weeks ago gambling for starting of the year and good news, I was able to win and cashing out the winnings happily. But after a week of winning, I gamble and suddenly I lost ;D.
So it's more likely I am even for this year now.

Welp, that was big, and I can't consider myself winning such amount in gambling because I don't really set some kind of goals when gambling. I just play and play because I just want to have some fun although I used to bet a minimal amount for every bet I take. I couldn't find myself just what the OP did since I don't have a plan to win some big amount though but I'd like to one if I win. ;D

Wow that was a great win! Never experienced to win that big in sports betting but this 2020. Anyway, my biggest win was around .01 btc and 1000 xrp in one gambling site. It's not huge for some but for me it's more than enough.  :D after losing so much in gambling. There is still our so called, "lucky day".

I don't like playing jackpots often because I find myself losing them a ton (as expected), and I typically don't gamble large amounts of money so I'm often stuck with a small percentage of winning, which I don't like with any game. As for my biggest win this year, though, it's probably a 10x multiplier dice roll of 0.02BTC. I've been playing other games like crash pretty frequently as well, though I've had less luck on crash specifically compared to with last year, but my dice win has offset that for the time being.

Congratulations to you, OP. That is a good start for you to get those winning, but I hope you can always control yourself and don't force yourself to find another winning if the situations are not good for you to place the bets. Your luck comes to you at the right time so you can win that match, but I don't think that you can win in another game because luck will not come twice.

You should remember that gambling has two options, win or lose, and this time, you can win the games. I don't know how big my winning in the past because as far as I remember, I only lose some money without a chance to win big money.

Congratulations  to you sir, its very rare to see people winning that big money with only 1.2 Euro for the ticket, never win big amount in my entire life, the biggest winning that i win on gambling website is below 500$, but still i really greatfull winning that amount.

This gonna make 2020 an year of success. Very few get lucky to win jackpot, though it is just 20% or €4800 it is really a big value compared to few dollars of winning. The previous year gave me big wins, but I wasn't able to keep up the win. Upon the same this year I've limited myself on gambling. This has given me few random wins of 0.0001 btc now and then. Hope I'll make good profit out of this year.

so far my biggest win is 100$ and that is Bet in our local Basketball championship in which i actually win 300$ but in the previous game of the finals i have lose 200$ so i need to break it out before having my wins.

I haven't hit anything big this month but currently i'm starting to rack up some small wins here and there slowly building my balance until I could cash out something big.  I still don't have any target this year because sometimes having one could encourage me to play more risky.

The first attempt for this year was heart breaking for me. $200 lose in gambling is really not a good start. Anyway, congrats OP, that's really a huge money and that is not only by luck I guess. I played during the New Years Eve on the Casinos with my friend and luckily I was able to go home with a profit, I earn that time around $200 and its pretty an easy money for me. I didn't gamble using my crypto since the year begins, and I think I will continue not using my bitcoin until I see the big pump again this year. A lot of happenings in January so far in real life, and its good that most of us here still able to make money despite of so many challenges.

Well done, it's always nice to pull out a big win. It often overshadows the almosts and the straight up losses. Not sure what your in general gambling life is like, but when I pull out a win, I make sure to sit back and focus on the losses just to keep myself grounded. I used to find myself thinking about raising my stakes after a big win, and it's almost always a bad idea. So keep that in mind moving forward, play the same way you did before and this win will last longer.

I don't really gamble outside of poker and tend to not talk amounts. I'll put it this way, on micro buy-in tournaments my biggest win was 105X - a year or so ago. On low stakes buy-in it was 89X. The micro wins I had a few others that weren't as good, but still on the big side. This was before I took the game seriously and was rather quickly refunded to the player pool. I've since learned my lesson, and have approached my play with more discipline, at least I think so  :P.

Actually when the year 2020 comes I am playing or gambling twice this month of January and those two times that I have been playing and I win approximately of $400 and I can say that it is good for now because before the month of the january ends it is approximately a profit already and I wish that I can continue it until the month of February so that I would be able to get some profit and winnings.
But if you will talk about my biggest winning on the month of december, I can say that I win a big amount of money because there are 4 continues days that I win.

That is a nice win and a good amount of money to anyone standards.I have started 2020 with a lot of bad luck and still have not win any ticket so far.As a gambler though I know that you cannot lose forever or win forever so I keep playing,always with small amount with money hoping for that good win.

