The idea you presented is good and deserves to be turned into a project, but it is a mistake to limit it to Telegram channel. How is it going? Who will make the payments? OP channels look similar to a bounty aggregator website. I doubt the $100 part but it seems they'll provide something like a marketplace where 'job hunter' and employer meet. It's only 3 members right now so there's still a long way to go. In the telegram group they share a link to a Google document which i believe has instructions but the instructions are only in Russian Language, no translations to English whatsoever. If they can't even afford to create a simple website then i highly doubt their intention are good With that level of unproffesionalism, i doubt if they can even pay anybody $100.
