You guys say instant deposit, I'm sorry 24 hours is not instant! At least reply to your e-mails sheesh this is MONEY YOUR MESSING AROUND here! I'm usually a pleasant guy but it bugs me that you got MY MONEY and I can't do anything on it ON YOUR SITE when you advertised "Instant deposits!" If you guys were in maintenance mode you could have DISABLED the deposit button you think? Everyone could have understood if it was a delay due to blockchain being down. But you didn't say anything which leads everyone, including me, to get worried and suspicious.

If your deposits are not being credited instantly, please send the transaction hash to our support team at support@cloudbet.com and we will make sure they are credited promptly.