Nah, I never get the largest winning in gambling because I think I am not luck than the other people. To win in the gambling games, we need to have luck, and if I see that you can win on that game, you surely have luck inside the games. But be careful to gamble more because you don't know if the luck will stay beside you again or not. Don't use big money to place another bet because that will be too risky for you, and your chance will not be too big.

I also thought of winning this big but that will not be happening since I seldomly bet big amounts and I just usually use satoshis that I get from faucets. I play dice early 2020 this Jan. 5 won 200$ so I think this year is my lucky year because last year everytime I play I lose and I have many loses so its been hard. exactly as long as you are enjoying your habit and not losing too much?there are many Regular gambler that play constantly but with moderation,they are only Putting some amount from their daily Budget to spend and if all of this already lose then going up and nothings serious happen because this is their routine,if they win then thankful but no strings attach not like those irresponsible gambler that even the last amount in their hand will be spent in betting even that the family will have no food on the table.

When I'm still gambling, my largest winning is that when I bet on the opposing team on a basketball event. I put a certain amount as my fund and bet it on the opposing team and my expected winning is 3x my starting capital. Luckily, I won on all of the bets so I tripled my funds and after that I pulled out all of my funds so that I can't use it all for betting. It is a small amount maybe for some but for me that is not a hardcore gambler, it is huge already. :D.

I am so so in 2020. I started out actually losing quite a bit, you know, you feel lucky and you gamble big. But in the last two weeks I won back all my losses in the losing sites and took a bit more in one site (the usual one I promote) so at the moment, after deducting sports betting losses on Spurs I am more or less break even.

Hitting a jackpot is like having your ultimate crush on the campus. I would love to experience that, as well. Can I raise a question regarding sports betting? You know, I am actually not a sport-guy. Well 20% is a lot ! although he's not the main winner still the amount is very huge , €4800 made from €24? who would have thought of earning such amount. I think he is a pro already because he is consistently winning and maybe he has the strategies for him to win everytime he plays. He is also lucky because of his winning streak and also the large amount he won from gambling. I am a gambler and I am playing most of my free time but the largest amount I have won is around $600 only.

We are talking about gambling here so setting a target profit is not good. Gambling is all about luck, so if you're not lucky that time you play then you will end up chasing your loss.
If I gamble any profit is good to me, bigger would be better of course but I don't always expect to win.
I just gamble to entertain myself and to enjoy the thrill of relying on your luck to win.

The first month of 2020 I have not made a lot of bets and the results obtained are still very low, so far I have not gotten a big win and I also don't have a target of big wins for this year in gambling. That is really a good mindset that you are not aiming for a huge amount of profit because no gambler have become successful from gambling that even you experience a win streak or you have won the jackpot prize, you will end up losing a lot of money. Based from my experience, the highest amount that I got from a single round of betting was around $250 but it almost costed me my entire savings for the month! My brother played a role in my gambling spree as I also considered it as bonding whenever we gamble together as brothers. Although we both lost quite amounts of money, nothing can buy the bond that we both experienced at that time.


Just a tip of advice, be cautious that you target big wins in gambling. I have also few bets in different gambling games that makes my profit low. But for me it is okay because there are things that I should give more focus. It takes money to make money, if people can make a good amount of money simply by gambling, then good on them.

I think it would be wise to divide the winnings up into different risk tiers though, e.g. a fraction for high risk, medium risk and low risk investments.

e.g. gambling, real-estate and bonds.

A lot of people like to boast about huge wins, but few of these people mention exactly how much they lost in the process.

We need to see more transparent threads like this, where we see exactly what it took to win a prize, rather than simply boasting.

Because our brains are satisfied with the one large result and simply ignores the little but many negative changes in our balances.

There's no point in bragging on an $1000 win by betting $1 if before the win you've lost >=1000 times. But, speaking from experience, unless you specifically care to check how much you've spent before winning a bet, you're going to just ignore that and think you've been so lucky to earn the big jackpot.

I wont mention the value but I think its enough for me to buy things I really like. Winning is one of the best feeling and having fun while doing it, for me thats really matter. Either you win or lose as long as you enjoy what you doing then that is priceless just dont be addictive. Dont be a greedy just to a win big just keep yourself humble all the time, wait for your time to earn a lot by means of having a goal and not by spend to much money.

