Title: I was offered to EXCLUSIVE TRADING BOT - whats that?
Post by: Katunga on February 16, 2020, 12:05:38 PM
Hi guys,
i was offered to trade through this platform.
I have no intention to do so, but would like to check credibility of the person.
Whats your opinion on this platform? And also any others? Are out there legit platforms?
I only get it on the phone via Telegraf. Nothing about found on the internet.
Fake, scam, fraud?

Never go for these bud. Most times, people on telegram offer fake services and get money from you and then scam you.
Secondly, trading bots are nothing but automated scripts which performs the trade for you.
There is no guarantee that it will always generate profits for you. So in my opinion it's a waste of time and money investing in trading bots.

Credibility is a hard thing to know, especially if the platform used was telegram. I basically label anyone I talk to in there as a scammer and refuse 100% any types of transactions concerning any of the parties I talk to with. Also, what platform? Well, whatever you found or was sent to you, others also have it I suppose.

Codes for bots can be found at a few forums and sites, and just a quick google is enough for you to find one so I see no need for you to accept/follow the offer made to you. Just find one that suits you the best. Still, it isn't really needed and not really something you should pay for, so if asked for payment, don't bother. You're literally just wasting your time and money.

Stay away from it buddy. If you want to keep safe your asset stay away from those kinda bot. Trading is not just a easy game that anyone can play with bot. My opinion is never use any bot for trade. Specially those one which offered you from other third party platform. I know many people who lost their asset because of using bot. Telegram is top level platform for scammer since last couple of years. Everyday i block many scammers whom sent me some greedy offer to earn money. So check every time everything before you take step. Be safe from fraud.

If their offer is not well-known here on the forum much better to stay away they are most likely scam. If you deal with them you can get a trading bot which is you don't know if it was safe or not. Dealing with the unknown user is pretty risky if you have a big amount of assets from exchanges.

I suggest you if you want to trade using trading bot from trusted website better check this list https://finder.com/cryptocurrency-trading-bots

For free trading bot and open-source trading bot you can check this below
- https://github.com/askmike/gekko

The only problem you will build a strategy from scratch but you can follow the recommendation if how to build your own strategy.

Even if the "Exclusive" term is appealing, stay away from those bot that was offered to you. The reality is they are claiming that they give profits to the users but eventually at the end, users are giving much profits to the bot itself. Since you are on doubt on this bot because you can't find any evidence that this one is legit, then refrain from accepting it.

You can just trade by yourself, gain profits without the help of any bot. From this, it is better to be safe than to fall from these kind of unsure bots.

Without knowing the specifics, as a rule of thumb, consider any offer you get from telegram is a scam. Also you didn't name the platform (Exclusive trading bot is not a platform) but what ever service you were offered via pm, it's most likely a scam.

you made this post asking the people of this forum for advice, but you didn't post the bot's website and you didn't post the bot's name. How can people help you if you haven't posted anything relevant about Bot? there's no way to tell if that person who contacted you is trustworthy or not because you haven't posted details about him or Bot.

You can just trade by yourself, gain profits without the help of any bot. From this, it is better to be safe than to fall from these kind of unsure bots.

many people feel afraid and lazy to do this alone, that's why they fall into the hands of these scammers

Think about it. If a certain trading bot actually works really really well and actually achieves those things it was advertised, why would you sell it? If I had a really really effective one, I definitely wouldn't sell it and I'd just use it instead.

I agree with this logic, but the concept of trading bot is not like that. It's just like automated trading of your choice. For example, you will sell if the coin goes 5% up and buy if the coin goes 5% down. A trading bot is not like a god thing that will make you a ton of money. It will just make your trading life easy, and you will never lose the chance of buying at the right moment.

There are several bots that is legit, Just choose the right one and try it yourself, some might say that it's not effective or some will say that it is effective, If you are a busy person then, a trading bot is for you.

Will be able to help you and possibly other members in this forum if you include screenshots of your conversation, bot names and the terms and conditions that this person offers by including these things other members can explain to you exactly that fraud or just a paid signal that is also not a guarantee you will get profit.

Your bot would be useless then because selling when anything goes up 5% or buying when it goes down 5% is not any type of strategy. It might work sometimes, sometimes not. Gives you no edge and with commissions and fees and spread, you will be in the negative pretty soon.

What he meant to say is, this bot is some "secret trading strategy bot" which is guaranteed to make the trader money. And whenever someone says something like that, thats too good to be true, its usually is.

Because if his bot actually worked, never lost money. Why doesn't the seller just go to the bank and get some loan or borrow money from his credit cards to trade with more exposure? Exactly. Hence its some scam.

Sure, there are definitely legitimate trading bots out there and doesn't make false promises(90% in a week and other unrealistic promises), but OP stated that it was advertised as an "EXCLUSIVE TRADING BOT", and to go along with that, offered on Telegram. If anything, those are 2 really big red flags and there's a huge chance that this is a scam.

