What did you mean by "$100 in cryptocurrency"? Did you mean that the payment will be in Bitcoin? any of the top 10 MarketCap cryptocurrencies, or through unknown/volatile tokens?
The idea you presented is good and deserves to be turned into a project, but it is a mistake to limit it to Telegram channel.

How is it going? Who will make the payments? Who will benefit from this data?

Who will benefit from this data?

OP channels look similar to a bounty aggregator website. I doubt the $100 part but it seems they'll provide something like a marketplace where 'job hunter' and employer meet.

It's only 3 members right now so there's still a long way to go.

It looks to me like a complete fail. In the telegram group they share a link to a Google document which i believe has instructions but the instructions are only in Russian Language, no translations to English whatsoever. If they can't even afford to create a simple website then i highly doubt their intention are good With that level of unproffesionalism, i doubt if they can even pay anybody $100.

Payment will be in any of the top 10 MarketCap cryptocurrencies (The winner will choose himself).

The link to instructions in English:

This is just a game. Do not look for hidden meaning where it does not exist. The instructions describe everything.

Based on the highlighted part and your "English instructions [archived] (http://web.archive.org/web/20200320200704/https://docs.google.com/document/d/1m55BTig_Ux6pWV19UrK9uU_JXawQ7HTWv-EPLIb4uyk/edit)", you should've included in OP that there will be only a single winner and also get rid of the clickbait title...

That's funny. I followed one of the tasks and it leads to a page with "payment protected URL [archived] (https://archive.fo/zZ06W#selection-691.0-691.51)", in other words, I strongly believe this is just an indirect attempt in stealing money [I encourage everyone to stay away].