My biggest winning so far was $150 in our country this is very huge and it took me two hour to win a in a dice game it was just my lucky I have not made a repeat of that winning but I have proven that from time to time you can still win a big amount if it is your lucky day, now I'm hoping for another round.

$5k profit is indeed big and this cant easily be achieved imho.

   I didn't have very high wins in my gambling history. I don't bet much, and therefore I don't win much. What
is interesting for me is when I win some high odd, like odds higher than 3, or combined odds higher than 10.
And this happens for me to win nice amount, for me that is around $20, with my couple dollar bets. And when
I win I am happy for the money, but even happier because I hit some higher odds!

Honestly, I haven't been gambling all that much in 2020 and can't say that mine would be worhty of discussion but I have made 120 bucks from a parlay once on February, wasn't really all that big and I even wagered 30 bucks so it wasn't even that big of an odd neither, wasn't surprised when I won, it was on NBA and I think one of them was Lakers I suppose, can't remember right now.

So as to answer your question, I've never ever won that much amount of money in a single bet, the maximum money I won of my bet was 17 times of the money I wagered, I guess luck is even greater factor than strategy in gambling.

This is an old topic but I decided to update.. my biggest earning to date have been .071 bitcoin... as of today that is around 2000 USD. This was a one off and it was on a game that happened on this forum. I only had to make a simple prediction: price of bitcoin at a certain moment a month into the future and miraculously I got it right to the nearest 10USD. Not been always the case because we have seen some of big hits came from small bets which we can say that it is really possible with gambling and i did able to hit $1000+ in on a $10 bet

While I was playing at stake some weeks back, people were making fun of a bronze VIP and I remember the guy in response said a very true thing, he said "being a higher VIP rank only means you have been stupid enough to gamble more", why I am recalling it here is because having a huge bankroll in gambling only means you will lose bigger because more the wager, the bigger the losses.

It is not entirely true, some people gamble more because they enjoyed gambling and they believe they can win. I also have a VIP level in one of the sportsbook and I don't see myself stupid, yes I am not in profit in overall but I don't lose much or higher than what I can afford to lose.

I take part in many such contests happening not on the forum but outside as I get emails to fill a form that asks predictions about price and some basic details and I actually don't know if I win anything because I don't check the price on those exact dates and if I win, I entered my email so if the contests are legit, they should contact me.

But I think betting is not just hard to win, not like a game that you are fighting against the house edge. Well I have a good run in some tennis tournaments and turns some free bets into like .005 BTC already. My goal is to at least reach .010 BTC and then maybe go as high as .040 BTC at the end of the year.  when we are winning we think we are unstopable and this makes us bet bigger in higher odds but they are not easy to win so what happens is we will loose again but there is no need to regret if you dont deposit your money  .
next time we should be happy with smaller wins if we made it out of free bet because that is something hard to achieve due to how small or limited free bets are .

The last year I really had some bad luck in gambling but during the first months or better the first 3 months of 2021 I won a lot of money by playing slots (normally I lost them again) but I hit payouts x2000 or more of my initial bet in slot machines this year.As for in sport gambling the bad luck of 2020 continues to hit me as I have almost lost every ticket I have played in 2021.Lately I play rarely both slots and sport betting,in fact in sport betting I only bet on F1 and Motorsports mostly this year.

I do not have the biggest winning this year because I see my luck in gambling still not come.
If I can win on the gambling, that will not be bigger than $5 because I stop gamble after winning.

You have really done to able to win such an exorbitant amount of money. Although I can't remember when last I won such kind of amount. I have reduced the rate in which I gamble due to time and other activities am involved in that is taking much of my time. Do you place a regular contribution to this pool or was this a random attempt? we can not say dice game is easy or hard. Dice game requires no knowledge or intelligence. In a game like dice, it's often the person who just wants to try that wins. because usually they play without a burden they play casually without pressure.
In a study, when we are emotional in gambling, the possibility of us losing is very large, in gambling, self-control is very important :)

However there are some strategies in dice game. I know that dice players wait till they get a sequence or a row of <80 hits, and it is more likely that next hit will be >80, so they make a bigger bet. (This is just an example).
