I have a bunch of people I've signed up through a website.  A couple of them are fed up and are not pleased with a current site I sent them to (because of delays)

Player #1 - Blackjack.  Doesn't want any bonus (or any site with a prohibitive bonus rollover).  Just wants fast deposits/withdrawals with minimal KYC (minimal as in register an email like Nitrogen sports).   Likes fast game play.    A few I've checked claim to offer fast dep/wd but the blackjack interface is ugly and slow (once again...see Nitrogen)

Player #2 - Video Poker / Slots.   Looking for a good deposit bonus and a strong history of always paying, even when someone wins big.

Are there any lists of casino's in this section?

In my opinion, Stake(https://stake.com/) is one of the best options for blackjack since unlike majority of the other game on their site, this game performs in a lag-free manner and I usually play for hours without any issues which is why I would recommend this site. KYC is not an issue here.

Basically above 3 sites for the player #1 provides Video Poker and slots but they do not offer deposit bonus. If the main idea is to take the deposit bonus to play video poker or slot, I suggest to try Fortunejack, Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io.
One note for Fortunejack, big withdrawal amount usually takes longer time to be approved.

So to sort this out, you are looking for casinos that do have "instant deposits and withdrawals" and "smooth gameplay" right?

First of all, take note there are gambling sites that needed at least a few confirmations for deposits before you can actually use them on betting (you will see there's a balance but you can't used it yet).

About withdrawals, I think the majority of reputable casinos here do have an instant withdrawal feature. It's just that, when will it reflect on your wallet will depend on how the fast it will confirm on the network.

And lastly, the "smooth gameplay". You have to consider your machine specs here and don't just blame the site for not meeting your expectations. If you are running on low specs, expect that there are sorts of delays in your gaming experience.

In terms of blackjack, I think you could go with Stake.

They can ask for KYC, that's true, but it's not like they always (or even usually) do that. They reserve the right to ask for KYC, and I don't see how else fighting money laundering or some people who are involved in other sorts of suspicious activity. I think it's pretty common for solid companies to have such KYC policies, and they are rather mild IMO. Great suggestion. I have tried both Stake and Cryptogames and I have found no negative issue so far and I could see that as an advantage. However, there are still lots of trusted gambling sites here. The decision will still rely on your comfortability. Most sites offer good bonuses and promos. You only have to choose the trusted ones. I would suggest that you would check every site suggestions and its reviews.