I never heard this bot before and I don't know how legitimate it is. Those kinds of people are what I consider con-artists, they are good at communicating with people and offering trading-bot or relative to free service offered. I understand you were almost caught by their talent in convincing people but please don't. It's obviously scam attempt and probably one of their next victims. No one would suggest a platform that they basically believe in. Especially with random people in any social media that might have fake accounts.

You will recognize a scam when someone you don't know gave you a message regarding tradings. If you really are interested to use bot trading. You may try Gunbot or 3commas trading bot or any platform with the same scheme and credibility. Just find it here HERE. (https://www.finder.com/cryptocurrency-trading-bots)

Never ever be a victim of that kind of person. Just please don't.

I only think if the offers were only available on the telegram, and they don't have a website to promote their bot, I don't believe them, and I will think that they will scam me. Although they say that they are legit, we need to see if they are really legit because they need to have a review on the internet so other people will know about them.

That is almost the same as what I get on a few years ago. In that time, someone offers me to use his service, and he said that he already gets so many people joined with him and use his services. But I only ask about his website to see if he really has good services, but he cannot give me his website because he says that his services if for private only, so I leave him without asking anymore.

Don't play this game mate. Communication via telegram is not good enough to trust a person especially when there is no traceable account that can verify of his existence. Good thing that you've asking help and advice, this will help you to think and derive the best thing to do and you'll have to decline such an offer. Anyway, we can't tell that he/she a 100$ scammer because you are still in the negotiation but it is better to secure first your fund rather than to be sorry.

You should not go for this because as far as I can understand, this is a 100% scam. There are no genuien users who would contact you on telegram and so you should treat each user who offers you any job options on telegram as scam. Also there is no official website so there is no way you can trust this individual. You should block that person as soon as possible and try to avoid such people henceforth.

Earning money is never easy and hence you should stop going for such sources who would make you earn money in a short period of time.

If everything cant be found on net then expect for it to be a scam/fraud.Its no brainer even if you do think up logically or sensibly you can directly spot it out.

Why not try to mention on that exclusive trading bot? There are some few trusted bots out there which is a better choice but to think that this will give out
easy money on your trades then better stop thinking that way.

Fake, scam, fraud?

There's no exclusive trading bot, they are same and someday will take your money and can't be blame. No need to wasting time check their credibility, just block their communication media and delete the contact. Use your real knowledge and experience to raise higher performance and profit in trading world. Bot is not helping but sharing with us is really helpful.
Even I cannot find anything named Exclusive trading bot. I think this might just be a concept used by the individual who has intentions to scam OP. Exclusive(noun) means the platform broadcast by only one source and this might be something which the scammer is using to scam newbies.

Day-by-day new techniques are been developed by the scammers just with a shady intention and people like OP are their victims who hardly have any great knowledge about the field they are working in. That is the reason why gaining knowledge before entering the field is most necessary. It would never make you lose funds by getting scammed.

It's the right choice that you first ask us before you did a first step, so that we may help you.
My opinion on your dilemma, don't ever do an action of not knowing on what is the consequences of your first step, because in every single step we don't know if someone is trying to hacked or scammed you. I suggested that if you realized that there's a suspicious happening while entering on your preferred platform you can report or blocked the platform so that it may prevent you for bad people.

You should never just trust any random person on telegram. I keep on getting hundreds of such messages on telegram and of-course those are scammers trying to change their identity and continuously keep on contacting us. We can usually find a number of scammers in each group on telegram and once you join any group, you become their victim and they directly start sending your personal messages.

Moreover, didn't the scammer mention any name for that so called "exclusive trading bot" because already there are a number of trading bots in the markets. These kind of scammers might fully access your exchange wallet and might even perform withdrawals so you should never trust any such person.

The forum has a huge number of topics devoted to bots and similar services, as well as their reviews.
Do not be lazy to figure out how to use the search on the forum and you will find your answers. If the bot is working, then it will have statistics and also reviews.
All you need to do is check these statistics and reviews on the subject of fake.

Most of the times where people would only post up and ask question rather than making their own research or even a simple google search. There are already tons of topics or discussions that talks about
trading bots and been said for how many times that these arent money making machines for people to believe on.
If someone do offer a bot that do works and make out money then you should think twice yet you would surely get nor expect different thing way around.
There are some known bots in the market but all things are just really good for automation.

Yes, Information is almost free on the internet and you can basically just google every question in your mind and theirs a high chance that the result will solve your questions.

There are bots fleeing around the internet for trading, Some do have good feedbacks from the recent users, Some don't. There are many trading bots offered in the internet and those who own or creator of those bots are competing like they have their own market.
