I have a feeling that you edited wrong topic name. "[25 OPEN SLOTS AVAILABLE] probably meant to be added to [OPEN] Kucoin Futures Signature Campaign | Full Member+ | Up to 0.005 BTC/week (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5254866.0) topic :)

I think this is intentional mate,because He want also to promote His Signature campaign thread in which the main purpose of the Bump is that He has Newly open campaign that needs "25 participants needed" that looks for 10 Full members,10 Senior Members and 5 Hero/Legendary spots.

I would just suggest if you could considering increase the max post count for the Local-Boards from 5 to 10,
Five seems too little, 10/25 seems to a good ratio

Just what's average time this campaign is expected to run ?

TalkStar is an excellent campaign manager, I joined Kucoin signature campaign, everytime I got my payment on time.

I see there have been some people who have complained about their issues against this exchange before based on this post. How do you respond as a manager, will all the participant who will be accepted be at risk such as payment or reputation that the participant will receive ?

Thanks for making your response here. As a professional campaign manager we never take risks with participants payment and it is to notify you that i am holding advance fund for participants weekly payment.

To get more details i will suggest you to visit the Coinbene signature thread again and take a look on "Special Note" area. I have mentioned about participants payment safety and the risk factor of investment.

Coinbene authority will make their explanation about scam accusations against them and its their part. I hope they will make their response on this issue soon and we will be able to know whether the accusation is valid or not.

Coinbene is the first campaign I've participated under TalkStar (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2136362).
