One most common thing is that when tit comes to verification, they will frustrate you until you give up on withdrawing the funds. Avoid using them completely.

They just block your account. They just block your account and don't let KYC pass, supposedly the photos have been changed. Support send always the same messages. I don't even think there is a person there. Ticket#1423983 |
